Hotels with beach in Kusadasi

Like in many resorts, some guests reserved sunbeds early in the morning by leaving towels, but even after breakfast we were still able to find sunbeds by the pool or the beach without any problem

Beautiful view and clean beach, big area, safe, the meal is not the best, perfect for family

Based on our experience, I can definitely recommend this hotel

What an amazing little spot in the mountain, you walk down to the beach into the bay and the water is beautiful with many fish. The rooms with the sea view are amazing

This is a 5-star amazing place – 5-star fantastic water, 5-star climate, and 5-star delicious, diverse food. These are the things you cannot complain about in this hotel. I won’t even look towards Antalya anymore

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in mid-August with my wife and our 15-year-old daughter. Even though it was peak season, the place never felt overcrowded and we did not experience long queues

Beach is cleaned of seaweed every morning, smokers treating the beach as their personal ashtrays as always. Sea is crystal clear with plenty of fish around which can occasionally nip

Can walk out around 120m before sea gets to 5ft then deeper. Plenty of facilities on offer although indoor pool is close June-September (check with your tour operator)

Attached waterpark has great rides for all ages, queues weren't at all bad for August time. Bring some bug spray as the midges in the evening suck blood and leave a mosquito style bite which can be itchy

The only thing I'd say could be better is the cleaning of the rooms but i can live with that. It honestly feels like a bit of paradise, we're sad to be leaving today

Family room in big enough for 4 with no issues, regularly cleaned with mini fridge, coffee/tea and toiletry mini bottled replaced/refreshed daily

Food is good and varied, and cakes and pastries -don't come here hoping to maintain a diet! Pools are large with plenty of sunbeds, the Silent Pool, 18+ only, is relaxing

been here 3 times now and i love it so much. It has everything you could ever need lots of drink variety and many nice bits of food. It has all the facilities you could ever need such as bars, pools and beach

June 2021. Highly recommended! Don't forget your Panthenol—the sun is so generous! It's a bit chilly in the evenings. The room is comfortable, so I don't turn on the air conditioning.

Kuştur was very accomodating and helpful with our family. Their service and rooms were great. The food was plentiful and delicious. The entertainment can use some help, but the kids had fun

We stayed at Kustur Holiday Club and overall had a nice vacation, but there were some drawbacks. Unfortunately, the beach did not meet our expectations — it was poorly maintained and the sea was very rocky

It was not well maintained, and the shoreline was full of rocks, which made swimming uncomfortable. If you’re not too focused on the beach, the rest of the resort delivers a pleasant holiday

Overall, I would highly recommend for families that would like to enjoy a worry free vacation

The location on the beach was so lovely. We had a family photoshoot there and we made a few trips into Kusadaci town centre which was only a 15 min taxi ride right from the hotel

where you can have beer, wine cocktails and a nice chat while overlooking the many swimming pools. The staff for us is what makes this hotel

We've had such an amazing stay here. The hotel staff were amazing and so friendly. The water park was the best fun we've had in ages

But not too big it loses it's welcoming atmosphere. Short walk to everything - rooms, dining, bars, pools, beaches and slides. We had such an amazing time - we're going back in October half term

The food was always on point, fron the restaurants to the gozleme stand to the ice cream and waffle stand and the pool snacks always hit the spot. Would definitely come back here in the future and bring my bigger family

Hotel is perfect- large enough to have all the facilities you'd want, great food choice, lovely beach and sea, water slides for every age, wonderful staff, clean, large rooms and great entertainment programme

Location - On the beach! The beach is small and not very clean, could do with a rake every morning. The rest of the grounds and gardens are immaculate. The grounds staff are extremely hard working

The animation team are fantastic, particularly Casper, Cindy, Barney and Berry and the rest of the team!!! They work so hard and always have smiles on their faces taking time to make the children and parents feel special!

Just spent the last well at Ephesia Beach Club would highly recommend this to everyone. The amazing entertainment staff work hard all day/night making sure you are all kept upbeat and involved

This year we've been to this hotel for the 10th time in a row. Last year, our experience was a bit less than stellar. Fortunately, this year it has improved significantly, and we had another fantastic holiday

The iced coffee was delicious this year, and the children's party was so well organized. Bringing the ice cream downstairs was a great idea. We were also very grateful for our fruit bowl as a welcome gift

Beach was so lovely and clean and just a couple of minutes walk. Swim up rooms were definitely a must, though we were using all the other swimming pools as well

Their own stretch of beach just outside the back gate with sun beds and umbrellas. Little bit outside the main town but a short, cheap, taxi hop and you were there

