We were quite disappointed with our stay. The room was much smaller than depicted in the pictures and should never be advertised for four people; it barely accommodates two. The second bed was in a cramped attic space that was unbearably hot and stuffy. The ladder to the attic interfered with the bathroom door, making it a real hassle to squeeze under it to get into the bathroom.

The room was so poorly lit that I had to use my phone as a flashlight to find things in my luggage. The window had minimal insulation, and it was quite unpleasant to be woken up at 4 am by a stray dog barking incessantly. Additionally, there wasn’t enough hot water for everyone, so we had to instruct the kids to use only 50% of the shower's capacity.

While the room was neatly decorated, the extensive decorations took up so much space. There was only one tiny coffee table and one nightstand, leaving almost no countertop space after the snack basket for sale and decorative items were placed. Speaking of snacks, every little item had a price tag, even the water! This is the only hotel we’ve stayed at in Turkey that charged for water.

The hotel staff were unresponsive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing our needs, they sent me tour information via text message in an attempt to make a sale. When the staff member Nina brought in a few towels, she placed them on top of my cap, which resulted in the cap being left behind since we didn't use the towels. We tried to contact her multiple times two hours after we checked out, but all our texts were completely ignored. It's rare to encounter a hotel with such poor hospitality and communication.

Overall, it was a devastating experience.
