Clean pool area and cleaners cleaned room every day. Receptionist really nice and friendly. We were there last September (2020). Found the hotel really clean plenty of hand sanitizer. Food was really good. Great prices. We would certainly go back again. Room very clean basic great view over the pool. Staff experience was excellent

We enjoyed our stay here . We ate out most times as there are lots of restaurants nearby but we had breakfast once and it was fine. The pool area and bar is nice. Apartment we stayed in was comfortable and ideal for two of us. Location was good close to beach. Yes its a tough walk back up hill but don't be put off by that if your anyway fit! Good Turkish barber is close by and worth a visit.

There are many Tuntas apartments in one of the more need to bother searching or don't. Room very nice, clean, good hygiene, is the most ideal classes in the pool, and the employees were helpful.

Spotless, clean, great food service, food and drink very reasonable prices , close to ladies beach and lovely sea view.

the elevator is constantly breaking down. cleanliness was below par.The staff could have had a little more human communication.

The location is 5 minutes walk to the sea but there is a huge inclination on the road and it is not pleasant to walk the road a few times a day. So, once you are at the coast, you don't go back to the hotel, if you forgot something. The personnel is very helpful, they solved every problem we have had. Buying everything, including soap, shampoo and the material to wash the dishes was exhausting. Next...

Loved every minute of our stay here!!. Rooms are amazing, pools are really clean and the food was lovely and plenty to choose from. Will definitely come here again. One negative is the wasps, especially by the snack bar at the main pool and trying to get a table inside when at the main restaurant (especially for lunch).

Lovely really well equipped apartment and food quality and choice overall was great. Very clean too. It is a remote location though so nowhere to walk to nearby. There's still the sunbed issue where you have to be up and out at 7am to get one but with a lack of any system there is no option. It's mostly All inclusive so what let's it down tends to be other inconsiderate guests pushing into queues...

Wouldn’t say it’s a five star. 2/3 at best. Place is Quite dated and in need of TLC. Customer service skills can improve of some staff , entertainment team very friendly. Taxi ride is needed to get to actual town as location of hotel is remote. The rooms themselves are decent. With small children and pushchair given a apartment which required to use two flights of stairs, did ask twice for room...

I had an amazing time here. I went for a week with my best friend and her husband and child. The apartment had 2 rooms and a open kitchen living area. We were fortunate to be on the ground floor, this meant we opened our back patio to a pool area, which was perfect. This is a small residential village, has everything to offer for families and their kids. Beautiful spacious apartment blocks fully arranged for maximum benefit and position, very well manicured gardens and facilities. 20min drive to Kusadasi down town main hussle and bussle! Loved the pampering :-)

The best you can have in kuşadası espacially if you are looking for a place to cook and dont eat outside for a couple of times. Very helpfull stuff also.

Wow!! What a great restaurant this is our 3 time eating here this week great and friendly waiters, they make you feel like family i don’t have a bad thing to say about this restaurant great food great view and they even offer you blankets when it starts to get windy. This is truly one of the best restaurant in the whole of turkey.😁😁

Cheap and cheerful. Rooms badly in need of upgrading. You have to pay £6 a day for air conditioner. Pool was small. Breakfasts at restaurant facing beach were traditional Turkish. Ok for us, not for others.

The Hotel is a good one if u don't want to spend a lot of money. The studio rooms are okey, although u will be missing a TV. On the roof one finds a pool which is well looked after :-) The Hotel cooperates with a restaurant on the beach front where the breakfast is served too. It's a 4 Minutes walk from the Hotel.

It was passable, but not great. Place was big and interesting and it looked like it used be great, but it’s currently not being unkept like it should. Our room was big and modern, but a lot of wear and tear along the floorboards, and a huge water stain on the ceiling. It was pretty obvious the room had suffered some water damage. Room was clean overall, but there was black mold all over the caulking...

Big fancy apartments with an amazing view over ladies beach. They have good generous breakfast. The only things we didn't like is their cleanness and their elevator whose buttons ain't working. They only clean up the apartment every 2 days, which will leave you in need for new towels, toilet paper, and someone to empty the trash cans. Also, very loud music is played on the beach just under the hotel

We stayed here for a total of 3 weeks in a variety of rooms for a big family vacation. The hotel staff and service is fantastic and as a world traveler, I was impressed. The location is excellent with breathtaking views and great size rooms. We stayed in the 2 story 007 penthouse which had 3 bedrooms and an incredible roof top terrace. Any concerns or questions we had was handled by the staff immediately...

Great hotel, the rooms are very big and spacious. Nice and clean. The hotel is so big and spaced out that you almost feel as though you are the guest staying there. It is very well placed for the beautiful Ladies Beach and other amenities. 25 minutes easy walk to the beginning of sea side city centre.

Lovely place loads of restaurants to choose from u can relax and enjoy your food while looking right out at the beautiful blue sea 5 stars anytime

The rooms are really comfortable, breakfast was also very good, Kusadasi tour, blah... women swim at the beach alone one of the best places to stay if you want to do on the internet and the connection is experiencing intense distress goes on very often, I would recommend that you have mobile Internet package

Long story short, great service with fair prices. Staff is friendly and positive, good location, clean pool area. Internet is the weak spot :(.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Second time I have stayed. Pool area lovely and clean. Snacks and beer reasonable prices. Only thing this year was I never had a cleaner in 6 days so no clean towels or bedding changed. This was not a problem with towels as I was travelling alone and plenty of towels were in my room on arrival. View from my room was beautiful.

