We stayed 2 nights in Deluxe cave suite, room was spacious but sand from the roof everywhere, no AC was a letdown.
Jacuzzi near bed was the best part, we loved it.
Breakfast had limited option but was good.
We booked green tour from them which we regret as it was very expensive compared to other places.

Our room was designed like a cave, which was really cool and gave the stay a special vibe. The bed was big, and we had a direct view of the hot air balloons and the sunrise from our room. The hotel has a lovely terrace where we enjoyed watching the balloons and sunrise with a morning coffee. The hotel is also conveniently located, not too high up, and easy to reach by foot. Breakfast was tasty, even though the options were limited due to the small number of rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay pleasant!

Negative things: The bed, while large, was a bit firm for our taste. There was no air conditioning, only a fan. The bathroom was combined with the shower, and the entire area got wet when using the shower.

We stayed 3 nights and it was great. The views were amazing as well. The staff was super friendly and approachable and the rooms were super spacious for the price. Breakfast every day was included. Be prepared to walk up a hill for the hotel.

Stayed for 5 nights and it was wonderful. Staff are very nice and friendly. We were in the economy room but size was good, we did not feel crammed, shower is spacious. Breakfast was delicious, we can order omelette every morning. Terrace is good spot to watch hot air balloon go up and to just relax after a tiring day. Be prepared

The location and the view were top notch. It's on the vantage point of the town Goreme so from the hotel terrace you can pretty much see thr entire Goreme with hot air bollons in the background. The view was priceless.

The facility was spotless. The room didn't come with an AC. It wasn't a problem for us during our stay in mid-June. The room was cool enough thanks to the structure of the building, but if you do mind not having an AC in you room, this is something to think about.

The breakfast was very tasty and had a wide selection.

The biggest disappointment was the nonchalant attitude from the hotel staff. Checking in felt cold and we were not given a proper orientation to the hotel or as basic as the wifi password. However, this "feeling" was very subjective, I must say. They were not being rude at all. It just felt a bit unwelcoming when they didn't try.

We stayed for 3 nights, truely a hidden gem in Görome, we stayed in one of the cave rooms was a true delight. Yusuf and the team are very friendly and can recommend some great restaurants like soffys restaurant which is walking distance from the hotel. The views with breakfast is amazing. Fantastic value for money

We stayed 3 days in early March, and it was very nice ! The hotel is quite high in the city so be careful with your luggage, but the view from the terrace is stunning. Nice room, big shower, great breakfast, friendly people, so nearly perfect. Maybe the mattress could be a little more comfy for a true A+ !

unique room interior and decoration, staff are super super friendly! location is super great! it’s literally in the middle of the town! so many food and goods stores around just by walk we can explore everything! the hotel views by the room and the terrace is amazing!
