Last few days remaining. Lovely location. Very tired resort needs a makeover. Would say more 3 star than a five. Majority of staff are friendly. Just had a meal at the Italian restaurant. What a lovely place. People all very helpful and great. Kids enjoyed all the various activities. (Note the big double flume requires you to be over 12, over a certain height and also over 50kg. We had a lovely holiday here in June although it was during a heatwave so it was 43° plus but the pool and air con made it bearable. The place was very clean everywhere and the gardens are beautiful. Kuştur was very accomodating and helpful with our family. Their service and rooms were great. The food was plentiful and delicious. The entertainment can use some help, but the kids had fun. Overall, I would highly recommend for families that would like to enjoy a worry free vacation.

My daughter really enjoyed the mini club at this hotel. The open times were great and suited family life! All the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved my stay here, the food, the service, I couldn't fault a thing. The one thing I wasn't aware of was you had to pay for wifi. Good food, not a bad day, but the evening is boring for young people. Very small place, almost nowhere to walk.? The beach is quite small which could be a plus for the children and negative for adults.

I had an accidental vacation at this hotel because my rental car broke down. The bar has a great cocktail menu and the restaurants had a lot of tasty variety. I also tried the spa, which really helped relieve the stress in my feet.

Perfect and relax stay in Charisma De Luxe. The receptionist is very attentive and answered all enquiries politely. A very nice modern large hotel on the Aegean Sea, It is very close to Ephesus which is probably the most popular site in turkey. Our room was very nice with a couch and a desk. Decent size bathroom with just a shower which is fine. The dining room is huge with an enormous buffet. Unfortunately I think the Turks don't like hot food since most items were either lukewarm or cool.

The food was awfull,they use the the cheapest product.and even the tea waa available by money and i think it is redicilious.The hotel was not cleaned for a long time that is why was a specific dirty smell which is soaked into our clothes.Every where was dirty. The reception was also unpolite.

I've been going here for 5 years. It's still nice but starting to look slightly tired by not replacing things that are missing like sink plugs etc and the fuses were removed for the cooker and washing machine, we had to ask for these. Also it now seems the norm for towels on the sunbeds at 07.30 and left mostly empty till after dinner. This does need addressing at this level of cost, the buildings...

The hotel and staff are lovely. The food is another storey, cold, do not cater for any dietary requirements, entertainment is repetitive and drinks well they are ok if you like Turkish spirits. The white wine was the best.

Lovely hotel. We were given a larger room, so that was a lovely surprise. 5 min taxi ride to the marina where there's plenty bars and restaurants. Only 200 Turkish lira for taxi from hotel, 5 euros. The same price for return, so it seems to be a standard price. We were in taxis 4 times, and it was always the same price. Just travelling between hotel and marina .
