Perfect and relax stay in Charisma De Luxe. The receptionist is very attentive and answered all enquiries politely. The view from the sea view room is beautiful and spacious, all amenities are provided

The location is good and you can easily find eateries/bars along the street. The breakfast spread is delicious and variety. The only down side for us probably was the sewer smell at level 9 corridor

- Breakfast menu is same every day. only thing good about this hotel is its close to marina

I had an accidental vacation at this hotel because my rental car broke down. The bar has a great cocktail menu and the restaurants had a lot of tasty variety

I also tried the spa, which really helped relieve the stress in my feet

This is an incredible hotel with great views and service that cannot be beaten. The rooms are with fantastic views, all high quality. The breakfast and dinner buffet are mouth watering tasty food

Recommended dental company in which we got driven there and had free consultation. Our room was upgraded which had its own pool, two rooms and two bathrooms. Live band and very helpful staff

There is a restaurant aswell as a few takeaways nearby. Do have some cash on you for taxi and public transport. The view at the restaurant was gorgeous with such a nice vibe. Would love to come back next year

Our stay last night was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles from everyone and especially Banu. The exceptional service set the tone for our stay

We booked this hotel very last minute, but the experience is great. The room is modern and clean. We had dinner and breakfast here with great sea view and vibe. The food is also delicious.

Plus, but not environmentally friendly: you can take as many beach towels as you want and then they are everywhere. The hotel should take an improvement

What an amazing little spot in the mountain, you walk down to the beach into the bay and the water is beautiful with many fish. The rooms with the sea view are amazing

The buffets are great, you just have to be on time or you miss out, because people love to stack on food and leave it on their plates

I enjoyed the walks but if you have bad knees, are a bit older or in a wheelchair this is not the place for you as the way up from the bay is quite steep

I would definitely recommend this hotel. My 2 children enjoyed it, there was plenty for them to both do at ages 10 and 14. My 14 year old was entertained with the animation team and my 10 year old loved the pools

I do think we had a free upgrade as I'm pretty sure we booked the 1 bedroom room on bottom floor but we were given a 2 bedroomed room on top floor, which was great and perfect for us Food was great at lunchtime in the panorama and beach bars, however wasn't impressed with the buffet

The hotel offers several A La Carte restaurants; we dined at the Asian one, and the food was delicious. The hotel features an EV charging station, which was very convenient. There’s a spacious parking lot available

Cons: Both the building and the pools could use some renovation. For example, the elevator in the building felt outdated, and some areas of the pool showed signs of wear

We had an amazing holiday for the whole family. We especially loved Aqua Park, It was a little bit crowded after lunch but till then no problem. In the hotel the animator staff was very unprofessional, but it was ok

The hotel is very good, safe and full of entertainments for kids. Beds and pillows have very high quality. Staffs are very kind and almost all of them speak English fluently. Pari, and Sara are very supportive

Coming to an end of a 2 week stay, family of four had a great time shout out to the entertainment team who were brilliant remembering our kids names and always talking to them and encouraging them to play games and join in made them both feel really welcome

Ice lollys only available 230-4 and only 3 choice. No British type cereals so breakfast was quite hard for little one. Entertainment was not good at all. Beer after midnight is 270lira for a half pint

Streets are littered with empty bottles. Food was ok at the hotel, about 95% was the same every day, and one thing changed so kofte or fish, or liver from the outdoor grill

Special thanks to 'DLake' from the kitchen who brought us our favourite chocolate pannacotta upon request! There was a grumpy one who objected to us pushing tables together to fit all 6 of us, but DLake's happy attitude outshone that small detail

Our room (2304 - the new part) very spacious, tastefully furnished and very clean. Cleaned everyday and given fresh bedding/towels

Loved the beach area and the water sports were great. Kids enjoyed the water slides, they are a little walk away as not close to the main pool but worth it

I had the best time at Labranda thanks to the animation team at this Hotel. They were so friendly and entertaining that I didn’t feel bored at all. The hotel staff were nice as well

I have a lot to say about this hotel, the hotel on its own is really old and needs a lot of renovation. The food is terrible it has zero taste to it. More then 50% of the food is undercooked which lead for me to get sick

The desserts were good and flavourful. The workers are really nice people. The animation team is really friendly the kids love them especially Kaan, Hakan & Sam

The hotel doesn’t have any wifi besides the lobby (which is terrible) if u want to get wifi in ur room and other parts in the hotel u need to pay €15 per person to get access to wifi

It is a good place for families. It was the second arrival after 5 years. It is located as if it is in nature. Main pool and silent pool were good and clean. There are variety of foods and they were delicious

One of the oldest hotel in kusadasi. But, excellent food, very polite Staff, animation team best of the best. Roomse are spacious, clean, good location, about 10 minuts drive from kusadasi city center

Beautiful hotel with picturesque landscapes! Super place for relax and family's rest. Delicious food (European and Turkish cuisine), but not a lot of choice (for 5 ⭐). There are 5 clean wonderful pools

The food, the spa & wellness, the staff of the bars and the restaurant as well as the animation team are unsuccessful. The rooms are well appointed but the cleaning staff can use some improvements

It is an old 5star hotel. I have been there 7 years ago, and then they had only one pool. Now must be much better. The rooms are very nice. The animation was superb too. Unfortunately they do not have sand beach.

