Z Exclusive Hotel and Villas

I highly recommend this place. I came here with my family. We had a great time. The location is beyond amazing. Do not hesitate booking with these people because it is a family ran business and they really also have great staff. They sit around all day ready to help you. This place is less than five minute drive to park around the beach. They also have amazing views. Parking was very easy. I suggest that you have a car. Mustafa was great. He was available the time. He treated me like a brother. We truly wish we could stay here longer. We will definitely be back with more family.

Hotel recently renovated, large comfortable bed, swimming up room, great breakfast, pretty quite location.

It is probably the best hotel in the area. Located away from the noisy bars and streets, small number of rooms, guests are mostly families and couples, so there are everything you need for a quiet and relaxing stay.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Always positive and willing to help. Great food menu at a great price. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have everything you need.

The road to the sea did not embarrass us, 10 minutes and you are on the beach. We came to relax, so such walks are even a plus. If you want to enjoy the screams of karaoke bars, noise of cars and music from restaurants - then you can live next to the beach in a hotel with a hundred rooms where you will be awoken by people slapping in the hallway and talking to each other loudly as well as the endless door slams at night and in the morning ))

The only disappointment was the wifi, which almost did not work in our room, as we lived far away from the wifi antenna. In the public area the internet worked fine.

Next time we go to Oludeniz we will stay here again. It was a great vacation, thank you!

Stayed in April and had one of the villas. Absolutely amazing and had everything we needed.
From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to stay and have a chat with you and if they did not have something we wanted re: drinks they made sure they gor some in for the next day.
The manager is amazing and helped sort out my transport back to the airport as I had made a mistake. He was there everyday and had the moto (no problem) when we asked for something. It was always done.
Food was coked fresh and we enjoyed all of the meals and proced were very reasonable..

Perfect stay in Oludeniz! Couldn’t of asked for any more from Z and his team they were all so welcoming and helpful, even organised two trips for us as well as taxis too! Fantastic location, walking distance to strip and lagoon but out of the noise. We stayed in one of the swim up rooms, very clean and had everything we needed. Pool area was stunning too. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Oludeniz! Thank you for having us we had a brilliant time staying with you!

Everything was super clean. Staff was really nice, gave pieces of advice, helped with transportation to the start of Lycian Way!!!
The food was amazing, staff was cooking by themselves and it was really delicious.
The minibar is also great, many types of drinks and snacks are available. Prices are great too.
But the best thing is the pool. It’s super clean, wide, with the possibility to get there right from the balcony!!!
Would definitely come back here again!

I travelled a lot around the world for work and private, and I can tell that this is the best hotel I have ever been.

We had a swim-up room, which was big and very clean! The toiletries were complete. The first time that I can say that I can leave my toiletries at home. We all liked the jacuzzi by the swimming pool.
The green garden and the delicious smell of the flowers was overwhelming. Like you are walking in heaven.

The chef delivered very good breakfast and good diner. The bartender made the best mojito ever, with fresh lemon and mint from their own garden. And the family who are running the hotel.. They made us feel home. Days after leaving my 2-years old daughter asked to go to the granny, grandpa and bro from the hotel.

The hotel is on walking distance from the beach and the center of Oludeniz. The beach of Oludeniz, especially Kumburnu is clean and very suited for children.

We stayed at Villa Lillie. the villa part of this place was truly amazing. It has everything that me, my wife and our cats wanted. We had a private pool, a very cosy, stylish and well designed house, a secluded beautiful garden, a room for two children, a master bedroom, an open plan living room with a kitchen. Everything was very nice and clean. The pool was very clean and being filtered for several times during the day. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, hover, microwave, toaster, oven tops and a grill outside, three air conditioners, one for every room. All essential kitchen utensils and equipments are included. This was an unforgettable stay for us. Even we had extended our stay. Thank you ExclusiveVillas for this wonderful experience.
