Hotel Rio

On arrival found the toilet seat broken. Hotel undertook to repair it but failed to do so and we had to repair it ourselves. The extractor fan did not work and the shower head produced little water as most of the shower head holes were blocked. The room was equipped with a kettle but no cups. Our request for two cups was refused. Every morning the coffee machine failed to work producing only an undrinkable potion of watery milk. It required to be repaired every day. On one morning the staff had failed to turn it on. The bedroom was very dilapidated and the blinds were positioned in such a fashion that the street lights shone on the pillows so that we had to reposition the bed every night in order to get to sleep. This hotel is best avoided.

This place is horrible! I stayed 2 days not more!! Staff don t respect customers by speaking and laughing during all night long. It s better to sleep in the street. Customers are not good also, they scream and laugh non stop. So you will feel in a zoo park believe me that animals are better. I notice that this hotel is not managing by Turkish but arabics.. Impossible to sleep.

this is not hotel at all the reception (bald) one was so rude he was argue with people and he is not speking english at all the breakfast ok but the hospitally for turkish people i have no word

Hotel room was not cleaned. But breakfast was good. Maybe everywhere in world you can find water in Hotel rooms. In Rio you will not get.
