The first place we stayed in Turkey! The house, the people, the food and the location was all great. Yusuf, Görgën and Recep are a great bunch of people. Well maintained rooms, decent bathroom, beautiful garden and great company makes this place one of my favourites.

Definetely worth it! Staff is very polite, nice and generous! Building is very old (they said it's 200 yo Greek house) and authentic. For anyone traveling on a budget this is the place to stay. This is a budget hotel, so the rooms are a bit small. However the owner Jay makes this place amazing. He's friendly and helpful and the place has a homely feel to it. Can be a bit noisy at times, your room won't be cleaned for you but you'll have a lovely breakfast on the terrace. Also the location is brilliant.

Never have I dreamed of a kinder more accommodating and helpful host than the family that runs this guesthouse. The rooms were perfect for us (a couple) and provided everything we needed. Hotel is directly across the road from the beach. The service was good but the food was not compatible for my Mrs that lactose intolerant so we didn't eat there at all but lots of places around to each in town. Cheap and kinda cheerful but it's by no means a 4*,it's a Turkish 3* at best.

This is a 2-star hotel, so you shouldn't have great expectations. The rooms are modest, but there is an air-conditioning and a TV. There is a nice terrace restaurant on the top of the hotel, which has a nice view, but the food and drinks they offer are disappointing.

Big fancy apartments with an amazing view over ladies beach. They have good generous breakfast. The only things we didn't like is their cleanness and their elevator whose buttons ain't working. The hotel is so close to the sea with good public transportation accessibility, Executives, workers and staff were nice people. As a negative point the AC in the room wasn't enough to cool the room in extremely hot and high humidity place like there.

The room was spacious with a kitchen and lots of towels but wasn’t very clean and the toilet ducts seem to be smelly in my room in particular unlike other rooms. Very good value for money

If you like a quiet, hassle free hotel with amazing views, relaxing pool area & clean nicely decorated rooms then I highly recommend this hotel. It is perfectly situated away from the hustle & bustle but close enough to walk into Kusadasi centre or along to ladies beach. There is also a mini bus that stops outside the hotel. I will definitely rebook next time we visit Kusadasi.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the room was large and it had balcony with great sea views, although the bathroom could do with freshening up a bit. Fabulous breakfast. This is a beautiful, quiet hotel just outside of Kusadasi old town. Perfect get away for couples. The views are incredible, the staff are friendly and the location is good. The hotel is situated on a large hill, so any trips in and out of town are slightly longer and the walk might be difficult for those with mobility issues. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This hotel was amazing, the service was exceptional and the Restaurant food was A+. The Manager of the restaurant was so lovely and always engaged with us, so much that the 4 nights we were there we ate in the restaurant.

Great location and friendly staff, but no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The cleaners missed our room on two occasions and we had to ask them to clean it. We had a problem with our AC leaking in the room directly onto a plug, and asked them 3 time to sort it out but they didn't.

The place is a bit outdated. It was clean at its best. The bathroom faucets needed serious update. The small outdoor pool looked nice and clean, but we didn't have the time for it after having spent the whole day at the beach 20 minutes in walking distance.

I stayed here for 2 days. It is only 5 minutes walk from beautiful Kadinlar Plaji beach and also very close to amenities such as big markets and shops. Host is great, but the hotel desperately needs a makeover. Rooms are as small as they can be, not clean properly or regulary even when requested. There were times when there wasn't any hot water.
