Despite the covid situation, I cannot say the hotel was really giving attention to the rules. There is a big room for improvement there.
The all inclusive is not the same as before, hotel became more cost cautious and we can clearly see that. They have reduce the drinks variety and I had to pay 50 TL for a milk based tea for my daughter!!!
Not sure I will go back to this hotel next year for skiing. Maybe I will stay in the valley in a villa and go for daily skiing but it is certain that the hotel decreased the quality while keeping their price. Too sad and bad as we have lots of memories in that hotel with the family….
I cannot understand why hotels are still using this disgusting “American service” or table covers. The covers are all with debris from previous people’s food.
On the positive side, the ski tracks are amazingly good and well maintained. You will really enjoy the tracks. I reiterate my suggestion to don’t stay in this crowded hotel but just come to use their ski tracks on daily basis. Hotel needs serious quality adjustments for the money you pay.
