Good deal for good price. We stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Checken-in was fast and easy. Reception staff is very helpful, especially, Mehmet. We went a lot all inclusive hotels, and this is the best one, to be honest really good price. Very clean. Even the bathrooms are very beautiful. Super super super. 👍👍👍

We stayed 3 days in the Hotel Charisma de lux in Kusadasi which has a high reviews, after that we came to the Suhan 360 hotel. In comparing with Charisma, Suhan 360 is better better en better. Meals, stuffs, services, hygiene... all of them. We actually booked the standard room, but they gave us the swim up room, we are very satisfied. We”ll definitely come back next year.

Sea view is stunning. Too bad service is very limited. They dont provide drinking water heater, iron & even bath tub doesnt have stopper. Upgrade your service & u will make more profit

The hotel has the nicest location, 7-10 min walk to the Ladies beach (the best beach here imo), when we came our standard room was very clean. Breakfasts are nice (eggs, three types of cheese, green and black olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, butter, bread, jams, chocolate paste, tea and coffee.) and the terrace is super nice, very cute at night. With a view like this at this price we were really satisfied . Very successful location of the hotel , the rooms are quite nice . Although the number of employees is less of these elements to be polite and nice the people is nice .

It was passable, but not great. Place was big and interesting and it looked like it used be great, but it’s currently not being unkept like it should. Our room was big and modern, but a lot of wear and tear along the floorboards, and a huge water stain on the ceiling. It was pretty obvious the room had suffered some water damage. Big fancy apartments with an amazing view over ladies beach. They have good generous breakfast. The only things we didn't like is their cleanness and their elevator whose buttons ain't working. They only clean up the apartment every 2 days, which will leave you in need for new towels, toilet paper, and someone to empty the trash cans. Also, very loud music is played on the beach just under the hotel

We stayed here for a total of 3 weeks in a variety of rooms for a big family vacation. The hotel staff and service is fantastic and as a world traveler, I was impressed. The location is excellent with breathtaking views and great size rooms. We stayed in the 2 story 007 penthouse which had 3 bedrooms and an incredible roof top terrace. Great hotel, the rooms are very big and spacious. Nice and clean. The hotel is so big and spaced out that you almost feel as though you are the guest staying there. It is very well placed for the beautiful Ladies Beach and other amenities. 25 minutes easy walk to the beginning of sea side city centre.

The rooms are really comfortable, breakfast was also very good, Kusadasi tour, blah... women swim at the beach alone one of the best places to stay if you want to do on the internet and the connection is experiencing intense distress goes on very often, I would recommend that you have mobile Internet package

The location is perfect if you want to spend a relaxing week with a good view. It's not far from the city center. We even decided to extend the stay for another night. The owner was very welcoming and the staff were friendly The room was clean A++. Overall great stay.

Last year, we spent a week at Nesa Palas with my family. Due to the pandemic, we went very nervous and afraid. (Obviously, we were stuck with the negative comments here.) Just returned yesterday from a brilliant week here. Staff are so helpful and friendly, especially Christine and Liam, they noticed my husband had mobility issues and tho I didn't ask they moved us to a more suitable room(both rooms were equally lovely) Quiet location out of town but bus right outside apartments or no trouble for staff to phone a taxi. Very friendly hotel, had basic room but was comfortable. Had to go out to get coffee as nothing in room but wasn't a problem. Very clean and surprised with lovely towel displays - amazing. Wifi only in reception but was a big hotel. I would definitely stay again. Breakfast is traditional and very fresh every day. Good choice.

It was my first time at surtel hotel this year i stayed for 10 days and I am happy to say I will be returning hopefully next year, the rooms were clean, food was tasty and fresh and the staff would always go out of their way to help. Great hotel. Only downside is wifi connection is only available in the lobby and the TVs in the rooms are outdated. But other than that, great staff great rooms and great food.
