What an amazing little spot in the mountain, you walk down to the beach into the bay and the water is beautiful with many fish. The rooms with the sea view are amazing

People all very helpful and great. Kids enjoyed all the various activities. (Note the big double flume requires you to be over 12, over a certain height and also over 50kg

I enjoyed the walks but if you have bad knees, are a bit older or in a wheelchair this is not the place for you as the way up from the bay is quite steep

The buffets are great, you just have to be on time or you miss out, because people love to stack on food and leave it on their plates

It was very nice the aqua park was very big the beach was nice and the food was delicious. It is very nice when you like slides and water attractions. you can go to other places with a bus that is very close to the hotel

So well looked after the building and the grounds. The pools are fab, the aqua park is amazing!! The entertainment is great and the beach is literally at the end of the resort- 5 minute walk away

Hotel is very clean, lovely, helpful, friendly staff. Food is good, Al A Carte restaurants are absolutely lovely, we tried the Chinese and the Turkish. Drink selection is quite large

The hotel would benefit from a good games room like the one in the neighbouring hotel which had loads of pool tables, video games and small rides for children. Overall though a really nice hotel which I would recommend

Great waterpark with different sections to suit all ages of children (and adults!). There’s an adults only pool but there were young children in there on occasion so the no under 16 rule needs to be enforced

This is the best place we have stayed in Turkey. The food choice is amazing and all great quality. They all worked incredibly hard to look after us. Always smiling and willing to help

There are four speciality restaurants. The Italian was fabulous but the fish less so. The starters were delicious but the sea bass was dreadful

Staff were fabulous throughout the hotel. Rooms clean with towel changes every day if required. The beach side lunch area was good but the food could sometimes be cold. The main restaurant had great choice

I’ve never had one presented to me like that - absolutely full of bones and poor tasting, dry, meat. Nice atmosphere for a pre and post dinner drink. There’s a patisserie that I didn’t try, but the cakes looked good

Food and Drink selection was really good and the staff are very friendly and helpful but I would definitely do some research into this Hotel if you are a family looking for some relaxation because you'll be doing alot of the entertaining yourself!!!

The animation team are fantastic, particularly Casper, Cindy, Barney and Berry and the rest of the team!!! They work so hard and always have smiles on their faces taking time to make the children and parents feel special!

My daughter really enjoyed the mini club at this hotel. The open times were great and suited family life! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Mt daughter made a T-shirt and got a Turkey staff T too

She went to the mini disco almost every night and stood in front of "Elsa" to follow her actions! She nailed the moves now. Would highly recommend this hotel for families

This year we've been to this hotel for the 10th time in a row. Last year, our experience was a bit less than stellar. Fortunately, this year it has improved significantly, and we had another fantastic holiday

The iced coffee was delicious this year, and the children's party was so well organized. Bringing the ice cream downstairs was a great idea. We were also very grateful for our fruit bowl as a welcome gift

It’s practically impossible to get bored here unless you want to! The pool area and rooms are clean and well-kept. The beach is usually windy, but not many people go there anyway because the pool area is fantastic

The food is very diverse, and there’s something available almost around the clock, along with plenty of attractions

Overall, this is a nice hotel, but there are a couple of areas for improvement: For guests who prefer seafood and vegetarian dishes over regular meat, the dining options are limited and it can be challenging to find a decent variety

The stylish swim-up suites are only available for families with children aged 6 and above, which is good to know

There’s also a prayer room (mescid) located under the reception area, and wearing a swimsuit or burkini in the water is allowed

many choices good salads and fish and all meat is also possible each night. the sunset in front of the hotel towards the beach is also amazing. All people took photos for this lovely sunset everynight

We had a one week stay in the hotel and by far the animation team made it for my 2 year old and 4 year old! They loved the pools and the mini disco. We enjoyed our stay very much

It's an all in resort. Parking is free. Security at gate. Food is good. Except indoor pool closes early.

