Good luck to them, and I would be happy to visit this place again, hoping they improve their services

The food was plentiful and tasty, and there was always something available to eat at any time of the day. We never noticed any excessive waiting in line. The staff were always friendly and helpful

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in mid-August with my wife and our 15-year-old daughter. Even though it was peak season, the place never felt overcrowded and we did not experience long queues

This is a 5-star amazing place – 5-star fantastic water, 5-star climate, and 5-star delicious, diverse food. These are the things you cannot complain about in this hotel. I won’t even look towards Antalya anymore

With the positive features I mentioned, it could be turned into a much higher-level, outstanding hotel. It was one of the best vacations for our family

So why did I give it only 3 stars? Because it’s not about great room service, perfect cleanliness, quality of housekeeping, or top-level service. The hotel is old and needs renovation

The entertainment team made everything even better – especially Melisa! She was super energetic, kind, and really made an effort to bring joy to everyone. Big thanks to the whole team for making our stay so special!

I had a great time at Aqua Fantasy Hotel. it’s truly a wonderful place to relax and have fun. The facilities, food, and atmosphere were all excellent

Attached waterpark has great rides for all ages, queues weren't at all bad for August time. Bring some bug spray as the midges in the evening suck blood and leave a mosquito style bite which can be itchy

I had a great time at Aqua Fantasy – one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! The atmosphere was so fun and full of good vibes

Beach is cleaned of seaweed every morning, smokers treating the beach as their personal ashtrays as always. Sea is crystal clear with plenty of fish around which can occasionally nip

What really made the stay special was one of the staff members, Aylul. She’s an incredibly kind and friendly young woman who brings a lot of positive energy to the hotel

Before coming to Kustur I was hesitant, but honestly it is one of the best and most affordable hotels I’ve been to. The entertainment is top notch and the food is amazing. A huge thanks to all of the entertainers as well

One of the oldest hotel in kusadasi. But, excellent food, very polite Staff, animation team best of the best. Roomse are spacious, clean, good location, about 10 minuts drive from kusadasi city center

been here 3 times now and i love it so much. It has everything you could ever need lots of drink variety and many nice bits of food. It has all the facilities you could ever need such as bars, pools and beach

The location on the beach was so lovely. We had a family photoshoot there and we made a few trips into Kusadaci town centre which was only a 15 min taxi ride right from the hotel

Lovely hotel and we all agreed the food selection was excellent, with something for everyone and the A la Carte restaurants were lovely also There were no information packs in the rooms to say meal times, pool times or what daytime animation or games were available

Hotel is perfect- large enough to have all the facilities you'd want, great food choice, lovely beach and sea, water slides for every age, wonderful staff, clean, large rooms and great entertainment programme

The food choices throughout the day were always excellent with plenty of choice for all. We will definitely return in the future

The animation team are fantastic, particularly Casper, Cindy, Barney and Berry and the rest of the team!!! They work so hard and always have smiles on their faces taking time to make the children and parents feel special!

My daughter really enjoyed the mini club at this hotel. The open times were great and suited family life! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Mt daughter made a T-shirt and got a Turkey staff T too

I stayed here as part of a tour group plan but the food , especially the dinner, is crazy good! Had an assortment of food from normal buffet spreads to grill at the outdoor area…

Slight con will be the mosquitoes but just make sure they dont enter your room and you will be good

The entire area, even outside the hotel, has mosquitoes anyway since im told that the land is built on reclaimed marshland

The staff are very kind and attentive. The food is a bit repetitive every day, though it tastes good. However, if you enjoy walking by the beach, I strongly advise against it

we have just got back from a week here and we had such a lovely holiday. We had a private transfer as was easier with the children (40mins)

many choices good salads and fish and all meat is also possible each night. the sunset in front of the hotel towards the beach is also amazing. All people took photos for this lovely sunset everynight

