Marcan Resort Hotel

The hotel is assigned 4 stars, but in reality it is 2 stars or even less. The hotel is generally dirty (from splattered windows to dirty and torn curtains). However, what surprised us the most was the food: it was not tasty and - strangely enough - not very Turkish. The only things we recommend are Turkish cheeses and delicious olives. The rest is bland. The food was so distasteful that with the all-inclusive package purchased, we ate in the city. Even on the cruise, which we purchased additionally, there was a better lunch than this one at the hotel. We had a room without a balcony (with direct access to the sidewalk) so there was no privacy. As it appeared in other reviews, there was also a problem with towels. Instead of replacing them with new ones, old and dirty towels were hung on the railing in front of the door to dry. Water was not always replenished. The hotel manager made a very unpleasant impression on us. After contacting him on the first day, we tried to avoid him throughout our stay. Next time we would choose a different hotel. Although we were delighted with the area, which has a beautiful landscape and many interesting tourist attractions, the hotel was very disappointing. We have stayed in hotels that had fewer stars than this one, but had a much higher standard, so we do not recommend this place.

First 3 days was terrable got put in a room without aircon .we didnt arrive till 3.30am. tried to have a hour sleep then someone unlocked our door and went to walk in i shouted get out then we got moved to another room then we had no hot water for 2 days so we couldnt have a shower after been in the sun all day all the things that happened to us was reported to the holiday rep other people had no water and no air con never go back there again
Ouldeniz itself was a really nice place but narcan resort never again
