They helped us to check in early. We got a big room but the AC was not properly. It was hard to sleep at night because of warm. Refrigerator was not working.
The reception area was always messy.
They have a nice restaurant with nice view. Breakfast was average.

You get what you pay for. This is an average hotel. The shower room was missing. No shampoo was provided. When I asked for one, I was told the shower gel is also a shampoo!
The room (404) had two beds. One of them is really bad to the point I woke up with a severe lower back pain. The location is not bad. Close to the metro. Front desk are helpful and courteous

Best place in Istanbul , dont needed taxi . Grandbazaar 3 min , bluemosque , Topkapı palace also cistern 7 min with walking

Top floor is too noisy because of the restaurant and the birds on the tin roof. Other than that, the room and bathroom were OK. Not enough towels though. And no shelves in the wardrobe, only hangers. Breakfast was adequate.

Clean rooms, Wi-Fi, low price coworkers helpful but the same every were in turkey can't speak English , good but if like to stay in downtown and vintage area
