Lost my room key. The couldn't have just made a new one. The master key for each room is in the safe, only the manager can access and then make a new key. Basic Turkish 3 star that makes up for dated facilities with friendly staff and a wonderful location on Ladies Beach. First room was World's smallest but spoke with reception and arranged a move without too much bother! Enjoyed rooftopbreakfat looking out over area and rooftop pool also!

Pros: The area around the hotel is pretty, the coast is at a 2 min walking distance with a lot of shopping places and food. There’s also a Turkish bath and massage place inside the hotel. Cons: The hotel room was very subpar. The standing shower was broken at the bottom so the water was leaking out onto the floor of the bathroom. Also their breakfast menu is very minimal.

It's a bit like a B&B in a restaurant, not like a hotel. The location is very convenient. The floor of the room is not clean. You have to wipe the floor with a towel first, which is a pity. But the breakfast is very rich.

This is a 2-star hotel, so you shouldn't have great expectations. The rooms are modest, but there is an air-conditioning and a TV. There is a nice terrace restaurant on the top of the hotel, which has a nice view, but the food and drinks they offer are disappointing.

Hotel's location is exceptional. Staff can speak english well and that was very important for me. You will gain more than the price you pay. Although it has 2 stars, it was more than what i expected. The negative point was absence of a refrigrator in the room.

We come here every year in summer. And its always nice to stay. The only problem this year was the woman on reception who works on night shifts she doesnt know turkish and she doesnt understand anything i say in english. She was rude. Other than that everything was fine the food was delicious especially the double cheesburger.

Big fancy apartments with an amazing view over ladies beach. They have good generous breakfast. The only things we didn't like is their cleanness and their elevator whose buttons ain't working. They only clean up the apartment every 2 days, which will leave you in need for new towels, toilet paper, and someone to empty the trash cans.
