The hotel is very quiet and clean. The staff is very friendly and good. Helping us a lot and being really great because we had little kids. Breakfast was excellent. I hope mr'Reza sees you again.

The first place we stayed in Turkey! The house, the people, the food and the location was all great. Yusuf, Görgën and Recep are a great bunch of people. Well maintained rooms, decent bathroom, beautiful garden and great company makes this place one of my favourites.

For anyone traveling on a budget this is the place to stay. This is a budget hotel, so the rooms are a bit small. However the owner Jay makes this place amazing. He's friendly and helpful and the place has a homely feel to it. Can be a bit noisy at times, your room won't be cleaned for you but you'll have a lovely breakfast on the terrace. If you like a quiet, hassle free hotel with amazing views, relaxing pool area & clean nicely decorated rooms then I highly recommend this hotel. It is perfectly situated away from the hustle & bustle but close enough to walk into Kusadasi centre or along to ladies beach. There is also a mini bus that stops outside the hotel. This is a beautiful, quiet hotel just outside of Kusadasi old town. Perfect get away for couples. The views are incredible, the staff are friendly and the location is good. The hotel is situated on a large hill, so any trips in and out of town are slightly longer and the walk might be difficult for those with mobility issues. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We come here every year in summer. And its always nice to stay. The only problem this year was the woman on reception who works on night shifts she doesnt know turkish and she doesnt understand anything i say in english. She was rude. Other than that everything was fine the food was delicious especially the double cheesburger.
