Very nice hotel with a huge green area. Located across the road from the beach (the road connects the centre of Kusadasi with other areas). Recommended for families and lovers of active life.

Location: 75 km from the airport Izmir, in 3 km from the centre of Kusadasi, on the beach (underpass to the beach). To the ancient city of Ephesus 15 km.

Forty consists of 1-2-storey buildings, 1 nine-storey blocks and six 2-storey blocks.

The hotel has 448 rooms.

I really liked the rest in this family hotel, although at first glance we were disappointed with the not quite new surroundings and unpretentious rooms. But the hotel was quiet, comfortable and very clean. Cleaning, sweeping, watering always. A separate opinion about the staff - super! Everyone is very polite and attentive. The kitchen is also on top: everything is very tasty. Here, in general, food is non-stop😊: if not breakfast / lunch / dinner, then pizza and donuts by the pool, ice cream or snacks on the beach. It was impossible to be hungry. Large, green area. A small minus: the entrance to the beach is through an underground passage across the road, but you quickly get used to it. The beach is clean, the sea is great. A good entrance for children. There are always waves in the evening, so it's not boring. Towels can be borrowed on site. In general, if you do not expect a trendy interior and super-discotheques, the rest in this hotel will be wonderful.

A cozy hotel with a huge well-groomed territory full of flowers and wonderful trees. The staff is mostly courteous. I would like to mention the girl in the bar in the Relax zone: she is smiling and makes excellent Turkish coffee. Clean rooms, cleaned daily. As always, amazing cuisine for every taste and preference. Five types of meat (beef, lamb, turkey, chicken and fish 2-3 types) 3 times a day daily. Lots of vegetables and fruits. I'm talking about desserts and snacks. The coronavirus has made its own adjustments to the rest, but this does not bother at all. One "but": the beach is small. But in fairness it must be said that there are enough sun loungers. Maybe because there aren't many people. Overall, not bad. I recommend it, especially to those who travel with children. Stay satisfied.

I rested with my husband from 09/14 to 09/28/2020, they were very satisfied with the kitchen, the service, and the hotel itself as a whole. It is very captivating that the hotel itself consists of one-story houses and two-story buildings, which are buried in greenery, thanks to which you feel like you are on vacation outside the city. In the morning you wake up from the singing of birds, of which there are a lot on the territory of the hotel. And hand-feeding the squirrels that live here is a real pleasure for both adults and children. The rooms are clean, cleaning and change of towels every day. The entire hotel is clean and tidy. The staff is smiling and friendly. Smart chef!! The kitchen is very tasty and satisfying!! The menu includes fish, meat, soups, cereals, pastries, desserts, vegetable dishes, cheeses, sausages, several varieties of olives, vegetable salads, in a word, everyone will find something interesting for themselves. The chef is often in the hall. The husband jokingly asked "when will the borscht be?". Two days later, we ate it for lunch. We were very touched by such an attentive and warm attitude to the guests!! Not far from the hotel is the Kusadasi embankment, and other attractions of this wonderful region. From the rest in the hotel Kushtur club holiday village there were only positive impressions!! I want to add that we rested here for the second time and will definitely come again)))

good hotel, excellent cuisine, very diverse and the menu is constantly changing, from sea to burgers, a good park on the territory with squirrels, the beach during the "high water" is not very good, but there is enough space for everyone, a lot of activities for children, for adults everything is on the road . There is a small market nearby. it is better to take numbers on 1 or 2 lines, on 3 lines numbers on the mountain, you will have to walk a lot, but you can stretch your legs)

Lot's of things to do for families. My kids loved water slides. We loved the food. Room was not large but clean and we had a challenge with small bathroom. If you don't expect ultra luxury and on a holiday with kids best place in Kusadasi.

One of the oldest hotel in kusadasi. But, excellent food, very polite Staff, animation team best of the best. Roomse are spacious, clean, good location, about 10 minuts drive from kusadasi city center. I will recomend to everyone!!

It is a good place for families. It was the second arrival after 5 years. It is located as if it is in nature. We reserved superior room. Rooms were clean. Main pool and silent pool were good and clean. Water slides are good. There are variety of foods and they were delicious. Hotel staff was helpful and professional

Beautiful hotel with picturesque landscapes! Super place for relax and family's rest. Wonderful animation team. Delicious food (European and Turkish cuisine), but not a lot of choice (for 5 ⭐). There are 5 clean wonderful pools. Restaurant a la carte not good (organization). Anti-COVID measures is perfect!!!

It was a nice a experience, peaceful environment, mostly good helpful staff, clean rooms, clean pool and beach. Food was delicious too many options. Try to get not much food for the first time, I hate to see un-eaten food going to garbage bin.

You wont be hungry while staying in this hotel they're serving food almost all the time snacks and so on. There is one 24/7 open cafe/bar to get some drinks.

Try to go the room just for sleeping cause outside is beautiful.

The staff in the restaurant doing amazing job thanks every one of them, especially Mete who took care of us most of the time.
And try to tip them if you can (exchange rates are very low for the Turkish Lira, don't be so cheap :)

Also if you have time and energy go to the Kuşadası city center after dinner and explore there too.

Now I'm resting here! I recommend! More details in 8 days. Do not forget "Panthenol" - the sun is generous! Bit chilly in the evenings. The room temperature is comfortable, so I do not turn on the air conditioning.
