Mr. Ertan communicated very well with us in restaurant and we were very happy with the service. The ambiance and the live music with piano was great. Keep up the good work guys. Extremely happy to stay.

The concierge service are very friendly, and there´s a large mall nearby. It's convenient to drive or take a taxi to attrations, which are about 10-15 minutes drive away.

The stay at the hotel was enjoyable and the reception staff were professional and helpful, especially Ms. Kubra Beazel, who was keen to address all our needs and her cooperation motivated us to extend our stay at the hotel. All thanks to her in particular and to the entire staff

Location is convenient, Top notch service and the rooms where clean to. What was not clean were the windows. It’s such a nice city view but you can’t really enjoy because of the thick layer of dirt on the windows. But overall I totally enjoyed my stay.

The rooms are mediocre for this price range, otherwise the hotel is fine. Good breakfast, excellent coffee. Good service, friendly staff.

My first time here and staff were perfect specally Olcay in the reception, the room was immaculate and the breakfast was out of this word literally the finest cheeses, olives honey and butter amongst many many more. I enjoyed their hot Turkish coffee. thank you Olcay for the free coffee.

Good place to stay for a short time, the male receptionist is tempered and just to let you know i received a package and told the receptionist to put it in a bag, he gave me a LAUNDRY bag and when asked for a hotel bag, they said they don't have one!

I had 2-day holiday for a single in December 2023.
Room: It was a very nice room with view. Cleaning was adequate. Mini bar has enough drinks. I had no problems.
Food: breakfast was excellent.

This hotel has great service and the best staff since many years. Also the food is great.
Next building is the biggest mall in Ankara.
The location is in the middle of all different industrial attractions and the airport.
Number one spot for business trips.

I have been living in the CP for over a year now and despite the fact that the rooms are now a little tired, what sets it apart and makes it feel like home are the friendly and attentive staff.
In particular, I would like to single out Seher in the bar/restaurant. She is always a welcoming host and is so hardworking and diligent. She is a great asset to the hotel and makes me look forward to visiting the bar. The best compliment I can pay her is that I now think of her as a friend rather than just another member of staff.
A special mention to Erkan in the breakfast service too.
