Very tired resort needs a makeover. Would say more 3 star than a five. Majority of staff are friendly. Just had a meal at the Italian restaurant. Every single dish was stone cold

I would definitely recommend this hotel. My 2 children enjoyed it, there was plenty for them to both do at ages 10 and 14. My 14 year old was entertained with the animation team and my 10 year old loved the pools

People all very helpful and great. Kids enjoyed all the various activities. (Note the big double flume requires you to be over 12, over a certain height and also over 50kg

What an amazing little spot in the mountain, you walk down to the beach into the bay and the water is beautiful with many fish. The rooms with the sea view are amazing

Beach is cleaned of seaweed every morning, smokers treating the beach as their personal ashtrays as always. Sea is crystal clear with plenty of fish around which can occasionally nip

So well looked after the building and the grounds. The pools are fab, the aqua park is amazing!! The entertainment is great and the beach is literally at the end of the resort- 5 minute walk away

Food is good and varied, and cakes and pastries -don't come here hoping to maintain a diet! Pools are large with plenty of sunbeds, the Silent Pool, 18+ only, is relaxing

The entertainment team made everything even better – especially Melisa! She was super energetic, kind, and really made an effort to bring joy to everyone. Big thanks to the whole team for making our stay so special!

Attached waterpark has great rides for all ages, queues weren't at all bad for August time. Bring some bug spray as the midges in the evening suck blood and leave a mosquito style bite which can be itchy

The staff can't do enough for you, so friendly and accommodating. The entertainment team are the actual best, always coming and checking in, putting on games and keeping everyone entertained

There were fantastic DJ sets on two nights (almost full-on raves!!) with food and drinks and a great band on another night, plus the usual entertainment for children and adults in the auditorium

The hotel caters for everyone's palette. It has a large buffet dining area, 4 Al La Carte restaurants and snack bar. The hotel also has a coffee area that you can get proper Barista and lovely pastries

Hakan the main man, Beige and all the waiter staff are excellent and always happy to serve you drinks and have a chat. Meryem makes the best cocktails and is always smiling and happy and goes that extra mile

Staff were fabulous throughout the hotel. Rooms clean with towel changes every day if required. The beach side lunch area was good but the food could sometimes be cold. The main restaurant had great choice

There are four speciality restaurants. The Italian was fabulous but the fish less so. The starters were delicious but the sea bass was dreadful

if you were to go to main restaurant i would say to go a little bit later and then there isn't as big as a rush. i would 100% go back to this hotel. best hotel i have been to in ages

The animation team are fantastic, particularly Casper, Cindy, Barney and Berry and the rest of the team!!! They work so hard and always have smiles on their faces taking time to make the children and parents feel special!

It was like a heaven and our favourite place to return. Rooms were comfy and spotlessly clean, service friendly and quick. We used La Veranda restaurant and were served by Ibrahim who ensured everything was just perfect

My daughter really enjoyed the mini club at this hotel. The open times were great and suited family life! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Mt daughter made a T-shirt and got a Turkey staff T too

The food is delicious, and all the restaurants offer beautiful sea views. There are also plenty of attractions and activities

She went to the mini disco almost every night and stood in front of "Elsa" to follow her actions! She nailed the moves now. Would highly recommend this hotel for families

The receptionist was very helpful and allowed us to eat our meal before checking in so that we had something to eat before the restaurant closed. This was very kind as we could have easily missed dinner and gone without

We had a one week stay in the hotel and by far the animation team made it for my 2 year old and 4 year old! They loved the pools and the mini disco. We enjoyed our stay very much

Animation at nights are really fascinating for all international visitors. Especially kids also were so happy from the animation activities. super service and good food all day

Kuştur was very accomodating and helpful with our family. Their service and rooms were great. The food was plentiful and delicious. The entertainment can use some help, but the kids had fun

Before coming to Kustur I was hesitant, but honestly it is one of the best and most affordable hotels I’ve been to. The entertainment is top notch and the food is amazing. A huge thanks to all of the entertainers as well

Wifi was paid, this wasn't mentioned. Hotel doesn't have proper beach, but ramp where guests jump into 2 meters deep water

Reading the reviews before we got to the hotel, I was very scared not knowing the people giving the bad reviews are either had to please or do not have any joy at all

I had a massage and hair treatment and we all had professional family photos in the hotel, for memories. Such a great holiday in a fabulous location. Nearby shops were so good I literally cleaned out my account buying

Was upgraded on arrival, to a beautiful Sea view/pool view suite which was a lovely surprise. Our stay was made extra special by the warm, friendly staff

It is an old 5star hotel. I have been there 7 years ago, and then they had only one pool. Now must be much better. The rooms are very nice. The animation was superb too. Unfortunately they do not have sand beach.

Historical , lovely atmosphere , silence city , wonderful weather , dreamy Aegean , nice staff , but not enough room service and finally suggest you If you want use all facilities the best time is summer . Enjoy it .