Just a couple of short bus rides to the best Ephesus museum on the planet, and just a single short hop to Kusadasai, this hotel is an excellent place to relax for a few days

Animation at nights are really fascinating for all international visitors. Especially kids also were so happy from the animation activities. super service and good food all day

The only thing i can complain about is the Internet service, please do something about it, your hotel is 5stars so having free Internet only at the lobby is a no no. But above all thank you for a very beautiful holiday

Wifi was paid, this wasn't mentioned. Hotel doesn't have proper beach, but ramp where guests jump into 2 meters deep water

Reading the reviews before we got to the hotel, I was very scared not knowing the people giving the bad reviews are either had to please or do not have any joy at all

I had a massage and hair treatment and we all had professional family photos in the hotel, for memories. Such a great holiday in a fabulous location. Nearby shops were so good I literally cleaned out my account buying

The animation team is absolutely top notch with amazing entertainment every evening and games & activities throughout the day. The food was very good with loads of variety and we enjoyed whole fresh grilled fish everyday

I can’t recommend enough; they have fine-dining options and quite good quality food and services across the resort. We have enjoyed every single minute of our stay. We will definitely come back soon

One of the best All Inclusive hotels we have been to. The rooms were super spacious and all the staff we dealt with were excellent. The location and facilities are very good

We also highly recommend the Spa at this hotel, one of the best massage and Hammam experience we have had. The whole hotel was very clean and well maintained

Very good hotel! Gorgeous territory, around palm trees, exotic plants, flowers, just a complete delight! Sea, swimming pools!!! Excellent food! Animators - just great, entertain from 10 am to night, an interesting and varied program! We visited the Turkish bath, did a therapeutic massage in Ephesus, we are very satisfied!

The location in Kuşadası is definitely the highlight — the sea view is incredible and the private beach area is a big plus. The staff were generally helpful and the atmosphere around the pool and beach was relaxing

However, the rooms are a bit outdated and the cleaning could be better. The food was okay but got repetitive after a few days. Despite the flaws, I still enjoyed my stay thanks to the views and the overall vibe

The food in the restaurants is diverse and delicious, and although not as extensive as in some higher-category hotels, everything offered is absolutely tasty. The staff is dedicated and very helpful

Grand Blue Sky Hotel in Kuşadası is truly exceptional. The rooms are spacious with a magnificent view of the sea and the hotel’s beautiful garden. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is impeccable

The housekeeping staff do an excellent job, and any request we made was fulfilled within ten minutes by the reception. The pools are exceptionally clean and regularly maintained

Can’t fault this hotel we have had an amazing time at the Ramada golf resort. Staff are all friendly & keep kids entertained. The girls favourite night was the fire show & foam party they don’t want to leave

Slides were excellent and kids really enjoyed that. Pool party on the Monday was deafening - dangerous noise levels for children's ears for over 2 hours

Plenty of things for the children to do. 1 is a quiet pool which was great for my asd daughters although we loved the main pool with its music and different entertainment during the day

We stayed here for 6 days. There was three good meals a day, animation, pools for women, children and men, its own beach by the sea and hammam services. The location is very convenient for traveling. We liked it.

İbrahim , Can (Potter), Duygu, Veysel, and back then Yağmur made our vacation 10x better! So much energy, good vibes, and endless laughs. Every day felt like a little party thanks to them. Miss you all already!

MUHAMMED ENES is really friendly waiter in this hotel. You give him 5 stars comment, and you can get a bottle of 7 up.

The rooms in the main building provide either direct or partial sea views, making it a picturesque retreat. Conveniently situated between Selçuk and Kuşadası, guests can easily explore both towns via an 85 TL dolmuş ride

We only stayed one night as part of a tour. This hotel does have excellent views. The bed was super soft and worn out. The showerhead and faucets are rusty and old, and NO HOT WATER!!!

