Great hotel with beautiful green territory, the sea near the shore is shallow. Good food. The hotel can accommodate couples with children, so all the standard rooms one double bed. For hotel guests the entrance to the Park is free, food and drinks are paid.

Food is good, Al A Carte restaurants are absolutely lovely, we tried the Chinese and the Turkish.
Drink selection is quite large.
So well looked after the building and the grounds. The pools are fab, the aqua park is amazing!! The entertainment is great and the beach is literally at the end of the resort- 5 minute walk away.
Would definitely recommend and return :)
The main pool, sadly, was absolutely ice cold. Like crazy freeeezing. This put the kids off as it was like doing an Ice bath. Usually when we have been on this kind of holiday they have spent hours in the pool but they just couldn’t stay in for more than 10 minutes. The adult only area pool is heated.
The slides at the water park were so much fun and really something for everyone. Be warned, your all inclusive wristband does not work for drinks in that area which we didn’t realise before hand. This meant we couldn’t spend all day in that area as we had to keep leaving to get drinks and food.
The food was incredible and fresh and the staff in the eating areas were so quick to keep everything tidy and clean.
We all in all had a beautiful holiday but definitely sad that the kids had to keep using the indoor pool rather than being out in the sunshine.
We never felt that we miss something, and the plce was full of fun activities with great aqua park. Animators are all over the place and the best time we had at the hotel beach and on activities around it. Great variety of food and polite staff make this place even more fantastic.
We always felt safe especially our kids felt safe and had enough other kids to play with. Also ambulance inside hotel is very efficient and caring for the guests. And at the end there is not even single complaint we could have as the family.
Aqua Fantasy is not just made good facilities but first of all great people.
I am sure that we are going to meet each other again and we are very sad that we need to head home tomorrow...
Hotel was quite clean.
Waterpark was good.
Unfortunately 3 out of 5 of us suffering with bad stomach cramps after five days and still suffering two days after our return.
Only 4x 500ml bottles of water provided per day in the room, hardly enough for 3 adults considering the heat.
Beds are rock hard. Spoke with customer services who supplied a mattress topper but it did little to help.
Usual idiots leaving towels on sunbeds all day and not returning to them till end of the day only to remove the towel.
Evening entertainment only lasted two hours, wasn't really all that good and not enough seating.
Bar staff tried to serve us drinks in dirty glassed at the pool bar.
Definitely will not be returning.
The service was shockingly bad. The staff seemed untrained, unmotivated, and borderline rude. It felt like they were doing us a favor by serving us. Basic requests were met with confusion or outright dismissal, and it became obvious that the hotel is severely understaffed. The restaurants were a disaster—tables were constantly dirty, and there was never enough staff to attend to all the guests. We had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for even the simplest things like getting water or clearing dishes.
As for family-friendly activities, don’t even bother. They advertise these great amenities for kids, but it's all smoke and mirrors. The kids’ "additions" like the ping pong table, pool table, and arcade were not only ridiculously expensive but also poorly maintained. It was an obvious cash grab with no value for money. Waterpark is for free however you have to pay for food and drinks while you there.
It’s clear that management either doesn’t care or is completely out of touch. After reading other reviews, I realized that their response to every complaint is the same generic excuse, which just highlights how little they are doing to address any issues. The lack of professionalism is appalling, and it’s obvious that they are more focused on profit than providing a quality experience for their guests. Save your money and go elsewhere! Will never, ever, ever be back there...

Pros:
The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the staff is very attentive to your needs.
There's a nearby Aqua Park that's fantastic—we had a great time there.
The meals, while not as extravagant as some other 5-star hotels, were still enjoyable.
The hotel offers several A La Carte restaurants; we dined at the Asian one, and the food was delicious.
The hotel features an EV charging station, which was very convenient.
There’s a spacious parking lot available.
Cons:
Both the building and the pools could use some renovation. For example, the elevator in the building felt outdated, and some areas of the pool showed signs of wear.
The minibar is only restocked once a week, which was a bit disappointing