My stay at the Ali Babam has been great, the staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful, the room was clean also was the pool if someone was to ask me what hotel to stay in at kuşadasi I would say the Ali Babam

A nice familidrevet hotel with simple, straightforward standard. The service is completely at the top. We have been there over 20 times over the years and go always back here. The hotel is about a mile from the city centre and it is a short distance to Ladies Beach. The hotel has two swimming pools, a common standard pool and a small for children.

First of all, the location of the hotel is very central, you can easily reach everywhere on foot. My first visit to Kusadasi, I was very satisfied with the hotel. Thanks to the staff, they fulfilled everything I asked. A complete family atmosphere

We stayed for 2 days with my wife and small child. It was very nice in terms of location and cleanliness. The employees were smiling. We were going to the sea in 10 minutes by car to the Ladies Beach. In the evenings, we were walking around the bazaar. It was good. Thank you. #TwoTeachers304

Staff is very nice

Not too expensive, staff is OK, near the center. Most important thing, the host would not accept people to whom he does not fancy as customers.

Good location for getting into town centre and ladies beach. Staff very polite and helpful we stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute of our stay .Our room was number 601 good views and clean already have booked again for next year for 3 weeks hopefully we will be in the same room if not one just as nice with the good views .a big thank you to the reception staff

We come here every year in summer. And its always nice to stay. The only problem this year was the woman on reception who works on night shifts she doesnt know turkish and she doesnt understand anything i say in english. She was rude. Other than that everything was fine the food was delicious especially the double cheesburger.

Stayed at the golden moon twice fantastic value great pool and bar area staff very helpful .just a short walk to the centre of town . Looking forward to spending a holiday at the golden moon soon .

Last year, we spent a week at Nesa Palas with my family. Due to the pandemic, we went very nervous and afraid. (Obviously, we were stuck with the negative comments here.) The rooms were clean, the furniture was useful and new. The staff were attentive and smiling. Disinfectant was constantly sprayed around and on the grass. Let me tell you about an event that I witnessed and make your decision accordingly...

I used the Nesa palas hotel for sleeping purposes only because I was going to stay in that area. The rooms are really clean and the furnishings are really new and useful. The location of the hotel is far from the sea, but now you can get down to the center with the minibuses passing in front of it. There is no market, etc. around the facility, the closest one is between 500m and 1 km. If you don't...

I recommend everyone to come here. The staff are friendly and always strive to make your vacation as good as possible. Pool clean every day. The most beautiful beach is 15 minutes walk from the hotel, the center also. Rooms great. You will not go wrong for sure.

Very nice hotel. The people here are very kind and they will always do their best to make your stay as much as pleasent. The pool is cleaned every morning. The food here is very nice. This time next year, we will definitely be back here.

Good people are working here. Its good place for vacation,food is good too and pool is awesome. Only bad thing here are to many cats,and water in shower is too cold. But for that money is totally ok staying here.

Big rooms, hygiene kinda acceptable, staff doesn't speak English, there's a pool... there's a restaurant, but I haven't tried the food. Shower water is either too hot or too cold... All in all, it was good for that price, but nothing special

It was eh at best. The food in the kitchen wasn't anything to write home about. The room wasn't the cleanest, the shower heat setting is a puzzle to solve. The receptionist wasn't at the desk 75% of the time. But the room was a decent size for two people, and they have a pool. tl;dr It's okay if you're on a budget. But don't expect to be blown away.

Hotel in the center of Kusadasi. Ideally located to explore Kusadasi. Erkan, the manager, is a very nice, hospitable man who likes to take his guests with him. You can enjoy breakfast on the shaded terrace in front of the hotel. It is not a suitable hotel if you want to lie by the pool all day. It is nice for a cooling dip, but the pool is not really big. Very nice sea view apartment.

Just returned yesterday from a brilliant week here. Staff are so helpful and friendly, especially Christine and Liam, they noticed my husband had mobility issues and tho I didn't ask they moved us to a more suitable room(both rooms were equally lovely) Quiet location out of town but bus right outside apartments or no trouble for staff to phone a taxi. Very friendly hotel, had basic room but was comfortable. Had to go out to get coffee as nothing in room but wasn't a problem. Very clean and surprised with lovely towel displays - amazing. Wifi only in reception but was a big hotel. I would definitely stay again. Breakfast is traditional and very fresh every day. Good choice.

Everything was great

It was my first time at surtel hotel this year i stayed for 10 days and I am happy to say I will be returning hopefully next year, the rooms were clean, food was tasty and fresh and the staff would always go out of their way to help. The hotel is in a perfect location. The pool and toilets were always kept clean. Very friendly environment, with guests staying from all over the world which was lovely...

Great hotel. Only downside is wifi connection is only available in the lobby and the TVs in the rooms are outdated. But other than that, great staff great rooms and great food.