Air conditioner in the room, no cooling, only 25 degrees, no creams, conditioner, shampoo in the shower

Historical , lovely atmosphere , silence city , wonderful weather , dreamy Aegean , nice staff , but not enough room service and finally suggest you If you want use all facilities the best time is summer . Enjoy it .

This hotel definitely not the 5 stars hotel. I had an issue with aircondition in my room and I asked to fix it several times, lastly after 2 days of chasing the guy on reception the repairman came and fix it

The animation team is absolutely top notch with amazing entertainment every evening and games & activities throughout the day. The food was very good with loads of variety and we enjoyed whole fresh grilled fish everyday

One of the best All Inclusive hotels we have been to. The rooms were super spacious and all the staff we dealt with were excellent. The location and facilities are very good

We also highly recommend the Spa at this hotel, one of the best massage and Hammam experience we have had. The whole hotel was very clean and well maintained

The only thing we personally did not like were the cocktails but other drinks and snacks were good. We are already thinking of booking here again soon

This hotel is quite basic, not a flashy 4-5 star. BUT the staff is nice (just be nice to them don't just demand like some of the Brits and Germans who drink beer for breakfast just because it's all inclusive

We went in October and still forced ourselves into the water 😅 The private beach is great, the sea water is way warmer than the pool

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery, with lots of plants and trees all around, which gave it a peaceful, natural feel. The entire property was very clean and well-maintained

The beach was clean and well kept, no charges for sunbeds and not once did we struggle for a space by the pools or sea. And highly recommend for any families or even couples

Then we had a Turkish dance one night a mixture of men and women dancing away in their traditional outfits, they then finished off by involving some people from the crowd which was great to see, and finally a show with fire dancers, which was one of my favourites

It you haven't been to Turkey before it's not a bad place to visit if you're seeing the ruins that are about 20 minutes away, house of the blessed virgin Mary which is also not too far away if you're already visiting the area

I'll start off with the entertainment, every night the hotel had entertainment for kids which was a mini disco around 21:30. Then around 22:00 they have entertainment catered towards adults and children

Different mains every night and some nice touches. Music pool and quiet pool areas were very good along with pier beds and separate beach bar. Ala carte was very good and you have to book

I did find that the entertainment team tended to stick with the younger people though and only seemed to want to know anyone else when bums on seats were needed

Can be quite hard to get a place at the pool unless you are down before 7am to put your towel down. We found so many towels had been placed on sunbeds before 7am and the people didn’t use the bed until after 2pm

Food was very good and plentiful - you'd never go hungry! Staff were really friendly and helpful. Bar staff were fantastic too

Hotel on the waterfront with nice views. The buffet restaurant is average and has some Turkish and Western foods. We were on a bus tour and arrived late in the day, so we couldn't use most of the amenities

The hotel serves a large variety of food and the taste was better than some other hotels we ate in in Turkiye. Coffee, tea, and wine are also provided during dinner with an extra charge

Be warned! Hard bed! Not much sleep all week. But lovely area. Enjoy swimming pool. Foods is ok especially with me being fussy. Had pancake for my breakfast. Pizza is one of delicious!

However, there were two minor issues: the WiFi was unreliable, and the bed was a bit too hard for our liking. Despite these small inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would recommend this place to others

TURKISH BATH WAS AMAZING! I had an issue a couple of nights in where I required first aid and medical advice. I approached the reception team and the guest relations lady (I did not catch her name) were very helpful

The bed was very hard and problematic for my partner who has had major back surgery, but we managed to get a mattress topper the following morning which made the bed a little more comfortable

The croissants, scrambled eggs and toast at breakfast were wonderfully crispy and very good. Pita by the pool at noon was wonderful. The pizzas made by the beach were very thin and delicious

It takes 8 minutes by taxi from Kusadasi bus station. We reached the hotel for 50 TL. It is located right next to the women's beach. A great hotel in terms of location and view. The meals suited us very well

The desserts in the patisserie were quite satisfying. The fact that there is little meat for dinner may be a negative for some, but we were very satisfied with the food as we do not prefer meat

It was very nice to have 24/7 beverage service in the lobby bar and tea and coffee service on the terrace. The view from the room was very good. We did not have any problems with cleaning

