JW Marriott Hotel Ankara

I recently stayed at a Marriott hotel for a week during a business trip. Having stayed at other Marriott properties before, I had high expectations, but unfortunately, this experience fell short in several areas.

Room and Amenities:
The room itself was spacious, with ample closet space and enough room to work and relax. The gym was impressive—spacious and well-equipped with a variety of instruments. The bed was large, although the mattress showed signs of wear.

Staff and Service:
The staff were very attentive, kind, and respectful. They made genuine efforts to accommodate all my requests, which I appreciated.

Cleanliness and Hygiene:
This was the most disappointing aspect of my stay. Upon arrival, I discovered that the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. The sink, shower door, and toilet were covered with shaved hair from the previous guest. Although I reported this to the reception and they promptly arranged for a deep cleaning, traces of hair remained around the sink and in the tub.

During the buffet breakfast, I found a long hair in the cheese, which completely ruined my appetite. Despite reporting this immediately to the staff, the incident left a lasting negative impression.

Overall Experience:
While the room size and amenities were satisfactory and the staff were commendable, the lack of cleanliness significantly marred my stay. I expected more from a Marriott property and will likely consider other options for my next visit.
