What an amazing little spot in the mountain, you walk down to the beach into the bay and the water is beautiful with many fish. The rooms with the sea view are amazing

The buffets are great, you just have to be on time or you miss out, because people love to stack on food and leave it on their plates

I enjoyed the walks but if you have bad knees, are a bit older or in a wheelchair this is not the place for you as the way up from the bay is quite steep

They also felt safe to get their own drinks and food without supervision and I felt it was safe for them to do so. My 14 year old also made lots of friends and went around the resort with them a lot of them time too

I do think we had a free upgrade as I'm pretty sure we booked the 1 bedroom room on bottom floor but we were given a 2 bedroomed room on top floor, which was great and perfect for us Food was great at lunchtime in the panorama and beach bars, however wasn't impressed with the buffet

-towel service available - plenty of sunbeds at this time of year not busy at all -pear bar is the best for lunch time food however it’s a shame this isn’t open for evening meals this food was always better (but worse for flies sitting on the food) - hotel it’s self very clean staff cleaning 24 hrs - 10euro taxi into town just ask at the desk -shops available for fake brands reasonable cheaper...

It was very nice the aqua park was very big the beach was nice and the food was delicious. It is very nice when you like slides and water attractions. you can go to other places with a bus that is very close to the hotel

So well looked after the building and the grounds. The pools are fab, the aqua park is amazing!! The entertainment is great and the beach is literally at the end of the resort- 5 minute walk away

We never felt that we miss something, and the plce was full of fun activities with great aqua park. Animators are all over the place and the best time we had at the hotel beach and on activities around it

Swimming pools were nice and warm with plenty of towels and the waterpark was great fun with lots of slides. The bars are well stocked but a bit understaffed at times but it was very busy when we were there

The staff and entertainment team were incredible! A couple of days out took being cleaned was missed but no problem as we were able to request fresh towels and water when we needed

It is a good place for families. It was the second arrival after 5 years. It is located as if it is in nature. Main pool and silent pool were good and clean. There are variety of foods and they were delicious

Smart chef!! The kitchen is very tasty and satisfying!! The menu includes fish, meat, soups, cereals, pastries, desserts, vegetable dishes, cheeses, sausages, several varieties of olives, vegetable salads, in a word, everyone will find something interesting for themselves

One of the oldest hotel in kusadasi. But, excellent food, very polite Staff, animation team best of the best. Roomse are spacious, clean, good location, about 10 minuts drive from kusadasi city center

The food, the spa & wellness, the staff of the bars and the restaurant as well as the animation team are unsuccessful. The rooms are well appointed but the cleaning staff can use some improvements

Lot's of things to do for families. Room was not large but clean and we had a challenge with small bathroom. If you don't expect ultra luxury and on a holiday with kids best place in Kusadasi

We were at the hotel at the beginning of September 2024. The hotel is clean and well maintained. It is suitable for families with children. The cuisine is good and varied

The pools are clean and there are enough sunbeds around them. The evening animation is good. My family was satisfied with their stay at this hotel. I would recommend it to my friends

Views are stunning with sea and beach on one side and mountains on the other! I would recommend this hotel to everyone, anytime

Turkish restaurant was brilliant and I would highly recommend SPA at the hotel, very good value for money. Activity team was brilliant, trying to engage everyone in the daily activities as well as evening one

The hotel staff is very attentive (they would go above and beyond to accommodate you), room was lovely and cleaned every day and soft drinks replaced, food was a plenty and very tasty as well

This is the best place we have stayed in Turkey. The food choice is amazing and all great quality. They all worked incredibly hard to look after us. Always smiling and willing to help

Ice lollys only available 230-4 and only 3 choice. No British type cereals so breakfast was quite hard for little one. Entertainment was not good at all. Beer after midnight is 270lira for a half pint

Streets are littered with empty bottles. Food was ok at the hotel, about 95% was the same every day, and one thing changed so kofte or fish, or liver from the outdoor grill

There is great market 2 mins from the hotel for shopping. And a few other shops around including pharmacy. We had brilliant 10 days and would definitely come back

The place is nice enough, but the bedding is faded and worn in places

Special thanks to 'DLake' from the kitchen who brought us our favourite chocolate pannacotta upon request! There was a grumpy one who objected to us pushing tables together to fit all 6 of us, but DLake's happy attitude outshone that small detail

There are a couple of A/C units, but unless you are directly underneath them or by the open doors looking out to the sea, you didn't feel the benefit, that being said we did choose to go in August and experienced very high temperatures

It takes 8 minutes by taxi from Kusadasi bus station. We reached the hotel for 50 TL. It is located right next to the women's beach. A great hotel in terms of location and view. The meals suited us very well

The croissants, scrambled eggs and toast at breakfast were wonderfully crispy and very good. Pita by the pool at noon was wonderful. The pizzas made by the beach were very thin and delicious