In addition, there are alternatives such as pasta, hamburger, chicken, doner and fish upon request. We would also like to thank our friend İrem, who made us cocktails on the beach

All of our requests were quickly met. I say don't worry about things that can't be solved

The hotel was great and it has private beach and a nice pool. Food was really delicious with lots of choices. Room was clean and big enough with 3 beds. I have 7 years old kids so entertainment was very important for me

I would especially like to praise the night shift manager who was on duty on April 25/26 (I forgot his name). The hotel is full, but everything works fast and smoothly. Although it is the off season, all pools are open

The indoor pool was very cold but I enjoyed everything else. Outdoor pool was nice but sunshine coverage for sunbathing wasn't long enough! I loved the garden and my room was exceptionally clean and well presented

A pretty amazing hotel for the price! I loved the decor and the fact they had a spa area in the basement which offered hot stone massages, Turkish baths, a sauna and indoor pool

We have spent one week at this hotel in May this year. Very nice staff at the reception desk and in the bar where we were served with delicious drinks and tea. We had a beautiful view of the sea from our room

The indoor pool has a particularly pleasant temperature. The hotel is right on the beach, which is clean and tidy. We have everything we need in the hotel

The beach is sandy, there were enough sunbeds for everyone. Now we are going there with the children

The food is also normal, cutlets, fish and chicken on the grill, on a Turkish day they were fed to satiety. From fruits peaches, watermelons, apples, oranges, cherries, nectarines. The room was clean, there was no noise

That's the best all inclusive hotel I've ever been. Me and my friend were there for 5 days and we are satisfied with the staff, they became our friends and we were going out together, so friendly people

We went out together on a disco and if we needed something to find they immediately was showing us. There was photographers who you can ask if you want a photosession when the sun is going down

Animation team looks like they really love their job which is the best feeling when you're being on a holiday and you're communicating with the staff

You can't get hungry because there is food all the time - you have snack bar, ice cream, gözleme (typical turkish food), restaurant every few hours

The bar said it was 24 hours never stayed up long enough to find out and drinks ok but not really a drinker nowadays. Also the coffee shop was the best I have used experienced from any hotel that I can remember

Can’t fault this hotel we have had an amazing time at the Ramada golf resort. Staff are all friendly & keep kids entertained. The girls favourite night was the fire show & foam party they don’t want to leave

Only opens from May and offer bus to get there. It's not near the main part of town but get bus or taxi for cheap. Think the public bus is around 50p. Or a 20to25 minute walk with nice scenery along route

We are very happy about our stay in Ramada Hotel. Big choice of very good food, nice and friendly staff. I hope to be back in the future;) Just avoid the guy from the regal holiday

Crazy sunbed reservation practices by guests, with sunbeds completely packed in around the small pools - far too small for a hotel with the people capacity. Pool also hugely cramped in peak afternoon heat

Also it now seems the norm for towels on the sunbeds at 07. 30 and left mostly empty till after dinner

Children are safe and not allowed to wander off as well as keeping them interested and occupied! Kids pools, slides and assortment of adult pools means something for everyone! Cannot recommend highly enough!

This does need addressing at this level of cost, the buildings do cast a lot of shade so not too many sunbeds in the sun

We were given a larger room, so that was a lovely surprise. 5 min taxi ride to the marina where there's plenty bars and restaurants. Only 200 Turkish lira for taxi from hotel, 5 euros

This hotel is not for people who like to go out shopping a lot, we went thinking there would be shops near the beach as there's only the one hotel shop that's anywhere near here

We stayed here in June and couldn't ask for more. Hotel is great with okay location, as no direct access to sea, but there is shuffle bus and only takes 5 minutes to get there

Both the ladies and men's pool had a small pool for children and both had slides for adults. The women's pool had drinks machines and snacks at certain times

I recommend renting a car and driving up to izmir center to go to the bazar or going to optimum mall. Another must is visiting dilek national park which has crystal clear waters and is only a 50 min drive from the hotel

The staff are fantastic although most can't speak English, they are always smiling, friendly and happy to help, there was a handful of staff that could speak English but Google translate helped with the ones that can't

There are two small ponds with ample seating around, also a tennis court, football pitch and a basket ball court, and even a playground with slides and swings etc. My kids enjoyed running around the grounds

Tuğba and havva are the best animation coaches. They were so kind, fun and nice to all of us! They made my stay perfect. They are the sole reason we want to come back. Very thankful to them

The food was lovely, you literally will never get hungry at this hotel there offer breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and soup at 11pm, there are drinks machines scattered all over too

Quite good hotel, unfortunately the personnel is not english speaking. Cleaning in the rooms is very poor. The shore is sandy but dirty.
