Zeynep Hanim Konagi Mini-hotel

Excellent location, within walking distance to everywhere. However the rooms were neglected. Our room which contained two single beds was divided into two rooms. Rhe connecting door was broken, so we were told not to close it. In the room next to the bathroom the damp smell was a issue. Bathroom was outdated, it has to be completely renovated. The head of shower sprinkles was broken and sprinkled water everywhere. After the shower the entire bathroom floor got full of water. There were a couple of teabags left in the room without any kettle. There are only one pillow provided per guest, and they cannot guarantee another one with a pillow cover. The towels looked very old, washed a lot of times without a fabric softener. Electricity system doesn’t work well, light bulbs have to change. The personel was very kind and helpful, however I wouldn’t choose this place for the next time, because I think think it’s good for it’s value. and I think the managers should take these reviews seriously and make changes, because it’s absolutely a beautiful building with a beautiful patio with nice and charming characteristics.
