Hotel itself is superb, along with the staff. Food is decent, we went as a family of four, wife is vegan and both kids vegetarian, all ate well for 10 nights.
Rooms are a little dated but they are clean and I believe due a refurb now the hotel has been taken over.
Only negative for me was the airport transfer, almost two hours but once that’s out they way a great location.

It's our first time in Turkey, but definitely not the last one! The location of the hotel is fabulous! Just by the corner of the street with all the shops and restaurants that you need. 5 min till the beach and the most important the private beach by the lagoon with free sun beds and a bar. The food was amazing 😍 every night something different, kids buffet and the best grilled veggies and beef! If you're not used to this kind of food, they have the usual pasta, chicken nuggets and fries. The rooms are a bit outdated, but it's ok. 3 pools, one for adults only, one for kids and the biggest one for everyone. Very handy the taxi button from outside. Every night different shows, karaoke, live music, disco...Overall, very satisfying with the price, location and food!!! Thank you!!

The first time in this amazing place and I have to say the service is great every staff member is so respectful and the view you get from your hotel room is amazing. The food is also something fantastic as you get multiple choices along with dessert and the pool is perfect. I also enjoy the fun activities the add for those in the pool.

Overall amazing! I really recommend going here. Free amazing food! And good service everyone is so kind! And the reception guy is so welcoming although the room didn’t look as good as they looked in the pictures but they were still good!

In our 2nd week at this hotel. Arrived around 2am and was greeted by a most welcoming team in reception. All 4 of our luggage cases were taken to our room for us and the facilities explained to us on the way. All the staff have been excellent and make you feel welcome. Food and drinks have all been excellent with great choices. Great Entertainment team day and night although some days the music around the main pool gets a bit loud. There is a quieter adults only pool if you want a quieter day. Overall it really is a fabulous hotel with fabulous staff in a fabulous location.

Our stay here has been perfect! We booked with TUI so everything was really easy. The room is perfect and it’s not too busy, there’s always room in the pool and the adults only and indoor pool are always very quiet. The service and staff are amazing and friendly. There’s always so much to do we could’ve stayed in the whole time. The entertainment team are lovely (especially Sia, Eddy & Meri) and are really welcoming to the activities. The evening entertainment has all been great too! Our favourite has been darts and bingo where we won a free massage- (by Maria) which was amazing! And the spa team were super friendly. It’s really easy to walk to the beach and local markets which is a great bonus. The food was lush and they have new things to try each day which was really nice!
The only discrepancy was that our room floors felt like they should’ve been mopped before arrival. Wouldn’t normally bother me but I tend to walk around barefoot in our room! But other than that everything was very clean and perfect!

This hotel was absolutely amazing!!! The bar staff were very friendly they were called Hilal, Feride and Umut, the best bar tender was Bebiş as they couldn’t have done enough for us. The entertainment team were fabulous and very nice to get along with, they were called Eddy and Sia, they would go above and beyond through out of our stay to make sure we had the best time. We will definitely be coming again maybe this year or next year!!!! I’m definitely going to miss everyone and the hotel

We love this place , it has a private beach with a shuttle from the hotel, a lot of variety of food. It is a kid friendly place .

Nice budget hotel. Rooms cleaned every day. We had half board and most of the food was lovely. Plenty of sun loungers around the 4 pools. Entertainment for everyone, and the staff are amazing!

Awful hotel, wrong room issued, Eleanor guest relations manager is definitely in the wrong job, rude unhelpful and fabricates up stories. Would not return for free. So many other guests complaining about dirty rooms, air conditioning not working etc. Our room was like a sweat box, had to sleep with a damp towel on me to keep cool.
After sun city responded, it has been taken over by sundia liberty, it will be a great hotel, I have stayed in several of their hotels in olu dinez, and they are fantastic. Will be happy to return knowing this.
