Very professional service. Arrived and my room smelled like sulfur. Called reception and they had someone up within 5 minutes to take my luggage to a room with an even better view and no smell.

Parking on site was painless.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Ali, Nisa, Muberra, and Zeynep. Their dedication to providing top-notch service was evident in every interaction. Ali was incredibly helpful with my check-in process, making it smooth and efficient. Nisa ensured that all my needs were met with a friendly smile and great attention to detail. Muberra's hospitality and willingness to assist with any requests truly enhanced my experience. Zeynep's cheerful demeanor and excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel itself is in pristine condition. The common areas are beautifully maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The place is excellent, very clean inside the rooms and all over the premise, reception, all restaurants, pool area, and everything.
The food safety is on high level, no any compromise has been observed during the whole stay.
The staff is very kind, and in case of EVERY special demand (we have lot), they help immediately. English language knowledge is on high levels in all the key positions.
We really recommend the hotel if you wish to spend few days, even more weeks with a Kusadasi.

Only one opportunity for improvement: to adjusted the piano 😀

Visited this hotel with my best friend for a week and having spent my working life in hospitality, I can tell you that this place is worth every penny. The location is beautiful, I've never seen such amazing sunsets and moon-rises all whilst sitting in the same seat on a rooftop bar before. The food and drink is superb and reasonably priced. The staff is where this hotel comes into another league, they are exceptional. Friendly, helpful, often going above and beyond to make your stay special, always smiling and happy and nothing is too much trouble, they are all a credit to the hotel and Hilton group franchise, which this hotel belongs to. The hotel is spotlessly clean, air conditioned and the pools are kept nicely. I will be back as soon as possible!!

Close to the city but not too close. The rooms are clean and neat. The pool is small but sufficient, and the spa is satisfying. Breakfast is regular. I would recommend it. It was not that crowded, at least during my stay.

Rooms were well-equipped and luxurious. Room service was good and other hotel staff was friendly as well. Pool and complimentary sauna was available which could be maintained better. Breakfast was great with a variety of choices available. We were unfortunately given a room on the 1st floor because of unavailability but the view of the sea from the upper floors is great.

Nice and clean hotel with convenient location, good views and friendly staff. Roof top restaurant was very nice too. Breakfast could have been better quality comparing to other Hilton Hotels.
