A clean serious hotel with a great spa center. Great breakfast with young chef Ümit’s Omlette and all other staff is just really helpful. Rooms are very clean, feels like home.

The best hotel!!!! Simply without a single flaw!! There are no words. Everything is great: service, rooms, swimming pools (the price includes thermal outdoors, indoors with regular water, outdoors with regular water, hammam, sauna, steam room, tea, coffee, water). The breakfasts are excellent, the staff is friendly. During our stay there, we were never told that something was not allowed. There are bathrobes in the rooms, which gives the hotel a separate atmosphere, because everyone walks around the hotel in bathrobes and it’s very cozy! All in all. The hotel is wonderful. I definitely recommend it. 10 stars! 😊

My recent stay at this well-located hotel near the terraces had its ups and downs. Starting on a positive note, the hotel features a thermal pool with naturally warm water, which added a relaxing touch to our stay. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with both breakfast and dinner included in our stay.
However, the dining experience left much to be desired. Despite the variety, both meals felt mediocre, with the main dishes particularly disappointing. For the price paid, I expected more intriguing and quality meal options. Dinner service starts at 7:30 p.m., which aligns with local norms but might be inconvenient for travelers preferring an earlier meal to accommodate next-day plans.
The spa area urgently needs attention. I was disheartened to find mold in the steam room, which also had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the Finnish sauna was out of service unless requested, requiring a long wait of 30-40 minutes to heat up. The pool area, too, was less than inviting with many of its jets and water features often turned off.
Overall, the hotel comes across as outdated and in need of renovation. While it has potential to be a standout destination, I currently find it hard to recommend given the lack of value for money. A refurbishment could possibly turn things around for this property.

I stayed 4 nights. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Pools and all bath area are very clean. I plan to go back.

As a recent guest at Doga Thermal Health & Spa in Karahayit, I was thoroughly impressed. The thermal pools were a delight, offering much-needed relief and relaxation. My room was cozy with a stunning view, and the food was a delicious journey through local and international flavors. A true gem for a wellness retreat!

Their service exceeded expectations; celebrating our anniversary, they adorned the room with bows on the doors and stunning decorations. The staff was exceptionally pleasant, and the thermal pools are a must-try. This being my second visit, I would undoubtedly return, making it a top recommendation for anyone heading to Pamukkale.

A nice, huge hotel with a huge indoor pool and spa facilities. The buffet at the hotel restaurant has a good spread of cakes and desserts. The room is good size with walking space. We went for its Turkish bath cum massage package. It was really good. I would have give it a 5 star rating. Only down side is that they only have heater during winter and you needed to open the balcony door. Woke up in the middle of the night by loud conversation at the balcony by the guests in the next room. :(

First of I would give this hotel 4 stars. The rooms were clean but our safe didn’t work. When we went to the pool we really liked the thermal water concept. We loved the idea and we also thought that wearing a hat was cool. The food was decent. The reason why I wouldn’t give this hotel five stars is because the food wasn’t amazing and their weren’t any activities for adults. In summary this is a nice place to stay for 2-3 days.

Kind of a disappointing start to our Doha Thermal Spa vacation. Flew into nearby Denizili airport, expected to get a cab. Sounds easy, airports and cabs usual go together. We exit the front door and zero cabs. Some big tour buses, none of which had even heard of Doha Thermal Spa, but no cabs. Finally, some sketchy guy tells us the cab location is outside the airport, and we should walk, at night, to the airport exit because Denizili “no good for cabs”. Really? That’s info that could have been helpful before we booked the hotel. I called the hotel, and I was politely told to find a cab. I explained there were NO cabs.
So we followed the sketchy guy to the airport exit and either we’ll be murdered or a sketchy cab will take us to the hotel.
