I would definitely recommend this hotel. My 2 children enjoyed it, there was plenty for them to both do at ages 10 and 14. My 14 year old was entertained with the animation team and my 10 year old loved the pools

I do think we had a free upgrade as I'm pretty sure we booked the 1 bedroom room on bottom floor but we were given a 2 bedroomed room on top floor, which was great and perfect for us Food was great at lunchtime in the panorama and beach bars, however wasn't impressed with the buffet

The cocktails in the sunset bar , especially the man working at the outdoor bar, Emre, I think, is amazing!! He works very hard, not only does he make them but he brings them to your table, hes amazing and makes the best cocktails in the resort

Absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel staff were incredibly patient and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The food was delicious and offered a great variety to suit all tastes

I have been in this hotel for about 4 days. We rented 2 rooms with my family and we are very pleased. There is food and drink everywhere. There is food and drink available 24 hours a day. The employees are very helpful

Lot's of things to do for families. Room was not large but clean and we had a challenge with small bathroom. If you don't expect ultra luxury and on a holiday with kids best place in Kusadasi

Can be quite hard to get a place at the pool unless you are down before 7am to put your towel down. We found so many towels had been placed on sunbeds before 7am and the people didn’t use the bed until after 2pm

Different mains every night and some nice touches. Music pool and quiet pool areas were very good along with pier beds and separate beach bar. Ala carte was very good and you have to book

Great location to ladies beach and kusadasi. Hotel lovely and clean and staff really professional. Food is as buffet style and have to say more than plentiful and to a high standard

If you are all inclusive no worries but if not be careful of the bottled beer prices like £12 for a corona. Lots of cruise ship people depart in the early hours. I say a lot but more of a minibus load tbh

The location and atmosphere is perfect. The rooms are cleaned everyday. I didn't swim in the swimming pools but they seemed fine. The only negative side was the food(2/5)

Hotel beach does not have sand like on Ladies beach, but it is ok Food, enertainment etc is adjustable more for Turkish guests rather to foreigners

We had a 6 day stay for our honeymoon and it was incredible, spent most of our time inside the hotel grounds and had a blast either in the amazing pools or with the entertainment crew who were amazing throughout.

The entertainment team was very funny and my son liked them. Ferry was very funny and quite friendly with kids. He was my son's best friend during our stay. There was a few event every night for whole family

Richmond Ephesus Hotel is a tranquil five-star resort, perfect for couples or families with children. It boasts direct access to a sandy beach, complete with plenty of sunbeds for all guests

The rooms very clean and getting cleaned to high standards, small issues in the rooms but they sorted them out, as I said earlier since the staff are super kind & helpful, small shortcomings here or there are really dismissible, plus we didn't spend much time in our rooms anyway as there is so many things to do at the resort

They made beautiful table for us for dinner decorated with balloons and flowers, which was even a surprise for all of us, they made beautiful cake and made that night super special for which I am really thankful to them, specially the waiters that night, Omar and the chef in duty that unfortunately I missed his name

It takes 8 minutes by taxi from Kusadasi bus station. We reached the hotel for 50 TL. It is located right next to the women's beach. A great hotel in terms of location and view. The meals suited us very well

The croissants, scrambled eggs and toast at breakfast were wonderfully crispy and very good. Pita by the pool at noon was wonderful. The pizzas made by the beach were very thin and delicious

In addition, there are alternatives such as pasta, hamburger, chicken, doner and fish upon request. We would also like to thank our friend İrem, who made us cocktails on the beach

The desserts in the patisserie were quite satisfying. The fact that there is little meat for dinner may be a negative for some, but we were very satisfied with the food as we do not prefer meat

It was very nice to have 24/7 beverage service in the lobby bar and tea and coffee service on the terrace. The view from the room was very good. We did not have any problems with cleaning

It was our first time in Kusadasi and we loved the city, the people, everyone was friendly, the city was organized. The food was very delicious, all the meals always had lots of options, they always varied the food

Children are safe and not allowed to wander off as well as keeping them interested and occupied! Kids pools, slides and assortment of adult pools means something for everyone! Cannot recommend highly enough!

As a bigger family trip (7 adults and 3 children)it was perfect for us. Highly recommend to use Tif Tour for tour's for day's out. Yuliya helped us with bookings and was there to see us off to every trip

I recommend renting a car and driving up to izmir center to go to the bazar or going to optimum mall. Another must is visiting dilek national park which has crystal clear waters and is only a 50 min drive from the hotel

The staff are fantastic although most can't speak English, they are always smiling, friendly and happy to help, there was a handful of staff that could speak English but Google translate helped with the ones that can't

There are two small ponds with ample seating around, also a tennis court, football pitch and a basket ball court, and even a playground with slides and swings etc. My kids enjoyed running around the grounds

They advertise room service in the rooms, but when I asked at check-in if they had room service for dinner, she didn’t really seem to know? In fact she couldn’t really answer fairly basic questions about the hotel in general

Big fancy apartments with an amazing view over ladies beach. They have good generous breakfast. The only things we didn't like is their cleanness and their elevator whose buttons ain't working

It took forever for the AC to cool the room down due to the size of the room - and because there was a weird gap in the sliding door that let some outside air in

They only clean up the apartment every 2 days, which will leave you in need for new towels, toilet paper, and someone to empty the trash cans. Also, very loud music is played on the beach just under the hotel
