Paloma Orenda

We are here for the second time this year and we love every minute of our break in this hotel! The animation team is so nice and helpful and we are all having a lot of fun with them! Games all day if you like, great shows, mini Disco and Entertainment in the evening! The DJ is very good! We haven‘t had one boring minute!
Everywhere is clean! We will be back next year:)

We have just spent 10 amazing days here. We came here 2 years ago and as soon as we left, we knew we were going to book again as it was the perfect holiday.
The staff are amazing and are always dedicated to help.
The animation team are brilliant! They are amazing at what they do.
We will 100% come back as we know we will always have the bets holiday.

Nice hotel, but rather not worth the price.
Food in the main restaurant was Okey.. Speciality restaurants however were great.
Activities in the hotel are limited and not much advertised.
It's a very quite place for a family escape.
Staff is outstanding, friendly and helpful.

A fabulous stay from start to finish. The restaurants were all lovely and the food delicious (yes at times repetitive but what all inclusive isn’t)

The pool and beach areas were immaculate and we really loved the swim up bar.

The animation team were absolutely fantastic. We joined in with the activities everyday and they were all so friendly. It really made our holiday special. Special mention to Can and Rumeysa for being so lovely.

The rooms were good but no privacy for the bathroom as such. However, this didn’t affect our holiday.

We will 100% be returning

The Paloma Orenda was pure sunshine! The staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile. The food was fantastic, with buffets and al la carte restaurants catering to every craving. We loved lounging by the pool and splashing around in the water park. The entertainment team was a blast, with shows and activities keeping us smiling all week. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel as a family of 4. 2 boys aged 3 and 8. The hotel itself is very well kept with stunning gardens and modern furnishings. We arrived late and we were unhappy with our room location and the reception manager done absolutely everything to have us moved the next day! The overall experience of the hotel is very good. Almost all the staff are very hard working and friendly. We have a few small negatives that we would like to mention that have resulted in the 4 star rating.

Lack of food for kids in the main buffet restaurant.
Although the food is delishious overall, we felt there was little to no choice for children. All other resorts we have stayed at in the past have had a "kids section" for 2 weeks, our kids ate pasta. The beach bar done lovely chicken schnitzel at lunch that the boys loved but this was never available at the main buffet.

Cocktails
These were a hit and miss, sometimes nice, sometimes undrinkable, it would depend who was making them. We had a walk along to the finesse and looking in there, they seemed to be made a lot better.

Entertainment
The shows we seen were very good but there is days where there is nothing on and its only a live band. I felt there could of been more entertainment over our 2 week stay. There was also no music on during the day by the pools (apart from aqua gym times) several guests we spoke to mentioned this also.

Beds
As we got towards the end of our stay, there was not enough beds at the pool. I came down to put some towels down at 9am and they were all gone. I could see families reserving beds for children that were not even using them!

Pillows
The pillows in the rooms are extremely thick and hurt our necks, we asked to others but only the same ones were offered.

Now on to some positives.
The beach bar lunch is delishious! Tasty food and a stunning view. The waterpark is great fun although we found the water extremely cold our first week (middle of may) it was much better towards end of may. Cleaners do a good job of rooms and are always smiling and friendly. Reception staff are very helpful also.

Overall its a really nice hotel. A few tweaks would make it exccellent. It has been a nice 2 weeks for us but we feel we might try somewhere else next time.

This place is out of this world. Fantastic location right on the beach, expansive grounds with well thought-out layout. Buildings are a maximum of two stories high. Great restaurants, lovely bars, shows and live music. Very family oriented. There are a couple of stand out features at this resort. Firstly, it’s kept scrupulously clean and tidy. Everything is in its place, the floors and paths are clear, there’s no rubbish lying about. Secondly, the staff. Everyone, and I mean everyone, has been absolutely lovely. They take a pride in doing a good job. They’re attentive and anticipate what you need. I can’t praise them highly enough, it’s what really makes this resort stand out.

I’ll be back, with out a doubt, and have no hesitation in highly recommending Paloma Orenda.

Best hotel really clean resort friendly had the best time here entertainment at night could be better but was still good beautiful food best place to come with couple or family absolutely loved it !!

Excellent Service at the Beach Bar and Restaurant

During our stay at the Paloma Orenda in Antalya, we had some wonderful interactions with the staff. Yigitcan at the beach bar is fantastic—his cocktails are amazing, and he's always friendly and attentive. He really made our time at the beach even more enjoyable.

In the restaurant, Mehmet Ali stood out for his excellent service. He was efficient, polite, and made sure we had everything we needed. It's great to see staff members like Yigitcan and Mehmet Ali who go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.

Thanks to them, our stay at Paloma Orenda had some memorable moments. We appreciate their hard work and recommend visiting the beach bar and restaurant for a great experience.

We stayed at the Paloma Orenda in Antalya with our 5-year-old son. The hotel is in a beautiful location, with a clean beach and plenty of activities for families. Our room was generally comfortable, but the wardrobe was quite small, making it difficult to store all of our belongings. The bathroom design was open, which wasn't ideal for privacy.The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, and the food at the restaurants was varied and delicious, with options for both adults and children. However, we noticed that the staff didn't seem particularly motivated or happy. They rarely smiled, and it felt like they were forced to work here, which affected the overall atmosphere.Despite these issues, we enjoyed the beachfront location and the activities for children, especially the kids' club, which our son loved. While there were some great aspects to our stay, the lack of enthusiasm from the staff and the room's shortcomings took away from the experience.We hope the management can work on improving the staff's morale and the room design. This hotel has a lot of potential, but it needs some adjustments to make it a truly great place to stay.