In addition, there are alternatives such as pasta, hamburger, chicken, doner and fish upon request. We would also like to thank our friend İrem, who made us cocktails on the beach

The desserts in the patisserie were quite satisfying. The fact that there is little meat for dinner may be a negative for some, but we were very satisfied with the food as we do not prefer meat

It was very nice to have 24/7 beverage service in the lobby bar and tea and coffee service on the terrace. The view from the room was very good. We did not have any problems with cleaning

All of our requests were quickly met. I say don't worry about things that can't be solved

Loved the beach area and the water sports were great. Kids enjoyed the water slides, they are a little walk away as not close to the main pool but worth it

I had the best time at Labranda thanks to the animation team at this Hotel. They were so friendly and entertaining that I didn’t feel bored at all. The hotel staff were nice as well

The rooms were clean 24/7 and we had everything in the rooms. The gym was clean and I could use it whenever I wanted. There was not even one tiny problems and Im just in love with this hotel

The animation team is absolutely top notch with amazing entertainment every evening and games & activities throughout the day. The food was very good with loads of variety and we enjoyed whole fresh grilled fish everyday

Best place I have ever been to and there is big bofet of food aswel and it worth more money what u paying for. Beautiful place and every nights having about 1:30 hours having culture show

One of the best All Inclusive hotels we have been to. The rooms were super spacious and all the staff we dealt with were excellent. The location and facilities are very good

We also highly recommend the Spa at this hotel, one of the best massage and Hammam experience we have had. The whole hotel was very clean and well maintained

The only thing we personally did not like were the cocktails but other drinks and snacks were good. We are already thinking of booking here again soon

We went in October and still forced ourselves into the water 😅 The private beach is great, the sea water is way warmer than the pool

Go to other beaches, explore, go to Ephesus (well worth the trip!) Take cards, board games, enjoy your evenings

There are also a few bars that serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks all day, which was perfect whether you wanted a refreshing drink by the pool or something stronger

This hotel is quite basic, not a flashy 4-5 star. BUT the staff is nice (just be nice to them don't just demand like some of the Brits and Germans who drink beer for breakfast just because it's all inclusive

If you ignore them, they'll walk away from your table 😁 The free cocktails are dead strong as they pour the cheap alcohol like water, no measurements whatsoever. If you want quality alcohol,you have to pay

I did find that the entertainment team tended to stick with the younger people though and only seemed to want to know anyone else when bums on seats were needed

Food was very good and plentiful - you'd never go hungry! Staff were really friendly and helpful. Bar staff were fantastic too

The hotel serves a large variety of food and the taste was better than some other hotels we ate in in Turkiye. Coffee, tea, and wine are also provided during dinner with an extra charge

Not a lot of entertainment, which was to be expected as it was coming to the end of the season, but what they did have was very good

There are only two elevators and they are very small. Each one can only take 3 people, so you have to queue to get in. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, but they are cold

We got to see the view of the city along with the Aegean Sea and the Samos island of Greece from our balcony. The view was stunning at night

The hotel was great and it has private beach and a nice pool. Food was really delicious with lots of choices. Room was clean and big enough with 3 beds. I have 7 years old kids so entertainment was very important for me

Staff are, without exception, friendly and helpful, especially the guys who put out the sunbeds exactly where you want them

We have spent one week at this hotel in May this year. Very nice staff at the reception desk and in the bar where we were served with delicious drinks and tea. We had a beautiful view of the sea from our room

The entertainment team was very funny and my son liked them. Ferry was very funny and quite friendly with kids. He was my son's best friend during our stay. There was a few event every night for whole family

The food, although not to our taste (and that's our problem, not the hotel's) was plentiful and fresh. The drinks menu was limited, but that wasn't an issue for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable

The hotel definitely deserves more than 4 stars because it has better service than some hotels that have 5*

Perfect and relax stay in Charisma De Luxe. The receptionist is very attentive and answered all enquiries politely. The view from the sea view room is beautiful and spacious, all amenities are provided

The location is good and you can easily find eateries/bars along the street. The breakfast spread is delicious and variety. The only down side for us probably was the sewer smell at level 9 corridor

I had an accidental vacation at this hotel because my rental car broke down. The bar has a great cocktail menu and the restaurants had a lot of tasty variety

This is an incredible hotel with great views and service that cannot be beaten. The rooms are with fantastic views, all high quality. The breakfast and dinner buffet are mouth watering tasty food

The beach is sandy, there were enough sunbeds for everyone. Now we are going there with the children

Good food, not a bad day, but the evening is boring for young people. Very small place, almost nowhere to walk.? The beach is quite small which could be a plus for the children and negative for adults.

