Location is perfect. Rooms are average, but carpets are extremely dirty. Step on carpet with shoes only.

Conveniently located hotel and staff were friendly and helpful in my experience. They even let agreed to do a free late checkout on my last day as my flight wasn’t until later in the evening. Thanks guys👍🏾

We had a very bad experience in this hotel. They are racist.. my family went from Gaziantep to Istanbul during the earthquake, and they didn't open their doors to them because the fact of their origin (Turkish and originally Syrian).

Very dirty and rude staff. I asked the maid to change the sheets and change the towels after she hadn't done so since check-in. She began to complain and say not the most pleasant words in Turkish (she did not know that I knew this language), then she began to beg for tips and reproach me for not giving them. When I came to the reception and asked for a refund because I want to leave, they did not even ask what was the matter and did not try to solve the problem, they immediately stated that the money would not be returned. They spoke very rudely and insulted me. In the end, I managed to get a refund for only 2 nights, although in fact they should have been refunded for 3. I haven’t visited a worse hotel in my life. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Please don’t waste your money very bad experience all hotel smells like cigarettes alcohol bar staff rude & no service i bring my bags inside from taxi & my self until room vv bad breakfast rotten 🤢🤮 & smells bad with stale hard breads & dirty tables

Good hotel with good place near to metro and tram and all exchanger clean room and good price but they have not good things the hotel is old and small room very small and you must clamping to reach it and don't have a good breakfast and the bed are old like the place

Only reason it gets a 2 star is because of nots location and metro proximity... otherwise 0.
Attendants are not the most pleasant.
They don’t speak English and get visibly frustrated when you try and speak to them.
They don’t communicate prices properly beforehand; they just insist you take the room.
Long story short if all the other hotels are fully booked, take this one as a last resort.

The location great couldn't be any better right in the middle between M2 and T1. The rooms aren't that impressive but they do just fine not much to complain about. They could do alittle better with cleaning the sheets are a major turn off I couldn't get myself to sleep directly on them had to buy a new one specially the pillows. The breakfast buffet isn't much. Just basics nothing stands out. Overall the cost per value is satisfactory
