Nice resort. service was amazing, had to switch from bungalow once, that was no problem and it was done in 10 minutes. Nice view and food was good.

What an amazing little spot in the mountain, you walk down to the beach into the bay and the water is beautiful with many fish. The rooms with the sea view are amazing

But overall being a good breaknin the warm. If you have children then enough here to keep them interested. Not much entertainment at night for Adults

I would definitely recommend this hotel. My 2 children enjoyed it, there was plenty for them to both do at ages 10 and 14. My 14 year old was entertained with the animation team and my 10 year old loved the pools

People all very helpful and great. Kids enjoyed all the various activities. (Note the big double flume requires you to be over 12, over a certain height and also over 50kg

Which is quite big for a kid!) Food great, especially the a la cart places during the day and at night. Rooms a little dated, but worked perfectly for us

Lovely resort with lots of amenities for the whole family, every member of staff is extremely kind and helpful. Lots of activities though out the day and the best entertainment team we have ever experienced

It was the best vacation we ever had. Aqua Fantasy has a lot of water and great facilities, but people and staff make this place FANTASTIC

We never felt that we miss something, and the plce was full of fun activities with great aqua park. Animators are all over the place and the best time we had at the hotel beach and on activities around it

Ice lollys only available 230-4 and only 3 choice. No British type cereals so breakfast was quite hard for little one. Entertainment was not good at all. Beer after midnight is 270lira for a half pint

Good - Lots of food variety everyday, all 6 of us with various tastes enjoyed the meals. Even the snack bar meals were great, especially the salad bar and freshly cooked pizza from the outdoor pizza oven

Special thanks to 'DLake' from the kitchen who brought us our favourite chocolate pannacotta upon request! There was a grumpy one who objected to us pushing tables together to fit all 6 of us, but DLake's happy attitude outshone that small detail

There are a couple of A/C units, but unless you are directly underneath them or by the open doors looking out to the sea, you didn't feel the benefit, that being said we did choose to go in August and experienced very high temperatures

Drinks were great, but like others have said, the paper cups go soggy. The coffee cups are very small so I used 2 of the larger cups from the bar and doubled up to stop the burn/sogginess and managed to fit 3 coffees in

Location - On the beach! The beach is small and not very clean, could do with a rake every morning. The rest of the grounds and gardens are immaculate. The grounds staff are extremely hard working

I had the best time at Labranda thanks to the animation team at this Hotel. They were so friendly and entertaining that I didn’t feel bored at all. The hotel staff were nice as well

We ate so much, there was food at anytime and the food tasted fantastic. We didn't even have time to do everything because our trip was short. The rooms where lovely, so clean and in good condition

I have a lot to say about this hotel, the hotel on its own is really old and needs a lot of renovation. The food is terrible it has zero taste to it. More then 50% of the food is undercooked which lead for me to get sick

The hotel doesn’t have any wifi besides the lobby (which is terrible) if u want to get wifi in ur room and other parts in the hotel u need to pay €15 per person to get access to wifi

One of the oldest hotel in kusadasi. But, excellent food, very polite Staff, animation team best of the best. Roomse are spacious, clean, good location, about 10 minuts drive from kusadasi city center

good hotel, excellent cuisine, very diverse and the menu is constantly changing, from sea to burgers, a good park on the territory with squirrels, the beach during the "high water" is not very good, but there is enough space for everyone, a lot of activities for children, for adults everything is on the road

It is a good place for families. It was the second arrival after 5 years. It is located as if it is in nature. Main pool and silent pool were good and clean. There are variety of foods and they were delicious

Best place I have ever been to and there is big bofet of food aswel and it worth more money what u paying for. Beautiful place and every nights having about 1:30 hours having culture show

We also highly recommend the Spa at this hotel, one of the best massage and Hammam experience we have had. The whole hotel was very clean and well maintained

This hotel is quite basic, not a flashy 4-5 star. BUT the staff is nice (just be nice to them don't just demand like some of the Brits and Germans who drink beer for breakfast just because it's all inclusive

Water is stunningly clear with sweet fish shawling around your legs if you just stand and wait. You have food all day long so even if you miss lunch, you'll have burgers ,wraps, pizza ect after that

The receptionist can give you some basic rackets but careless guests keep losing the balls so you might want to buy them in a local shop. The pools are not heated but nice and clean

Great food and great range of drinks and cocktails included in the all inclusive! Staff were all lovely and friendly and very efficient! Always activities / entertainment available Could not fault a thing and would definitely return

What’s the point of it then???? So generally, if it was city hotel, it would be good. But as a beach hotel it is little underwhelming

Amazing rooms, they are large with lovely decor and great facilities, mini bar is stocked up daily, great hair dryer, 2 x TVs, plenty of wardrobe/ drawer space and a large balcony and lovely touches like robes and slippers

Overall Beautiful hotel, everything was so well presented, very clean, has a great pool and slides. A Lovely clean beach with all inclusive beach bar and plenty of cushioned sun beds

I did find that the entertainment team tended to stick with the younger people though and only seemed to want to know anyone else when bums on seats were needed

Hotel on the waterfront with nice views. The buffet restaurant is average and has some Turkish and Western foods. We were on a bus tour and arrived late in the day, so we couldn't use most of the amenities

The hotel serves a large variety of food and the taste was better than some other hotels we ate in in Turkiye. Coffee, tea, and wine are also provided during dinner with an extra charge

Not a lot of entertainment, which was to be expected as it was coming to the end of the season, but what they did have was very good

However, there were two minor issues: the WiFi was unreliable, and the bed was a bit too hard for our liking. Despite these small inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would recommend this place to others

There were many food options available, the majority of which we tried, with different fresh cooked options each night. I would and have recommended the hotel to friends and family. I would definitely visit again

Be warned! Hard bed! Not much sleep all week. But lovely area. Enjoy swimming pool. Foods is ok especially with me being fussy. Had pancake for my breakfast. Pizza is one of delicious!

