Paloma Orenda Mini-hotel

Hotel - Really nice hotel and setting. Very clean. Rooms not huge on space and storage and bed was quite hard but all in all Very good all inclusive. Less than 50m from own private beach. Food - Really good buffet with loads of choice plus other restaurants to eat at. We loved the beach bar Quentine and Steak house restaurant Curio. Also a bistro open 24/7 if needed! 2 huge pools, one with a swim up bar and a nice kids pool. Very good entertainment at night with kids disco and a show on most nights.

Fantastic hotel, cleanliness and food are on point. Top class staff, in particular; Mutluhan, Baris, Zulkuf and Fatma. All very friendly and accommodating.

Everything about this holiday was first class for us. The food, cleanliness and general vibe was exactly as we like it. The kids club was first class with staff who genuinely cared and activities that the kids wanted to go to. The mini disco was a highlight despite searing temperatures. We enjoyed archery and the beach bar whilst kid free and even a sneaky trip to the aqua park. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special.

Myself and my family had a wonderful time at the Paloma Orenda. A five star experience. Food amazing, selection of swimming pools amazing, levels of cleanliness also top class. The kids club was also a jewel, my daughter had always been reluctant to go to previous clubs on previous holidays but she thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were top class, there was so many activities to choose from for all ages. Athena loved the yoga, the mini disco, the bowls etc, she is 8 yrs old. Overall a 10/10 experience.

A fabulous hotel! The hotel and facilities were very clean, set in 2 storey high blocks surrounded by well manicured gardens. All the staff were so friendly. My personal thanks to Sami, Eyyupp, Mustafa, Efe and Ferman who were in the restaurants. All restaurant food was first class, giving a delicious choice of food. My thanks also go to Erhan and his entertainment team Saba, Rumessa, Ishmael, Aliye, Damla and Menta. (My apologies for any spelling mistakes). Sorry if I’ve missed anyone. We will return!

This was our second visit . On arrival you are treated like royalty, with drinks on hand and cases took to your room. The rooms are very nice with excellent air con and well stocked fridge. I felt the entertainment team wasn't as good this year to previous time. The only downside is checkout. The reception team seem to let it down. While waiting for transfer ,why don't they come and offer you a drink and ask hope you've enjoyed your stay, have safe journey etc. It feels like you've had your holiday, so go. It just leaves a bitter taste to what was a wonderful holiday. Hopefully the management will rectify this for our 3rd visit we are planning on next year.

Amazing week at paloma, Sami at the bistro bar gave excellent service and made sure we had all we needed. Lovely place to stay!

This hotel is by far the best hotel we have visited to date, and we will definitely be returning in the future! The food was amazing and there was so much variety, we never felt like it got repetitive. The A La Carte options were also delicious and the service was outstanding. The pool area was great and we never struggled to get sunbeds, you can also rent the double sunbeds which we did on one of the days and really enjoyed. The entertainment team was the best team we have come across, they always went above and beyond but were never pushy which we really appreciated. A big shout out to Ishmal who we grew particularly close to and had a good laugh with by the end of our holiday. The beach bar (Quentine), is what makes this hotel stands out from others, whether you’re having lunch there or watching a live band, or just having a drink, it really is such a lovely place to sit especially at sunset. We didn’t leave the hotel once (which is rare for us), because we really didn’t feel like we needed to. Everything had been thought of and we wanted to enjoy all of our time within the hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and we already cannot wait to return!!

Overall, very good hotel, service was great! Only downside was the damp in the room (room 1611) and the horrible smell..

We are currently at Paloma Orenda, the best part so far has been the Mini Club for our three young children. The staff are so welcoming and attentive. The facilities, the park and activities put on during the day cater for children of all ages. Very impressed! Thank you for looking after our children and making their holiday!
