This is a five star hotel located near Cotton Castle in Pamukkale. This is a good place to stay if you want to go Cotton Castle the next day. The hotel is huge. It has indoor, outdoor, and thermal pools. The food is okay, but it has the same variety as other food in other hotels in Turkiye. The room is clean and nice. We had a pleasant stay.

Not worth and not qualify to become the five stars. Old and very rundown. Crowded restaurant seating. Food so so. Room dirty.

Our hotel room was not clean. The bathroom sink was dirty. The buffet was not good, and it was overcrowded. The thermal pool was not appealing, filled with leaves and a strange colored water. Staff were not helpful. The decor was extremely dated. It is not within walking distance of anything so it's inconvenient to eat elsewhere. It was reasonably close to Hieropolis.

The rooms were fine here and the location is decent. This is a large group tour hotel and the buffets for dinner and breakfast, in a room with 80 round tables, were not good. Brings back the 1980’s.

The hotel is quite good.
The walls are a little thin so you might wanna be careful when talking.
The bathroom has no lock though. And a translucent door so make sure you announce to your roommates that you're headed to the bathroom.
The main issue was language since none of the room service staff spoke English and we didn't speak Turkish, we could not communicate properly.
The pools are great. Same for the common area. It's nice to enjoy around the fireplace.

Very old hotel that could use some refurbishment, cramped rooms & we had a hotel staff open our room door at 7am in the morning with their master key - unannounced and for no reason.

Rooms are pretty dated. The corridors are very dark as the lights were set with sensor.

Beautiful hotel with many blocks and clean rooms. The bed and towels are clean and hygienic. The thermal pool is a great place to relax after a long day of walking. The spa is very clean and the massage ladies are professional, my fatigue is removed and I feel rejuvenated.
The food at the restaurant is one of the best on the turkey trip, the food is fresh and delicious.

We really enjoyed the hotel and swimming at the thermal pools. There is thermal pool outside with a great view especially at the sunset and two pools inside, one deep for adults and one shallow for kids. Outside and inside pools have several water fountains where you can stand and massage your neck and shoulders. We plunged into clear pool with cold water after hot springs and it was a blast! The breakfast and dinner food were great - lots of salads, veggies, fruits, fish, chicken, beef, great deserts. Rooms are renovated, beds are comfy. There were no bus groups but lots of locals and other tourist with families. In the evening we set by the fireplace in the main hall that made atmosphere super cozy and warm.
I think this hotel is one of the best options in this town when you take price and quality.

Unexpectedly cozy hotel. We were passing through on an excursion to Pamukkale. Not a big area. But very green. Good number of rooms. The thermal spring deserves special attention. Open until 11 pm. The kitchen is decent. The service is good.
