Marcan Resort Hotel

Visited at the end of the season so the place is tired and badly in need of maintenance, that said as virtually everyone states the place is spotless and the staff are amazing. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating although the entertainment staff could do with being thrown in the pool more often they do a great job. The buffet style meals are nothing special, they're also very good and varied with some amazing deserts. I have a spectacularly fussy daughter who always found something to enjoy. Overall we had a very fun and relaxing 12 days at Yel and found plenty to do locally from the beach to general days out sightseeing and shopping.

Lovely holiday 3star resort, staff so nice and helpful manager owner really does care about going about and beyond. The entertainment is literally a 1 man band all day working hard called Garfield water games darts and quiz shows lovely lady does the music all day aerobics shows 2. The bar staff Angel making the best cocktail of the day as well.
Room cleaning everyday and lovely towel art on the beds as well. Fridge stocked with water everyday and towels changed just as much.
We had the best time it is a budget hotel but the food and drinks an entertainment was excellent for our 2 teens 1 who's more fussy then the other eating out down the strip witch is a 2 min walk to get to the beginning and at the end of the strip is the beach 5mins. This is not a step free hotel but there's only a floor or 2 you'll need to walk 8-9 steps per landing we was on the 1st.
Pool is massive and has a tiny 2 slide thing that's open twice a day the kids actually loved this with there floaties. Also didn't need to stress to get a bed by the pool there's enough.

We went on a jeep safari day out it was the best day out all activities rolled in to 1 literally and action packed day. If everything isn't included it works out at £10 per person on the zip wire and the same for £10 water rafting. But you don't have to there's enough to see waterfalls and water fights and a mud bath as well. We did all of it and had a free lunch as well but it was our only activity booked take water shoes.

A beautiful location amidst stunning mountains, the view from the bedroom balcony morning and eve is mesmerising. The service is 10/10 throughout the hotel. Very pleasant staff and management.

The only downside for us was the lack of Turkish cuisine and vegetarian options. And more variety of cocktails/mocktails needed at the bar.

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean with fantastic staff.
Buffet for all main meals, with plenty of decent food to choose from, although could be repetitive if staying longer than a week.
Gorgeous pool, where music is on from 10am to 4pm, going up a level from 11am-3pm, when the brilliant entertainment team offer things such as water volleyball and darts (poolside). The only quiet time around the pool is first thing, and from 4pm-7pm (and Sundays all day).
If you can't find available sunbeds, the hotel staff will find some for you, there are plenty to go round.

Excellent in all aspects if I was to be extremely picky my only fault would be the hard beds but that is such a minor fault considering the amount of guests that stay there. The staff are amazing and will do anything to make your stay memorable. The entertainment team are outstanding with a good mix of cheeky and funny without being offensive. The food was faultless even my picky partner found something to eat at every meal time with a huge selection of salads, main courses, and deserts that nobody could ever try them all the fruit could of been a bigger selection but I put that to getting near the end of season but there is plenty of watermelon which is now my favourite. The rooms were kept clean by a great team of cleaners that you would never even thought worked there. To top off the staff is the manager who was there to greet you at every meal and always walked around making sure the hotel ran like clockwork and at the same time had all the time in the world to sit and talk to the guests about anything they needed to know and he is a credit to the Yel hotel.

Our family just returned from a holiday. Overall the hotel is beautiful and clean. Large pool with more than enough sunbeds and kids loved the waterslides. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Fresh towels given every day with bottled water. Kitchen staff were the best always a warm friendly welcome, made sure we were comfortable and happy. Especially Ayoob and Mahmet. Entertainment evert night. Location was good 10min walk through the markets and breathtaking views and scenery at the beach. Pebble beaches so take water shoes. An abundance of restaurants and activities to choose from at reasonable prices. Only negatives is no hot water to shower, no variety of beer and no cider, waterslides on only twice a day.
However, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Loved it, the room was great but the balcony wasn’t good at all. It was on the top floor so we had a large wall and a fence. (You couldn’t see over the wall at all). For the few days I’ve been here, I’ve never had anything at dinner or lunch seen as how much people are there and how little food variety there is.

Location is okay, quite distanced from stuff but there is a massive hill to go down and up from main reception.

Really beautiful at night but only downside is how loud the music is.. I had a banging headache in the morning

Lovely holiday village, food was good, 4 servings throughout the day, drinks available all day. 3 in one room was ok but with having a 5 year old our bed time was the same as his as there was no where else for us to retrat to, we did have a balcony but as we were on the top floor it was too small for 2 of us to sit out there. Can't fault the cleanliness it was spot on. Hisaronu was lovely but did have to get a taxi or shuttle bus as it's not really within walking distance, not with a 5 year old and in this heat. But was lovely and would go back again.