This hotel definitely not the 5 stars hotel. I had an issue with aircondition in my room and I asked to fix it several times, lastly after 2 days of chasing the guy on reception the repairman came and fix it

It’s absolutely amazing and every member of staff has been incredible and so welcoming, the food and drinks are incredible too

The food options were quite limited and repetitive which was a bit disappointing, especially when the picture and hotel description points at that the hotel has variety of food options the same goes for the desserts which were rarely tasty

Can’t fault this hotel we have had an amazing time at the Ramada golf resort. Staff are all friendly & keep kids entertained. The girls favourite night was the fire show & foam party they don’t want to leave

This does need addressing at this level of cost, the buildings do cast a lot of shade so not too many sunbeds in the sun

Amazing rooms, they are large with lovely decor and great facilities, mini bar is stocked up daily, great hair dryer, 2 x TVs, plenty of wardrobe/ drawer space and a large balcony and lovely touches like robes and slippers

The staff are very kind and attentive. The food is a bit repetitive every day, though it tastes good. However, if you enjoy walking by the beach, I strongly advise against it

There are many stray dogs around, and yesterday I was attacked by about 8 to 10 of them. They barked, chased, and tried to bite my legs and arms — it was an awful experience

Located in the best location on the Kusadasi coast, 20 kilometers away from Ephesus, suitable for self-driving, super beautiful sea view, superb breakfast and dinner, and Turkish bath, you don't have to go out after checking in

Room service staff was generally courteous and helpful They upgraded my room to sea view even though I booked regular Security was helpful in getting taxis quickly whenever needed

We were there only from evening until early morning. The hammam is strange, small, but it is there. Karaoke and a show program for children. The pools were not working because it was raining

There is a seafood restaurant on prem that they claim as a separate company that you have to pay for and it is outrageously expensive, you can go to town and have all the same seafood for a fraction of the price

There is a mountain top next to it where you can see the entire coast, but I think you can see it from the room. Tip, you must get a high floor sea view room!

The all inclusive restaurants on the water are actually good, make sure you make a reservation right when you get there

We have spent one week at this hotel in May this year. Very nice staff at the reception desk and in the bar where we were served with delicious drinks and tea. We had a beautiful view of the sea from our room

The food, although not to our taste (and that's our problem, not the hotel's) was plentiful and fresh. The drinks menu was limited, but that wasn't an issue for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable

The hotel was great and it has private beach and a nice pool. Food was really delicious with lots of choices. Room was clean and big enough with 3 beds. I have 7 years old kids so entertainment was very important for me

I would especially like to praise the night shift manager who was on duty on April 25/26 (I forgot his name). The hotel is full, but everything works fast and smoothly. Although it is the off season, all pools are open

One of the best All Inclusive hotels we have been to. The rooms were super spacious and all the staff we dealt with were excellent. The location and facilities are very good

Beautiful resort, very well run, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Lots for kids to do and family friendly entertainment every night. Food was top notch, with a great range to pick from

Their own stretch of beach just outside the back gate with sun beds and umbrellas. Little bit outside the main town but a short, cheap, taxi hop and you were there

Also the amount of stray dogs, we have never been somewhere before with issues such as stray dogs or rabies epidemics but as reassured by staff they are all cared for by the covenant tagged and monitored and regularly vaccinated, the views are absolutely out of this world and our room was stunning, we stayed in a bungalow and all though there is a lot of walking there is a regular transport system...

It is also close to the little pool with the slides and children’s area, the reception will call taxis for you to enter Kusadasi centre or you can get the dolmus from outside the security gates but we always used taxi

Not a 5 star but could have been when built. Villa rooms about a 2 or 3 star. Good food but gets repetative over 2 weeks. 4 a la carte restaurants break up the buffet. Lots of steps and lifts a pain

We stayed here in August and was slightly off put by the reviews we had read. However had an absolutely amazing first time in Turkey. We have done nothing but sing praises since returning home

The only negative was the food wasn’t great, very very repetitive and not to our taste as it was catered a lot more to more local countries or local tastes which is okay I suppose but we didn’t have a lot to eat or choose from so hopefully there will be more variety in future

I recommend renting a car and driving up to izmir center to go to the bazar or going to optimum mall. Another must is visiting dilek national park which has crystal clear waters and is only a 50 min drive from the hotel

Plenty of things for the children to do. 1 is a quiet pool which was great for my asd daughters although we loved the main pool with its music and different entertainment during the day

We stayed here for 6 days. There was three good meals a day, animation, pools for women, children and men, its own beach by the sea and hammam services. The location is very convenient for traveling. We liked it.

We had a garden room which was central to the pools and private beach, a 1 minute walk to each. A great variety of food at all meal times. Different entertainment each evening

İbrahim , Can (Potter), Duygu, Veysel, and back then Yağmur made our vacation 10x better! So much energy, good vibes, and endless laughs. Every day felt like a little party thanks to them. Miss you all already!

Grate hotel, every night there is amazing dance show. Lots of pools good food you can’t get boring here, We got an amazing massage. Bartenders are friendly and always there to help

That's the best all inclusive hotel I've ever been. Me and my friend were there for 5 days and we are satisfied with the staff, they became our friends and we were going out together, so friendly people

You can't get hungry because there is food all the time - you have snack bar, ice cream, gözleme (typical turkish food), restaurant every few hours

Food was tasty and different most of the times, drinks was great, bartenders also

The food is also normal, cutlets, fish and chicken on the grill, on a Turkish day they were fed to satiety. From fruits peaches, watermelons, apples, oranges, cherries, nectarines. The room was clean, there was no noise

We went out together on a disco and if we needed something to find they immediately was showing us. There was photographers who you can ask if you want a photosession when the sun is going down

Animation team looks like they really love their job which is the best feeling when you're being on a holiday and you're communicating with the staff

After reading the reviews I was slightly worried. However we had a lovely week at Arora. The staff are super friendly and helpful

Food was your typical all inclusive but even for fussy eaters there was something for everyone kids never went hungry there was eggs for breakfast there was always chips chicken nuggets etc and a fabulous salad spread

There was plenty of sun loungers every day at anytime so no rushing to get them. The rooms was small but we didn’t spend a lot of time in it, there was a bath and shower also in the room which was great with kids