Only downside is the shower, wasn’t very powerful & always seemed to flood but no big deal. Food was good, varied and always found something to eat

Location is really nice, bars on the sea front are a short walk away, you can ask for directions at reception as its not obvious if you go for a walk Our room had a sea view which was nice, we were all inclusive and there was a decent range of food on offer from both the main dining area and outside eating areas

Would probably avoid the wednesday market / bazaar as it was draining haggling, there are shops locally if your after shopping they were a bit more laid back although being the end of season there wasn't as much variety as the market

We were there only from evening until early morning. The hammam is strange, small, but it is there. Karaoke and a show program for children. The pools were not working because it was raining

Staff are, without exception, friendly and helpful, especially the guys who put out the sunbeds exactly where you want them

everything was perfect, starting from the cleanliness, drinks food, activities, Ferry, ******** and the top team!!!

Also the amount of stray dogs, we have never been somewhere before with issues such as stray dogs or rabies epidemics but as reassured by staff they are all cared for by the covenant tagged and monitored and regularly vaccinated, the views are absolutely out of this world and our room was stunning, we stayed in a bungalow and all though there is a lot of walking there is a regular transport system...

It is also close to the little pool with the slides and children’s area, the reception will call taxis for you to enter Kusadasi centre or you can get the dolmus from outside the security gates but we always used taxi

Not a 5 star but could have been when built. Villa rooms about a 2 or 3 star. Good food but gets repetative over 2 weeks. 4 a la carte restaurants break up the buffet. Lots of steps and lifts a pain

We stayed here in August and was slightly off put by the reviews we had read. However had an absolutely amazing first time in Turkey. We have done nothing but sing praises since returning home

The only negative was the food wasn’t great, very very repetitive and not to our taste as it was catered a lot more to more local countries or local tastes which is okay I suppose but we didn’t have a lot to eat or choose from so hopefully there will be more variety in future

We think hygiene rules were slightly violated. There were many people not wearing swimsuits or clothing suitable for children at the pool. Perhaps the hotel could be a little more cautious in that regard

Families with small children shouldn't think they'll be spending time on the beach while their children play. Our only concern was the lack of proper separation between adult and children's pools

Not bad,I have a pool at the bottom saving the sea in the morning, sleeping until the pool sarilmislig we have when we go to the hotel room before you came in the room a fruit plate and coffee,even a nice dinner we didn't eat outside, we chose a seafood restaurant you go to Nice(lots of choices) and raki for the enjoyment of birds on the island,we had breakfast at the hotel and a 5 star breakfast,...

We stayed 3 days in the Hotel Charisma de lux in Kusadasi which has a high reviews, after that we came to the Suhan 360 hotel. In comparing with Charisma, Suhan 360 is better better en better

Overall it's good, the scenery is good, but I'm not used to the breakfast. There's nothing I can do about it. I'm not used to the local taste.

I love the smell of the Istanbul collection shampoo, shower gel and soap! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! If you’re looking for a place that combines amazing service with incredible views, look no further

There is a restaurant aswell as a few takeaways nearby. Do have some cash on you for taxi and public transport. The view at the restaurant was gorgeous with such a nice vibe. Would love to come back next year

Our stay last night was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles from everyone and especially Banu. The exceptional service set the tone for our stay

I requested it from the reception multiple times, but unfortunately, they kept forgetting to bring it, which was a bit disappointing. 🥲 Aside from that small hiccup, everything else exceeded our expectations

The hotel has a really nice roof top swimming pool !!! The view is amazing from the roof top. You can see multiple landmarks from Kuşadası at here. The room is really clean and the staff is helpful

It felt luxurious and comfortable in every way. However, the only downside was that there was no shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser

This was a lovely experience. The location is good, the rooftop pool and bar are great and it was the best breakfast we had in Türkiye. The air conditioning in the room was very effective.

We had booked a 3 pax option which we had assumed would be an extra bed, but it was the couch with a bedsheet on it. The hotel did not provide an extra pillow nor blanket for that person