I can’t recommend enough; they have fine-dining options and quite good quality food and services across the resort. We have enjoyed every single minute of our stay. We will definitely come back soon

Beautiful resort, very well run, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Lots for kids to do and family friendly entertainment every night. Food was top notch, with a great range to pick from

The service was alright we had acouple of bad experiences such as the house cleaning ladies stealing 50 euro from my bag we reported it to the manager and he didn’t do anything about it overall the hotel is good and does good concerts at 10 everyday

The rooms were small and pretty uncomfortable the plugs were no where near the bed so you couldn’t charge your phone while on the bed

The location in Kuşadası is definitely the highlight — the sea view is incredible and the private beach area is a big plus. The staff were generally helpful and the atmosphere around the pool and beach was relaxing

The food in the restaurants is diverse and delicious, and although not as extensive as in some higher-category hotels, everything offered is absolutely tasty. The staff is dedicated and very helpful

Grand Blue Sky Hotel in Kuşadası is truly exceptional. The rooms are spacious with a magnificent view of the sea and the hotel’s beautiful garden. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is impeccable

We come from Ireland and we really liked it, we discovered Kusadaci and beautiful scenery, the Hotel was perfect for me and my husband, very warm welcome as well as very good attentive employee

The housekeeping staff do an excellent job, and any request we made was fulfilled within ten minutes by the reception. The pools are exceptionally clean and regularly maintained

The garden is stunning, filled with vibrant flowers and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and it’s definitely worth the money

Can’t fault this hotel we have had an amazing time at the Ramada golf resort. Staff are all friendly & keep kids entertained. The girls favourite night was the fire show & foam party they don’t want to leave

It didn't seem to be cleaned or replinshed often as thought, we would use the kettle for the second time and realised no milk/whitener. Also paper cups in room not great if you do want a tea or coffee

We are very happy about our stay in Ramada Hotel. Big choice of very good food, nice and friendly staff. I hope to be back in the future;) Just avoid the guy from the regal holiday

You're gonna find a letter from them at your door on the first morning. We bought one trip with them, we were told that everything is included then on the trip we had to pay extra for entry tickets

One of large hotel in Kusadasi, near the beach. The view is awesome.

Plenty of things for the children to do. 1 is a quiet pool which was great for my asd daughters although we loved the main pool with its music and different entertainment during the day

The room was nice and the food was delicious. Since the hotel was close to the beach, I could see the sunset, and it was truly beautiful a really great experience. Besides that, the staff were also very friendly

We had a garden room which was central to the pools and private beach, a 1 minute walk to each. A great variety of food at all meal times. Different entertainment each evening

We stayed here for 6 days. There was three good meals a day, animation, pools for women, children and men, its own beach by the sea and hammam services. The location is very convenient for traveling. We liked it.

Nestled between the mountains and the sea, this hotel boasts a beautiful sandy beach and a stunning location. The property features a main building along with several bungalows, each offering either garden or sea views

We were very satisfied during our stay, but there were also some drawbacks. We always received appropriate assistance at the reception. In the room, the bed linen and towels were changed daily, and the floor was vacuumed

A solid 4/5! Was so worried as some of the reviews are horrific, however I was very pleasantly surprised. Hotel was super clean, including the bedroom. Fresh towels, bins emptied, bed made every day

Only about 5/10min walk to ladies beach & 10min drive into Kuşadası costing about €7. I’d love to come back in the summer to see the hotel at its full potential with evening entertainment & warmer weather

Location is perfect, beautiful sea views at dinner & while sun bathing. Lovely to have a private beach, and the pier also had nice views over to ladies beach

Our second time here, nice area near Ladies Beach, but some areas of the hotel need a major renovation. Staff were mostly good to be fair. If it was listed as a 3 star it would be acceptable

But that being said, my 6 year old niece LOVED Asma (Member of animation team) and also massive shout out to Emre for looking after us the whole week, providing us with water polo, darts & playing cards with us in the evening

Staff are, without exception, friendly and helpful, especially the guys who put out the sunbeds exactly where you want them

The hotel was great and it has private beach and a nice pool. Food was really delicious with lots of choices. Room was clean and big enough with 3 beds. I have 7 years old kids so entertainment was very important for me

The food, although not to our taste (and that's our problem, not the hotel's) was plentiful and fresh. The drinks menu was limited, but that wasn't an issue for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable

A good hotel for a summer vacation, with indoor and outdoor pools, a beachfront location, and plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection

This is by far the best hotel during our tour. It has a nice pool and facilities. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer but our tour was stupid.

