Superb resort!!! Rooms are impeccable and very spacious, lots of facilities on site, excellent for children. The food is amazing, lots of different dishes served daily, witha designated kids area where you also have kid friendly choices. The restaurant is huge, and the staff are very attentive. The pools are very clean, well maintained, there are different adult and children activities throughout the day. The resort has a lovely splash play area, but the water is usually freezing there and the water pressure can be too much for children under 4-5 years. The baby splash pool is shaded and reasonably sized.
Overall it's a superb resort, would highly recommend it.

We've stayed at this hotel several times, and it’s always a great experience. The hotel is constantly being improved or renovated, which is a great sign that it’s well-maintained and not neglected over time. The food is very diverse, and there’s something available almost around the clock, along with plenty of attractions. It’s practically impossible to get bored here unless you want to!
The pool area and rooms are clean and well-kept. The beach is usually windy, but not many people go there anyway because the pool area is fantastic. The stylish swim-up suites are only available for families with children aged 6 and above, which is good to know. There’s also a prayer room (mescid) located under the reception area, and wearing a swimsuit or burkini in the water is allowed.

Just come back from what I can say is the most amazing hotel and holiday we have been on.
Our room was one with a jacuzzi and it’s was brilliant absolutely loved it. The hotel is cleaned top to bottom 24/7 you can’t find a spec of dirt on it and every member of staff works so hard and always smiles.
Entertainment is so so but the food is out of this world. We are vegetarian and it’s just amazing the flavours and the choice even for us. The restaurant staff are also just so nice.
Beach is also incredible.
We will never go back to to the same hotel twice but we both said this isn’t the case this time we will be returning next year

Happy and friendly staff from the moment of arrival to departure. The hotel has everything you need for a family or luxury holiday including themed nights in the buffet restaurant, and 2 a la cart restaurants, where the food is great. You get one visit per week but can pay £10 per head for another visit. The pool is cold but may warm up in the mid summer months. The spa has a warmer pool but it's quite small. The beach and outdoor areas are easily accessible and plenty of space for everyone. No need to reserve loungers if you are happy anywhere around the pool. Out door snack bar and busy daily activity schedule with evening entertainment.

What a delightful stay I had at Korumar Ephesus Resort! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the immaculate cleanliness of the entire property. It truly felt like every corner was cared for.
The pool was absolutely fantastic – spacious, sparkling, and a wonderful place to relax and soak up the sun. I spent many enjoyable hours there.
And let's talk about the food! The dining experience was a highlight of my trip. The food was truly excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. I looked forward to every meal.

We visited Richmond for 7 nights, the experience overall was good but there is room for improvement. It you haven't been to Turkey before it's not a bad place to visit if you're seeing the ruins that are about 20 minutes away, house of the blessed virgin Mary which is also not too far away if you're already visiting the area.
I'll start off with the entertainment, every night the hotel had entertainment for kids which was a mini disco around 21:30. Then around 22:00 they have entertainment catered towards adults and children.

Then we had a Turkish dance one night a mixture of men and women dancing away in their traditional outfits, they then finished off by involving some people from the crowd which was great to see, and finally a show with fire dancers, which was one of my favourites.
After this they also have a more chilled out live music area where you can sit and have soft or hard drinks and listen to some music.
As for the facilities such as sports/classes etc they have a regular yoga class performed on the grass in the outdoors. Squash/table tennis/billiards(pool)/a small video games and kids games room/darts to name few.
The food was definitely one to improve, I have never seen this at a 5 star hotel. The overall tasted good, the deserts were aplenty the biggest issue I found was that the restaurant gets flies coming but only about an hour before closing which is really off-putting. I don't know if they're trained flies or something but literally every time you're an hour away from closing they appear, any earlier and you're fine,

There are some water activities you can do on the beach as well, some paid jet skiing and even hiring a small boat if you like.
Whilst were there we used a photographer who took some really amazing shots, Hüseyin was really professional, polite and patient with us. He even knew the different locations well and if you're there definitely give him a shout, we went past his stall in the lobby many times, but once you get speaking to him he's the most friendly and professional photographer I've met abroad.

Amazing rooms, they are large with lovely decor and great facilities, mini bar is stocked up daily, great hair dryer, 2 x TVs, plenty of wardrobe/ drawer space and a large balcony and lovely touches like robes and slippers.
Overall Beautiful hotel, everything was so well presented, very clean, has a great pool and slides.
A Lovely clean beach with all inclusive beach bar and plenty of cushioned sun beds.
Great food and great range of drinks and cocktails included in the all inclusive!
Staff were all lovely and friendly and very efficient!
Always activities / entertainment available
Could not fault a thing and would definitely return.

I had the most amazing stay at this beautiful all-inclusive resort, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional facilities, especially the enormous swimming pool and stunning private beach. The atmosphere was so relaxing, yet there were plenty of fun activities throughout the day for those who wanted to join in. The bar served fantastic cocktails, and the staff were incredibly attentive, making every moment feel special.
We were lucky enough to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and it was absolutely incredible – spacious, modern, and with breathtaking views. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we’ve already booked to return in May for 10 days. This resort truly has it all, and I can’t wait to go back!

Hotel was amazing, a lot of activities every day. Large selection of food and drinks. Service was very good. Specially one barmaid was very nice, Fehime. She was always happy, smiley, helpful and make the best drinks. She really made our stay happier. I will for sure come back to this hotel. Big recommendations.
