Hotel seems old and outdated
In my case, the air-conditioner and refrigerators was not working and I had to change the rooms which are too much inside and with long lobby the lights in the room and passages were also inadequate. But on the positive side it has a good swimming pool, good restaurant and a thermal. Pool pool, which is a plus point

We came from São Paulo. We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. We rested so well in the famous healing waters of Denizli...
We had a beautiful holiday in nature, away from all the stress of life.
The rooms are incredibly clean. The housekeeper is very attentive. All the employees are smiling. 3 km from Pamukkale. I will recommend it to those who want to come and to my friends who want holiday suggestions. . Thank you for everything ❤️

Excellent hotel, fully consistent with the description on the website. We were checked in immediately after arrival, which certainly raised our spirits. By the way, no one asked for additional payment or tips for this. We recommend!

We went for a family holiday. 8 of us. 6 of us fell ill. Wasn't expecting 5 star Ritz but disappointed. Hotel was nice enough, tired but OK.

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent stay at Polat Thermal Hotel left me extremely disappointed. While I travel extensively around the world, this experience did not meet the expectations of a 5-star establishment.
• Room Quality: The rooms had a strong, unpleasant smell, the towels were very old, and the quality of the shower gel and shampoo was subpar.
• Cleanliness and Dining Area: The restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was shockingly dirty. The carpet in the dining area was old and filthy, and the overall cleanliness did not align with what one would expect from a 5-star hotel. The food quality was also very disappointing and did not match the hotel’s star rating.
• Public Facilities: The toilet in the reception area was very dirty, there was no soap available, and the furniture throughout the hotel looked worn and outdated.
• Customer Service: The reception staff were unhelpful and rude, adding to the overall poor experience.
For the price I paid, this was definitely not a value-for-money experience. The only redeeming feature was the pool with thermal water, which was pleasant.

We stay only 1 night here after visiting hot spring. The lobby looks amazing and has nice spiral staircase to the restaurant. There are 1 twin bed and 1 single bed in the room. Room is clean. Surrounding has beautiful old trees. We also had our dinner and breakfast in the Polat restaurant. Food is good.

Very unfriendly staff and worn down rooms. Awesome to bathe in the thermal hot springs though.

Far from being a 5 star rating. The rooms are dated and the furniture old. The hotel WiFi does not even work in the rooms! The TV is the minimum size. The bath towels are old and worn. There is not even a pair of bedroom slippers that 4 star hotels provide. The walkway to the room from the lobby don’t even have heating and is cold. Really disappointing if you are expecting a 5 star facility.

I really do not understand what is the criteria of hotel star rating in Turkey! Other than the big lobby and dining room, this hotel is not worth even a two star rating.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The room were elegantly furnished and provided the utmost comfort. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect, from the impeccable room service to the excellent concierge assistance.
