We visited Richmond for 7 nights, the experience overall was good but there is room for improvement. It you haven't been to Turkey before it's not a bad place to visit if you're seeing the ruins that are about 20 minutes away, house of the blessed virgin Mary which is also not too far away if you're already visiting the area.
I'll start off with the entertainment, every night the hotel had entertainment for kids which was a mini disco around 21:30. Then around 22:00 they have entertainment catered towards adults and children.

Then we had a Turkish dance one night a mixture of men and women dancing away in their traditional outfits, they then finished off by involving some people from the crowd which was great to see, and finally a show with fire dancers, which was one of my favourites.
After this they also have a more chilled out live music area where you can sit and have soft or hard drinks and listen to some music.
As for the facilities such as sports/classes etc they have a regular yoga class performed on the grass in the outdoors. Squash/table tennis/billiards(pool)/a small video games and kids games room/darts to name few.
The food was definitely one to improve, I have never seen this at a 5 star hotel. The overall tasted good, the deserts were aplenty the biggest issue I found was that the restaurant gets flies coming but only about an hour before closing which is really off-putting. I don't know if they're trained flies or something but literally every time you're an hour away from closing they appear, any earlier and you're fine,

There are some water activities you can do on the beach as well, some paid jet skiing and even hiring a small boat if you like.
Whilst were there we used a photographer who took some really amazing shots, Hüseyin was really professional, polite and patient with us. He even knew the different locations well and if you're there definitely give him a shout, we went past his stall in the lobby many times, but once you get speaking to him he's the most friendly and professional photographer I've met abroad.

Amazing rooms, they are large with lovely decor and great facilities, mini bar is stocked up daily, great hair dryer, 2 x TVs, plenty of wardrobe/ drawer space and a large balcony and lovely touches like robes and slippers.
Overall Beautiful hotel, everything was so well presented, very clean, has a great pool and slides.
A Lovely clean beach with all inclusive beach bar and plenty of cushioned sun beds.
Great food and great range of drinks and cocktails included in the all inclusive!
Staff were all lovely and friendly and very efficient!
Always activities / entertainment available
Could not fault a thing and would definitely return.

The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, enhancing the overall experience. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, while the hotel's surroundings are well-maintained, offering a serene atmosphere. Guests can enjoy strolls along palm-lined paths, and the facilities include a tennis court, mini-golf, and a silent pool, ensuring everything you need for a relaxing vacation is at hand.

I had the most amazing stay at this beautiful all-inclusive resort, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional facilities, especially the enormous swimming pool and stunning private beach. The atmosphere was so relaxing, yet there were plenty of fun activities throughout the day for those who wanted to join in. The bar served fantastic cocktails, and the staff were incredibly attentive, making every moment feel special.
We were lucky enough to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and it was absolutely incredible – spacious, modern, and with breathtaking views. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we’ve already booked to return in May for 10 days. This resort truly has it all, and I can’t wait to go back!

Hotel was amazing, a lot of activities every day. Large selection of food and drinks. Service was very good. Specially one barmaid was very nice, Fehime. She was always happy, smiley, helpful and make the best drinks. She really made our stay happier. I will for sure come back to this hotel. Big recommendations.

Excellent staff, super friendly, and amazing resort. My family and I stayed at this resort early September to celebrate my dad's birthday. We had an unforgettable stay there. First of all the resort is large in size, with multiple pools that makes it easy to find the sun beds whenever you wish during the day. The selection of food was great plus they had Gluten Free options available when you request it. There were enough staff everywhere so whenever you need anything you could find someone in no time. All aside, the staff are unbelievably nice, friendly and trying their best to make sure what you need is provided which is most valuable. They specially made my Dad's BD unforgettable for us when they understood about it. They made beautiful table for us for dinner decorated with balloons and flowers, which was even a surprise for all of us, they made beautiful cake and made that night super special for which I am really thankful to them, specially the waiters that night, Omar and the chef in duty that unfortunately I missed his name. The rooms very clean and getting cleaned to high standards, small issues in the rooms but they sorted them out, as I said earlier since the staff are super kind & helpful, small shortcomings here or there are really dismissible, plus we didn't spend much time in our rooms anyway as there is so many things to do at the resort. They have games, live shows every evening that are quite entertaining. All & All very happy with our experience and we are convinced that we will go back there again :)

This was our third trip to this fabulous Hotel/Resort because we have immensely enjoyed it on our previous visits.
What a difference this time! Despite it NOT being British School holidays the place was rammed with babies, toddlers and children…..never again. Despite this 5 star hotel having rules, regulations and a dress code, nothing was adhered to. Kids playing football in the Lobby Bar, Bikinis and swimwear were regular attire in bath bars and restaurants. Adults had little or no control over their children and the staff were out of their depth.
The rooms are lovely but our toiletries and teas and coffees weren’t always filled up, very disappointing and we’re not ones to complain. We had to vacate our room by midday on our last day, leaving us 8 hours of sitting waiting around before we were picked up by our transfer Coach. The Guest Relations Lady did say she’d do her best to let us keep our room on but we didn’t see her again until we were about to board the Coach. I could write a small book on our experience but in short there’s no way we’ll be going back, it was a waste of 3 Grand for 10 days.
