Stayed in this hotel for two nights,absolutely a nightmare,dirty,filthy and low maintenance place. It's all started with the messed up booking,reception staff acted like they were doing us a favour moving us to a bigger room when we actually already payed for it.The corridor that led to the room was like a scene from a horror movie dirty carpet with dirty cutlery and plates outside the room doors Definitely not worth the hassle...

I stayed there 2 nights and that was enough to see how they treated their customers. The toilet water was leaking, I had to change my room the next day. The AC thermostat does not work in any room, the AC fan just keeps blowing. So there is no temperature control in the rooms. Weird for a 5 star hotel. I needed to make a phone call to my local cell phone company and talk to the customer service because my phone e-sim got locked out. They told me I cannot make a phone call from the rooms' phones. I asked the receptionist in person if I could use their office phone then to call my cell phone company and offered to pay for it. They told me I cannot make a phone call. So, lets hope you will not need to use their phones, because they do not care about their customers' true needs. Also, they say the dinner is included for the hotel price, but you have to pay extra if you want to drink anything like juice or soda and you are charged outrageously for it. So eating included, but no drinks??? Would not recommend this hotel.

For superior category hotel, you’d expect the level of cleanness to be standard or high.

Our room has a musty smell and the bathroom is extremely dirty. The air conditioning is not cold.

Buffet spread is ok but does not cater to a wide range of palates

This hotel definitely does not deserve to be a 4*. on Tripadvisor and rating is extremely misleading.

Would not recommend.

first of all i stayed here for 2 nights when i first entered the room i saw a towel infront of the door stuck with the door and food on the floor and it was stinky due to the people smoking and even on the bed it had many stains and disgusting stuff i dont want to mention, The food is average but the service is not so good . In the indoor pool it was really nice and made my skin smooth . For the hair dresser it made my hair so puffy and dry and my hair kept falling off . The hair dresser touched the broom and then without washing his hands he washs my hair . And even worst when my mom was checking the brush it was all covered in hair 4/10 . Last thing please fix your wifi i had to have no wifi for 2 days!! 3/10 not the best experience i would not come here ever again to be honest.

The lousiest hotel that I have stayed in Turkey so far. A part of the hotel is under maintenance, hence, some rooms are on non-lift landing floor. If you are on a long trip with a big luggage, it is not advisable to stay here. Unless you don't mind waiting for the bell boy to help you to move your luggage to your room or climb up the stairs carrying your luggage.

There is no bathrobe and cotton buds in the room. It came as a surprise as this is not a budget hotel.