It takes 8 minutes by taxi from Kusadasi bus station. We reached the hotel for 50 TL. It is located right next to the women's beach. A great hotel in terms of location and view. The meals suited us very well

The desserts in the patisserie were quite satisfying. The fact that there is little meat for dinner may be a negative for some, but we were very satisfied with the food as we do not prefer meat

The croissants, scrambled eggs and toast at breakfast were wonderfully crispy and very good. Pita by the pool at noon was wonderful. The pizzas made by the beach were very thin and delicious

It was very nice to have 24/7 beverage service in the lobby bar and tea and coffee service on the terrace. The view from the room was very good. We did not have any problems with cleaning

In addition, there are alternatives such as pasta, hamburger, chicken, doner and fish upon request. We would also like to thank our friend İrem, who made us cocktails on the beach

I bought that room cheaper than all other local providers. This is the second time that I lived in trip. with services, possibilities, animations, sea (blue flag), Aquapark, foods, drinks, cleaning

My child and I caught an infection. The location is very large and spacious. There is a rink inside the hotel with a tractor that takes you to the sea and pool

They had so much energy and they made my week fabulous. They had so many amazing plans and games to make us entertained. The food was amazing too and I couldn’t stop eating those delicious foods

The rooms were clean 24/7 and we had everything in the rooms. The gym was clean and I could use it whenever I wanted. There was not even one tiny problems and Im just in love with this hotel

It is an old 5star hotel. I have been there 7 years ago, and then they had only one pool. Now must be much better. The rooms are very nice. The animation was superb too. Unfortunately they do not have sand beach.

Historical , lovely atmosphere , silence city , wonderful weather , dreamy Aegean , nice staff , but not enough room service and finally suggest you If you want use all facilities the best time is summer . Enjoy it .

This hotel definitely not the 5 stars hotel. I had an issue with aircondition in my room and I asked to fix it several times, lastly after 2 days of chasing the guy on reception the repairman came and fix it

Their own stretch of beach just outside the back gate with sun beds and umbrellas. Little bit outside the main town but a short, cheap, taxi hop and you were there

The food options were quite limited and repetitive which was a bit disappointing, especially when the picture and hotel description points at that the hotel has variety of food options the same goes for the desserts which were rarely tasty

So far I’m on my second day here and I can already say it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at. I’ve seen previous reviews leaving negative comments about the place, but I can honestly say the hotel has zero faults

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery, with lots of plants and trees all around, which gave it a peaceful, natural feel. The entire property was very clean and well-maintained

The bar said it was 24 hours never stayed up long enough to find out and drinks ok but not really a drinker nowadays. Also the coffee shop was the best I have used experienced from any hotel that I can remember

Only opens from May and offer bus to get there. It's not near the main part of town but get bus or taxi for cheap. Think the public bus is around 50p. Or a 20to25 minute walk with nice scenery along route

The best (most cost-effective) hotel in Turkey during the Spring Festival, no doubt about it! Located in the best location on the Kusadasi coast, 20 kilometers away from Ephesus, suitable for self-driving, super beautiful sea view, superb breakfast and dinner, and Turkish bath, you don't have to go out after checking in

There is a mountain top next to it where you can see the entire coast, but I think you can see it from the room. Tip, you must get a high floor sea view room!

Room service staff was generally courteous and helpful They upgraded my room to sea view even though I booked regular Security was helpful in getting taxis quickly whenever needed

We were there only from evening until early morning. The hammam is strange, small, but it is there. Karaoke and a show program for children. The pools were not working because it was raining

The entertainment team was very funny and my son liked them. Ferry was very funny and quite friendly with kids. He was my son's best friend during our stay. There was a few event every night for whole family

We stayed at this hotel for three nights with my wife from August 25th, and I must say that although it was our first visit to this hotel, we had a very good experience staying there

We were given a larger room, so that was a lovely surprise. 5 min taxi ride to the marina where there's plenty bars and restaurants. Only 200 Turkish lira for taxi from hotel, 5 euros

We stayed here in June and couldn't ask for more. Hotel is great with okay location, as no direct access to sea, but there is shuffle bus and only takes 5 minutes to get there

This hotel is not for people who like to go out shopping a lot, we went thinking there would be shops near the beach as there's only the one hotel shop that's anywhere near here

In the picture online it looks like the beach is connected to the hotel, it isn't, there's a free bus though that runs every half hour to the beach and back until 5pm

The same price for return, so it seems to be a standard price. We were in taxis 4 times, and it was always the same price. Just travelling between hotel and marina

As from the staff everyone is friendly and helpful. Our room was big with balcony and very clean. Food is great and so many choices will cater for everyone

There are two small ponds with ample seating around, also a tennis court, football pitch and a basket ball court, and even a playground with slides and swings etc. My kids enjoyed running around the grounds

Plenty of things for the children to do. 1 is a quiet pool which was great for my asd daughters although we loved the main pool with its music and different entertainment during the day
