Overpriced Rooms in a central location. The attitude of the hotel staff however eaves a lot to be desired. The "hotel" is actually a house turned into a lodge where the owner Mr Adnan grew up. It's clear that he still thinks it's his house as we were categorically told not to eat food in our rooms and leave trash outside. Felt like we were in a (very) expensive summer camp.You also have to ask for your rooms to be cleaned daily and for new towels to be provided. They will still do a haphazard job and not replenish the water , coffee or cups. The breakfast was poor most days and the ladies serving it were glaring at us for requesting additional helpings.
As a business owner myself I appreciate the impact reviews can have on small businesses but in this instance the service provided during the tourist off season (we were one of only two guests) and in particular the Owner asking us to not eat in our rooms simply cannot be glossed over. Please educate your staff on basic hospitality etiquette and I hope they never tell another guest not to eat in the room they've paid for. We will not be returning.

Located near the bus station and tourist attractions. comfortable room and friendly staff. only minor point was the Internet connectivity was not that consistent in our room but still usable.

Lovely hotel, reasonable breakfast, very welcoming hosts. Beautiful and authentic family owned hotel. Surely recomend 100%

Lovely small hotel, with amazing rooms which are clean and tidy. There is AC in the rooms. The staff is very nice - they speak English. There is a cozy garden. The breakfast was big and very tasty. There is no parking in the hotel, however a paid parking is nearby - just 5 minutes away and it cost 30 TL for a whole day.

A very nice and clean hotel to stay at. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was delicious. They have a very nice garden to sit at while eating breakfast. The hotel resides in a good location too. It’s very near to the train station and also to the bus station which takes you to Sirince or Ephesus. It is also walkable to Basilica of St John. We really enjoyed our stayed in their wonderful room.

Such a beautiful place in the center of the town. It is perfectly designed, every detail adds charm. The room is spacious and the garden in the inner patio very peaceful. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is so nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Very new interior design and super clean hotel. The decor is nice and modern. Some hotel staff does not speak much English but with google translate it worked well, and they are hospitable, warm and helpful. They even made us Linden tea when we were sitting in the lobby waiting for our train to Izmir. Hotel location is spectacular, few steps to main bus station and about 10 min walk to train station. Overall very recommendable hotel if you want to visit Efes and Sirince.

We had a lovely stay here in room 8, which is one of the fancier rooms at the back of the building. It felt very private and had seats on the landing facing the courtyard which we enjoyed lounging on. The courtyard where breakfast is served is extremely beautiful. The room itself is a big suite with the bathroom in the middle which doesn’t a roof (worth thinking about). We walked in as we were travelling across Turkey and were immediately welcomed. There was a patch of dried wee on the bed but that could be a freak situation, and we got new sheets from the staff. Lovely place to have as your base if exploring Ephesus.