Nice Service, good food and great rooms. I feel really comfortable here and the room service is not that expensive. Also it's directly at the sea and near the city Center. I would come here again, without doubt

The staff at the hotel, in the bar and even the staff at the water sports are so lovely and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and welcoming

They have nice activities at the hotel, such as a lovely water sport with a person guide that’s so sweet and funny

Also the amount of stray dogs, we have never been somewhere before with issues such as stray dogs or rabies epidemics but as reassured by staff they are all cared for by the covenant tagged and monitored and regularly vaccinated, the views are absolutely out of this world and our room was stunning, we stayed in a bungalow and all though there is a lot of walking there is a regular transport system...

It is also close to the little pool with the slides and children’s area, the reception will call taxis for you to enter Kusadasi centre or you can get the dolmus from outside the security gates but we always used taxi

Loved the beach area and the water sports were great. Kids enjoyed the water slides, they are a little walk away as not close to the main pool but worth it

We stayed here in August and was slightly off put by the reviews we had read. However had an absolutely amazing first time in Turkey. We have done nothing but sing praises since returning home

The only negative was the food wasn’t great, very very repetitive and not to our taste as it was catered a lot more to more local countries or local tastes which is okay I suppose but we didn’t have a lot to eat or choose from so hopefully there will be more variety in future

Thank you, the staff we found was so kind and helpful and even though on occasion there was a huge language barrier they tried their hardest to understand what we was saying

Even though I chose a standard sea view room, they gave me a land view room. Later, they insisted that the hotel doesn't have a sea view room

Families with small children shouldn't think they'll be spending time on the beach while their children play. Our only concern was the lack of proper separation between adult and children's pools

Regarding the beach, it's quite difficult to access from the deep and wavy shore, but it's more convenient to use from the pier

We think hygiene rules were slightly violated. There were many people not wearing swimsuits or clothing suitable for children at the pool. Perhaps the hotel could be a little more cautious in that regard

Very beautiful hotel with a private beach. There should be many people in summer. The dinner in the restaurant is also delicious. The breakfast is very local. The hotel's large balcony is very beautiful, facing the sea.

The accommodation made us feel as if we would be at home. What truly stood out was the team's individualized and heartfelt approach. Their attention to detail and proactive service truly made our stay exceptional

Our stay last night was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles from everyone and especially Banu. The exceptional service set the tone for our stay

Recommended dental company in which we got driven there and had free consultation. Our room was upgraded which had its own pool, two rooms and two bathrooms. Live band and very helpful staff

We booked this hotel very last minute, but the experience is great. The room is modern and clean. We had dinner and breakfast here with great sea view and vibe. The food is also delicious.

A good hotel for those looking to recharge from the rigors of everyday life. The sea is wonderful, the scenery is stunning, the food is a 4-star, but you won't go hungry

The food is also normal, cutlets, fish and chicken on the grill, on a Turkish day they were fed to satiety. From fruits peaches, watermelons, apples, oranges, cherries, nectarines. The room was clean, there was no noise

There are some quirks, for example, the rooms are a bit dated, but the hotel isn't exactly new either; it dates back to the 1970s. It's been updated, though

Marti beach hotel, located at one of the best place on ladies beach. One of the nicest concept I have ever seen. Delicious food, good service and kind stuff. Definitely recommend hotel. Great hotel for reasonable price.

Comfortable enjoyable stay. Nice view . attentave staff , although language (english) might be a challenge. Ok breakfast. Spacios rooms. A bit of a weired elevator system, but I Would recommend nevertheless.

There is a kids club in the corner of the pool it wasn’t opened at all there was no games or anything interactive for the kids at all no ice creams on all inclusive music been played around the pool was on/off and was local dance music

After reading the reviews I was slightly worried. However we had a lovely week at Arora. The staff are super friendly and helpful

We were reluctant on coming to Arora after reading so many negative reviews and initially tried to change hotel, but all in all we’re glad we didn’t! Hotel is situated about 10 minutes outside kusadasi 8€ in a taxi into centrum of the Dolmus bus is 1€ The hotel itself was spotless rooms cleaned daily by very hard working ladies and very pleasant

Pool area continuously cleaned also. The pool is large but freezing! Small baby pool beside it and slide area with a pool. There is also a pool on the beach club however we didn’t use it

Originally we were staying at Grand Sahin, the hotel was terrible, we complained to our rep which he moved us straight away to this hotel (my Aegean Star)

I used this hotel as a gap stop during my visit to Turkey for dental work, I was on a tight budget
