I recently stayed at this hotel and found the location to be quite convenient, with the M2 line and numerous shops and restaurants nearby. The pool was a pleasant surprise—clean and offering a lovely view.
Our room didn’t have basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste, and when we asked the receptionist about them, he mentioned we could buy them at a nearby market, which felt a bit lacking. Additionally, the building is older, and the cleanliness of the rooms could use some improvement.
All in all the services are acceptable for a 3 star hotel.

Nice location, good conditions for the price, room was clean, bathroom as well. It was calm. Rooftop is very nice for the sunset, swimming pool didn't seem very clean

Good location , near of different transport mains. 10 mn for bus or tramway and 5 for metro. many different restaurant near, in a good place close to many touristic spots

All the rooms with window on the back are facing a very loud club that goes on till late. Impossible to sleep even with window closed.
Staff is not very welcoming, WiFi is terrible. The pool is nice but not very clean.
Location is good, but definitely not a good value.

We were very happy with everything and thought the hotel was very good value for such a great location within walking distance of many tourist attractions in Istanbul. Metro and tram stations also very close by and plenty of good shops and cafes in the area. Friendly, kind and helpful reception and cleaning staff. Comfortable bedrooms. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and appreciated the good choice of food available. There is a small swimming pool and lovely seating terrace on the rooftop giving a great view out across Istanbul. We felt very well looked after and would certainly stay here again.

A friend and me have spent one week at this hotel :
- Confortable and clean small bedroom.
- A good localisation, close to the métro and the tramway.
- A rooftop with a nice view over à part of the city.
- We haven’t ask for some special services but the team was looking available (the room was cleaned everyday by someone)

Reception creates problems and They do not accept guests and treat them very humiliatingly, this is the system and this is degrading and sarcastic, definitely not even 0 for this hotel.

The best thing about this place is the location. Otherwise, it is the worst hotel you can stay in ever. The breakfast is terrible, and service garbage. For example, the breakfast starts at 7 am and close at 10 am, if the time hits 10:01 am they turn off the lights and the water and coffe machine and remove all the food to make all people leaves at 10. there is no iron. You only have 1 .5 litres of water if you finish it you need to buy one, the tv in the rooms are the same as the old pc screen 15 inches, Internet is soo slow you cant even make a video call without laging . I am not going to talk about toilets because it will take another page. And to be fair, only the employees on the reception were nice.

Everything is horrible, breakfast is bad, rooms are very old old fashioned and designed poorly, even shower water pressure is bad and sprays cold water randomly, services isn't as bad but still below avarage. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Average place to stay. All triple room option with cheper price. Only issue is Resturant staff is not coperative. Everytime we need to request manager for smqll items like hot milk, omlate is not servered here only scrubled egg.
Manager is suppotive ang he arranged our request but as experienced with other hotel this situation can be improved.