The food is also normal, cutlets, fish and chicken on the grill, on a Turkish day they were fed to satiety. From fruits peaches, watermelons, apples, oranges, cherries, nectarines. The room was clean, there was no noise

That's the best all inclusive hotel I've ever been. Me and my friend were there for 5 days and we are satisfied with the staff, they became our friends and we were going out together, so friendly people

We went out together on a disco and if we needed something to find they immediately was showing us. There was photographers who you can ask if you want a photosession when the sun is going down

Animation team looks like they really love their job which is the best feeling when you're being on a holiday and you're communicating with the staff

Also it now seems the norm for towels on the sunbeds at 07. 30 and left mostly empty till after dinner

This hotel is not for people who like to go out shopping a lot, we went thinking there would be shops near the beach as there's only the one hotel shop that's anywhere near here

In the picture online it looks like the beach is connected to the hotel, it isn't, there's a free bus though that runs every half hour to the beach and back until 5pm

This does need addressing at this level of cost, the buildings do cast a lot of shade so not too many sunbeds in the sun

We were given a larger room, so that was a lovely surprise. 5 min taxi ride to the marina where there's plenty bars and restaurants. Only 200 Turkish lira for taxi from hotel, 5 euros

We stayed here in June and couldn't ask for more. Hotel is great with okay location, as no direct access to sea, but there is shuffle bus and only takes 5 minutes to get there

I recommend renting a car and driving up to izmir center to go to the bazar or going to optimum mall. Another must is visiting dilek national park which has crystal clear waters and is only a 50 min drive from the hotel

The staff are fantastic although most can't speak English, they are always smiling, friendly and happy to help, there was a handful of staff that could speak English but Google translate helped with the ones that can't

There are two small ponds with ample seating around, also a tennis court, football pitch and a basket ball court, and even a playground with slides and swings etc. My kids enjoyed running around the grounds

Tuğba and havva are the best animation coaches. They were so kind, fun and nice to all of us! They made my stay perfect. They are the sole reason we want to come back. Very thankful to them

The food was lovely, you literally will never get hungry at this hotel there offer breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and soup at 11pm, there are drinks machines scattered all over too

This was my first experience of a halal hotel so I can't really compare to other ones but I was seriously impressed with everything about this hotel especially considering the price

I love the smell of the Istanbul collection shampoo, shower gel and soap! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! If you’re looking for a place that combines amazing service with incredible views, look no further

There is a restaurant aswell as a few takeaways nearby. Do have some cash on you for taxi and public transport. The view at the restaurant was gorgeous with such a nice vibe. Would love to come back next year

Our stay last night was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles from everyone and especially Banu. The exceptional service set the tone for our stay

Recommended dental company in which we got driven there and had free consultation. Our room was upgraded which had its own pool, two rooms and two bathrooms. Live band and very helpful staff

We booked this hotel very last minute, but the experience is great. The room is modern and clean. We had dinner and breakfast here with great sea view and vibe. The food is also delicious.

4) quality of service - one of the administrators did not speak English at all which was very inconvenient taking into account that this administration was frequently alone, so she couldn’t help 5) hotel’s “beach” - sometimes was dirty and nobody cleaned it

1) noisy at night - poor soundproofing of windows as well as walls 2) dirty bad sheets, pillow cases and towels 3) quality of service - so-so. Had to ask several times to change dirty bad sheets and towels

Marti beach hotel, located at one of the best place on ladies beach. One of the nicest concept I have ever seen. Delicious food, good service and kind stuff. Definitely recommend hotel. Great hotel for reasonable price.

Comfortable enjoyable stay. Nice view . attentave staff , although language (english) might be a challenge. Ok breakfast. Spacios rooms. A bit of a weired elevator system, but I Would recommend nevertheless.

Great staff... I was wondering why they didn't change our sheets after I put a sign to be cleaned, 7 days without changing sheets. Four stars somehow I did not understand it ...

2nd time to stay here. The program is same every year,the beach-cleaner this year. Personnel lovely,enough food/drink varieties,but weaker choice this year.

Originally we were staying at Grand Sahin, the hotel was terrible, we complained to our rep which he moved us straight away to this hotel (my Aegean Star)

I used this hotel as a gap stop during my visit to Turkey for dental work, I was on a tight budget

Cleaning rooms and changing towels was on a daily basis. I highly recommend this place for vacay

There's still the sunbed issue where you have to be up and out at 7am to get one but with a lack of any system there is no option

Loved every minute of our stay here!!. Rooms are amazing, pools are really clean and the food was lovely and plenty to choose from. Will definitely come here again

One negative is the wasps, especially by the snack bar at the main pool and trying to get a table inside when at the main restaurant (especially for lunch)

We spent most of our time around the pool near our room because the main slide area was heaving and people start saving seats from 6am onwards, which I didn’t fancy the long walk there to reserve each morning

It's mostly All inclusive so what let's it down tends to be other inconsiderate guests pushing into queues and getting drunk and loud with lots of shouting and swearing

Lovely really well equipped apartment and food quality and choice overall was great. It is a remote location though so nowhere to walk to nearby
