Great Suprise The negative reviews I'd read earlier had led me to a negative attitude towards the hotel. But upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is large, spacious, clean, and elegant. Everything is top-notch; the hotel staff takes care of everything. The food is delicious , the rooms are renovated and clean. The entertainment staff is a true master of their craft, able to entertain everyone from the youngest to the oldest. A positive surprise. The location is fantastic, the energy is incredibly positive; no one will be disappointed. Being here with my family, I'm truly satisfied, rested, and happy with my stay at this hotel. The reviews written by competitors are rubbish.

Excellent holiday, very relaxing and clean. The pool area is huge and there is plenty of sunbeds so no sunbed wars in the morning. Mehmet is amazing with the entertainment, pool games, aqua aerobics and pool volleyball during the day and plenty of different activities in the evening for children and adults. Very clean hotel, staff are very helpful. Would come again

Lovely 12 day stay at Marcan Resort! Pool area was very clean. Food was lovely. Staff were absolutely amazing, couldn’t do enough for you and so hard working! Day time and evening entertainment by Mehmet was great - really funny and hardworking guy! The man who made the pizzas for the snack bar (Beytullah) was lovely - such a kind man! Also Arda was great and such a hardworking, friendly young man. The only things for improvement would be the toilets near the pool could be cleaned more often and drink selection could be improved. However did not spoil our holiday and we would definitely stay here again!

Another Wonderful Stay at Marcan Resort! We had another fantastic stay at Marcan Resort. The welcome from reception on arrival was warm and friendly, and our room was spotless and beautifully presented. The hotel’s location is perfect, and the entire property is kept immaculate throughout the day. A special mention to the housekeeping team — they went above and beyond to keep our room pristine. The traditional Turkish breakfast was delicious, and the desserts were beautifully presented and just as tasty. The lovely lady and gentleman at reception were always smiling and incredibly helpful. Overall, a spotless, well-run hotel with amazing staff. We’ll definitely be returning soon!

I stayed here with my family for 10 days room where spotless and cleaned every day the entertainment day time and evening show where great entertainment manager mehmet is great speaks English well and is always getting people involved and keeping them happy restaurant and food and drink is very good always changing and drinks are great as well snack bar is great and the slides are great for the kids and adults

Visited at the end of the season so the place is tired and badly in need of maintenance, that said as virtually everyone states the place is spotless and the staff are amazing. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating although the entertainment staff could do with being thrown in the pool more often they do a great job. The buffet style meals are nothing special, they're also very good and varied with some amazing deserts. I have a spectacularly fussy daughter who always found something to enjoy. Overall we had a very fun and relaxing 12 days at Yel and found plenty to do locally from the beach to general days out sightseeing and shopping.

Lovely holiday 3star resort, staff so nice and helpful manager owner really does care about going about and beyond. The entertainment is literally a 1 man band all day working hard called Garfield water games darts and quiz shows lovely lady does the music all day aerobics shows 2. The bar staff Angel making the best cocktail of the day as well.
Room cleaning everyday and lovely towel art on the beds as well. Fridge stocked with water everyday and towels changed just as much.
We had the best time it is a budget hotel but the food and drinks an entertainment was excellent for our 2 teens 1 who's more fussy then the other eating out down the strip witch is a 2 min walk to get to the beginning and at the end of the strip is the beach 5mins. This is not a step free hotel but there's only a floor or 2 you'll need to walk 8-9 steps per landing we was on the 1st.
Pool is massive and has a tiny 2 slide thing that's open twice a day the kids actually loved this with there floaties. Also didn't need to stress to get a bed by the pool there's enough.

We went on a jeep safari day out it was the best day out all activities rolled in to 1 literally and action packed day. If everything isn't included it works out at £10 per person on the zip wire and the same for £10 water rafting. But you don't have to there's enough to see waterfalls and water fights and a mud bath as well. We did all of it and had a free lunch as well but it was our only activity booked take water shoes.

A beautiful location amidst stunning mountains, the view from the bedroom balcony morning and eve is mesmerising. The service is 10/10 throughout the hotel. Very pleasant staff and management.

The only downside for us was the lack of Turkish cuisine and vegetarian options. And more variety of cocktails/mocktails needed at the bar.

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean with fantastic staff.
Buffet for all main meals, with plenty of decent food to choose from, although could be repetitive if staying longer than a week.
Gorgeous pool, where music is on from 10am to 4pm, going up a level from 11am-3pm, when the brilliant entertainment team offer things such as water volleyball and darts (poolside). The only quiet time around the pool is first thing, and from 4pm-7pm (and Sundays all day).
If you can't find available sunbeds, the hotel staff will find some for you, there are plenty to go round.