TURKISH BATH WAS AMAZING! I had an issue a couple of nights in where I required first aid and medical advice. I approached the reception team and the guest relations lady (I did not catch her name) were very helpful

The croissants, scrambled eggs and toast at breakfast were wonderfully crispy and very good. Pita by the pool at noon was wonderful. The pizzas made by the beach were very thin and delicious

It was very nice to have 24/7 beverage service in the lobby bar and tea and coffee service on the terrace. The view from the room was very good. We did not have any problems with cleaning

The staf was vey kind, there was dribks and smth to est all the time. Aquapark was very good. Very nice family hotel at all. Lifequards everywhere so kids can swim safely. Good place at all🥰

It takes 8 minutes by taxi from Kusadasi bus station. We reached the hotel for 50 TL. It is located right next to the women's beach. A great hotel in terms of location and view. The meals suited us very well

The desserts in the patisserie were quite satisfying. The fact that there is little meat for dinner may be a negative for some, but we were very satisfied with the food as we do not prefer meat

In addition, there are alternatives such as pasta, hamburger, chicken, doner and fish upon request. We would also like to thank our friend İrem, who made us cocktails on the beach

The entertainment team was very funny and my son liked them. Ferry was very funny and quite friendly with kids. He was my son's best friend during our stay. There was a few event every night for whole family

All in all, it was a good experience

The hotel was great and it has private beach and a nice pool. Food was really delicious with lots of choices. Room was clean and big enough with 3 beds. I have 7 years old kids so entertainment was very important for me

‏The hotel was very nice and beautiful near the sea and very clean and the hotel food was good variety and fresh, the staff behavior was very friendly and they guided us a lot, our travel time animation team didn't have many plans but the lady asli was very energetic and kind and put a lot of time for the travelers

Staff are, without exception, friendly and helpful, especially the guys who put out the sunbeds exactly where you want them

The location is good and you can easily find eateries/bars along the street. The breakfast spread is delicious and variety. The only down side for us probably was the sewer smell at level 9 corridor

Perfect and relax stay in Charisma De Luxe. The receptionist is very attentive and answered all enquiries politely. The view from the sea view room is beautiful and spacious, all amenities are provided

This is an incredible hotel with great views and service that cannot be beaten. The rooms are with fantastic views, all high quality. The breakfast and dinner buffet are mouth watering tasty food

The bar said it was 24 hours never stayed up long enough to find out and drinks ok but not really a drinker nowadays. Also the coffee shop was the best I have used experienced from any hotel that I can remember

Can’t fault this hotel we have had an amazing time at the Ramada golf resort. Staff are all friendly & keep kids entertained. The girls favourite night was the fire show & foam party they don’t want to leave

Only opens from May and offer bus to get there. It's not near the main part of town but get bus or taxi for cheap. Think the public bus is around 50p. Or a 20to25 minute walk with nice scenery along route

You're gonna find a letter from them at your door on the first morning. We bought one trip with them, we were told that everything is included then on the trip we had to pay extra for entry tickets

Slides were excellent and kids really enjoyed that. Pool party on the Monday was deafening - dangerous noise levels for children's ears for over 2 hours

The basic Turkish bath was sooooo good! Kids club and entertainment is also excellent

Nothing is too much bother for staff who are all kind, thoughtful and always smiling. Entertainment is extremely good too. If you are looking to feel special, the spa is an experience not to be missed

We were given a larger room, so that was a lovely surprise. 5 min taxi ride to the marina where there's plenty bars and restaurants. Only 200 Turkish lira for taxi from hotel, 5 euros

However, one major issue we encountered was the beds. They were extremely firm, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep, which left us feeling uncomfortable

I recommend renting a car and driving up to izmir center to go to the bazar or going to optimum mall. Another must is visiting dilek national park which has crystal clear waters and is only a 50 min drive from the hotel

The staff are fantastic although most can't speak English, they are always smiling, friendly and happy to help, there was a handful of staff that could speak English but Google translate helped with the ones that can't

There are two small ponds with ample seating around, also a tennis court, football pitch and a basket ball court, and even a playground with slides and swings etc. My kids enjoyed running around the grounds

The food was lovely, you literally will never get hungry at this hotel there offer breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and soup at 11pm, there are drinks machines scattered all over too

There is a restaurant aswell as a few takeaways nearby. Do have some cash on you for taxi and public transport. The view at the restaurant was gorgeous with such a nice vibe. Would love to come back next year

Recommended dental company in which we got driven there and had free consultation. Our room was upgraded which had its own pool, two rooms and two bathrooms. Live band and very helpful staff

This was a lovely experience. The location is good, the rooftop pool and bar are great and it was the best breakfast we had in Türkiye. The air conditioning in the room was very effective.

We went to Ephesus during the day and booked this hotel for the evening. It is 23 mins drive from Ephesus. After checking out the hotel and surroundings, I wish we had booked here for longer

Another issue was the music and noise from the waterfront is quite loud at night so it might bother the lighter sleepers. Overall still a decent place to stay with great views and a convenient location

We had booked a 3 pax option which we had assumed would be an extra bed, but it was the couch with a bedsheet on it. The hotel did not provide an extra pillow nor blanket for that person

The bathroom was large and spacious however there is no handheld shower head and the lever to turn on the shower came out of the wall

Their blankets are quite thin and small so would also recommend that you request for an extra one if you are sharing with another
