Otel Denizyildizi in Fethiye

The lady at the front desk was really unprofessional. We checked the room and didn’t even stayed more than 10 minutes and just checked out.

The hotel was bad, it is not a place to go as a couple, I do not recommend it

We checked in to the hotel on 28.08.2023. We were satisfied with the staff's attention and interest. The room was nice, airy, air conditioning and mini fridge were working. There were no hangers in the wardrobe, it would be better if there were. We brought them with us because we knew. The toilet and bathroom were clean, but the jet was problematic. The hot water was flowing little. There was no hanger and mirror in the bathroom. The breakfast was normal. I would like to state here again that I was satisfied with the staff's smiling face and attention. We were very satisfied with the staff's attention and interest. The location is very nice. Apart from the region and the staff, I would not recommend the hotel. All the comments written are true. My reason for going to this hotel is that I had been satisfied before and went twice to another region. Maybe the hotel was bad in the comments, but maybe it was not like that. I went to Muğla because it was my first time there. Since I did not know the hotel reviews were very confusing, we said good luck and went with my wife. 03 09 2023 checkout

Bed bug infestation. Had to leave at 11 pm to find a new hotel.

We needed a place to stay for 1 night. Made a mistake to book without checking reviews. Well, reviews are correct. Bed bugs are everywhere.

People were nice at check-in, but not when it came to refunding. Then expect 0 response.

Avoid if you value your health.

We went down to breakfast 7 minutes past breakfast time and they said they couldn't serve breakfast and they didn't have any ingredients. Their attitude was also rude. There was no dryer and there was no room to move around in the room. I would say it was below average. I would suggest you find a better hotel for the same price.

Me and my friend booked 2 rooms in this hotel for 2 nights, but in the first night I found out that there were lots of bedbugs in my bed. I spent 2 hours in this bed and was bitten by these insects lots of times. I just gathered all my stuff and went to sleep to my car. On the next day we decided to move out and claimed for refund for one night, but the manager told us no refund, he just can change the room) No refund. No apologies from the hotel. Awful experience. Ruined weekend. Thanks a lot)
