Last few days remaining. Lovely location. Very tired resort needs a makeover. Would say more 3 star than a five. Majority of staff are friendly. Just had a meal at the Italian restaurant. Not recommended at all. Every single dish was stone cold. But overall being a good breaknin the warm. If you have children then enough here to keep them interested. What a lovely place. People all very helpful and great. Kids enjoyed all the various activities. (Note the big double flume requires you to be over 12, over a certain height and also over 50kg. We had a lovely holiday here in June although it was during a heatwave so it was 43° plus but the pool and air con made it bearable. The place was very clean everywhere and the gardens are beautiful. Kuştur was very accomodating and helpful with our family. Their service and rooms were great. The food was plentiful and delicious. The entertainment can use some help, but the kids had fun. Overall, I would highly recommend for families that would like to enjoy a worry free vacation.

Great place to have a rest. This hotel definitely not the 5 stars hotel. I had an issue with aircondition in my room and I asked to fix it several times, lastly after 2 days of chasing the guy on reception the repairman came and fix it. It is an old 5star hotel. I have been there 7 years ago, and then they had only one pool. Now must be much better. The rooms are very nice. The animation was superb too. Unfortunately they do not have sand beach.

I loved my stay here, the food, the service, I couldn't fault a thing. The one thing I wasn't aware of was you had to pay for wifi. A very nice modern large hotel on the Aegean Sea, It is very close to Ephesus which is probably the most popular site in turkey. Our room was very nice with a couch and a desk. Decent size bathroom with just a shower which is fine. The dining room is huge with an enormous buffet. Good deal for good price. We stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Checken-in was fast and easy. Reception staff is very helpful, especially, Mehmet. We booked standard room and he upgraded us to suite room with sea view, we loved it. Kitchen is a bit small, but you have enough choices there. We can enjoy our meal with nice sea view of terras. We went a lot all inclusive hotels, and this is the best one, to be honest really good price. Very clean. Even the bathrooms are very beautiful. Super super super. 👍👍👍

We stayed 3 days in the Hotel Charisma de lux in Kusadasi which has a high reviews, after that we came to the Suhan 360 hotel. In comparing with Charisma, Suhan 360 is better better en better. Meals, stuffs, services, hygiene... all of them. We actually booked the standard room, but they gave us the swim up room, we are very satisfied. We”ll definitely come back next year.
