Absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel staff were incredibly patient and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The food was delicious and offered a great variety to suit all tastes. The beds were comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. The hotel's location amidst stunning natural surroundings and near the sea made for breathtaking views and tranquil moments. Plus, the entertainment options were top-notch, providing endless fun and relaxation. Can't wait to visit again!

I’ve seen a lot of reviews on this resort and I want to set things straight.
1. The staff are absolutely wonderful. They cannot do enough for you. Whether it’s getting you drinks or food, they are wonderful. Tip them, they deserve it.
2. The resort is fantastic. It has everything you need. Anyone that complains that things are “too far of a walk” or “it’s too hilly” they are being unnecessarily critical. The resort is safe and it’s a perfect size.
3. I have read that the rooms are “outdated”. The rooms are perfect. They have air con, a safe, are clean, secure and all the things that you would expect from a room. If you’re spending time in your room anyway, just don’t bother going on holidays!
4. Pools/ water park is absolutely stunning. Suited for any age. Pools are so clean and staff around them are so helpful.
5. Restaurants are so good. Buffet every night. I read reviews here from people saying they were hungry, they lied. There was so much food!! And dessert!!! I loved trying the Turkish cuisine - so many options.
6. The spa was unreal. Definitely visit it, 10/10!!
This resort is a 10/10. I was nervous visiting Turkey but all my fears were put aside because of this resort. Everyone was fantastic. The place was so safe and clean. The bad reviews actually haven’t a clue, they should have stayed at home!!

Hotel is in a perfect location and staff is very friendly. The food quality is good. Drink quality is ok if you drink beer or wine but don’t expect fancy cocktails in all inclusive. Mainly we were happy and comfortable

The allover experience was great! It's a really perfect place for vacation, whether with family or as a couple. I wish I was expecting less... 🤩
There are some changes, which could be made.
The staff should improve their knowledge of the English language - it's inappropriate to discuss anything by hand in a five star resort.
The service also needs improvement - if not getting tips, the staff doesn't make effort to help guests for the dinner or breakfast. Their abilities to clean the table are poor as well as getting a drink or fork and knives.
There are several people, who are perfectly prepared for the job and meeting all our expectations, but most of them need really good training.
There are some changes, which could be made.

We enjoyed our stay a lot.
The biggest surprises and pluses: 4 snack bars with served food in the afternoon, which changed into tasting menu in the evening. Very nice evening programme, mini disco followed by top performances.
The hotel complex is quite large and you can walk from pool to pool, from bar to bar, along the bay.
Lots of trees, palms, nice sea views.
Plus, but not environmentally friendly: you can take as many beach towels as you want and then they are everywhere. The hotel should take an improvement.
Plus, but not environmentally friendly: you can take as many plastic bottles of water as you want. But it is too much of plastic. Refill drinking stations would be nicer. As well as to reduce plastic cubs in beach/pool bars.
Plus, but not environmentally friendly: clean towels in your room every day. Every other day clean bed linen. Not ready needed.

As a paying guest, I expect basic amenities such as hot water to be readily available, and the repeated failure to address this issue reflects poorly on the quality of service provided by your establishment.
Furthermore, I would like to request a change of rooms within the hotel. I believe this will alleviate the inconvenience caused by the ongoing hot water problem. It is a pity that the facility is so badly managed. The location would be fantastic. But the staff seems overworked, worn out and therefore unmotivated and some unfriendly. Hygienic basics aren’t followed. Rubbish is not cleared away and the complex looks generally unkempt and run-down.
Food is sufficient, but monotonous. There is little meat and it is of poor quality. Choice of fruit and vegetables is also very limited.
Alcohol is given out in plastic or paper cups, which then get scattered around the complex.
The sports programme often doesn’t take place and when it does, it isn’t at the announced location. Equipment is inadequate and the competence of the instructors questionable. The gym is poorly equipped, small and stuffy.
The first room we were assigned was so mouldy that we could not stay in it. In the second room, the door and the window were broken and the air conditioning did not work.
Our request for an upgrade was declined, although we offered an additional payment several times.
So both the basic service and the handling of complaints and requests is very poor.
Rooms are done some days, then again not. The same applies to refilling water.
Our holidays turned into an exhausting and nerve-racking endeavour. The price is absolutely not justified.
We do not recommend this hotel under given circumstances and advise you to book in one of the many alternatives in the area.

Beautiful location, great for snorkeling. Staff were all very sweet and hard working. Water slides were fun too, although one was out of order. Food had good variety, the shish kabobs on the last day were delicious, went back for thirds!

Just came home from a week's holiday here. The decor is a little dated, the rooms are also very dated but my bed was the most comfortable iv ever been in! All staff and waiters are all very attentive. The location is stunning, you have the whole bay to yourself. It's very hilly, but there are multiple lifts to pools and down to the beach. It's an AI hotel food is OK you would never starve and 3 a la carte restaurant. I would definitely return 😊

The staff in the main part of the building was very nice and friendly. The food was varied and delicious. But toom service is a misunderstanding. My room was very dirty. When I reported it, a very rude lady came with Google Translate because she didn't understand English. She mopped the floor and left. there is mold in the bathroom. The toilet is leaking. The towels aren't washed and the bedding smells bad. I don't recommend this hotel. You advertise a high standard which, unfortunately, you don't have.
