Spent a wonderful week here. The rooms were spotlessly clean however a little tired. The owner and staff really look after their customers nothing is too much trouble. Food and atmosphere is excellent location is great. The only thing I think they could improve on is not allowing people to reserve sunbeds the night before towels were put on and often before breakfast with no one using the beds until later part of day. Alex and Lilly made me feel really comfortable there.

They are only helpful and happy face if you use their bar and restaurant
Food is not too tasty, has poor quality, and has a very loud customer base, no respect to other guests. We spent 9 days and couldn't sleep. My kid was moody all week because of it.

I stayed for a month at this hotel. The formidable landlady and her staff made my holiday. They were accommodating and welcoming and also included everyone. I understand why many people keep going back. I went on my own and felt safe and welcome. I can’t thank them enough as it was a trip I really needed at this point in my life.

Family run business in the heart of the town. Very friendly with great food and a comfortable atmosphere. Would highly recommend this hotel who do all they can for you to enjoy your time here. Big fan of lily who runs a tight ship with her family and staff. Jesus provides at the bar to all who come 😆

We have just come home from the turk hotel, we found this to be a very welcoming hotel with lily and her staff doing there best to make your stay enjoyable, it is central to all the services, bus,strip, etc..we stayed for 14 days and didnt want to go home,my wife had a bad knee and found it a struggle climbing the stairs to our room on the second floor, but if we had asked for a low floor room in the first place,I'm sure lily would have found us one in hindsight, would we stay again,,,in a heartbeat we would. ❤

Great friendly central hotel ...very clean rooms. Negative points sunbeds have towels on from very early and sometimes aren't used all day ...very annoying ...
Smoking is awful ...as people are allowed to smoke everywhere except restaurant .....smokers have no respect for none smokers and it put us off eating in the bar area or sitting at the bar.
