Bergama Hotel

the breakfast here is a disease , health and safety should intervene as soon as possible , we are getting sick from the breakfast at this hotel ,
Also this hotel refuses to issue a bill , the owner wants cash only and no bill ! This is not honest
Tax bureau should investigate this .
Rooms are dirty and smelly and customer service is the worst we have ever seen ,
The owner asks how many nights we re staying , when another customer says that they re staying 2 weeks then those are the ones who get the room , while the one who will stay for one night or two nights only has to wait until long stay customers are served first ,
it s not first come first served , it s long stay first served , I have never seen such a tactic in none of the hotels in Istanbul . what else is this guy hiding ? we don t know ! because a lot of fights at reception with customers accusing him of ....
this hotel should definitely be investigated , something weird going on there especially with the customers screaming at reception for their least right which is respect ,
This owner is very rude and very threatening ,
we wouldn't t take the risk to go there again ,
there are plenty of hotel in Istanbul who are good and where we can be have a safe stay

Stay away from this hôtel. He asked me to help his son Who is a students in Canada Ottawa to get him a canadian passport and I aswered him that we do NOT SELL papers in Canada and he started harassing me and theatening me to call police over me . He told to pay him a big amount to renovate his rooms since i refused to help him with what he wants . Room has electrical problems and is the bed sheets are dirty as other reviews stated . And read the one star reviews they unveiled him . This Guy should be reported to tax système for not giving receipts this is a fraud . A lot of noise from outside . So no peaceful stay . Mr Owner I am sorry i can NOT sneak anything into canada for you .
Breakfast made me sick . The veggies are frozen how can you feed customers frozen veggies ?
Other reviews are complaining about that .
When you saw that I am a woman you tried to harass me . Women of the world stay away from this place . There are other hotels Who respect tourists but this one No !

The Hotel is ok about the design and the place situation.. but their service is so bad !! they dont speak any language just turkish and so little english ans this is problem for tourist..also about cleaning and service room very bad they dont did the right service... they are interior Swimmingpool when i asked them fo join they told me everyday is not disponible today or is busy ..!! their restaurant design are good but about the meals quality is not Professional ...
