Best Hotels in Side

The Hotel area is very beginning and could be a little bit more clean. The beach is very good. The only problem is the cleaning stuff they are not really motivated to do their job.

It's a good hotel, but the air-conditioner doesn't always work and that is something important when it's hot.

Very poor breakfast lunch and dinner no sosiges no fruit, no sweats at breakfast fresh for adional price 2 eur. Lokation is good. Very old beach set and wery wery bad Internet access old and broken tv set at room.

Huge territory Beach access It's a nice place with all nessessary facilities and free WI-FI Delisious food

Location, room numbers, atmosphere. Very good for traveling with kids - my son always asked me to take him to kindergarten. It was very interesting to him

We are in Turkey for the second time, the first time in Side. We stayed at Sueno from June 21-28. The weather was perfect, an average of 35 degrees, we also had a breeze that was also felt on the hotel balcony

__ the beach: fine sand, nicely placed sunbeds comfortable enough, you could find free sunbeds almost at any time

the entry into the water is very smooth, up to 1 m deep and at a distance of 15 m from the beach, perfect for children PERFECT. the water was very hot, I didn't get such hot water even in Greece in August

_there is always a queue at the bar, the staff does not cope with the demand, besides they do not understand English - the juices, the cocktails, are not 5 stars - the evening shows are for Turks, I caught 3 stars where I lasted 10 minutes but the Turcs liked it

- if your children do not know Russian or Turkish, there is no point in leaving the activities organized by the hotel staff to them THE SUBER BAD OPINION : I paid 24 euros for 2 children to reserve at the children's town (lolipoptown) for one hour

All perfectly! Wi-Fi works. Only the view from the balcony is not very good. There is enough food. It's a pity they don't give ice cream.

Been there 3 times. 2010, 2011, 2012. The first time did fly away at all, the second time somehow did not come in, the third is normal. Good location, decent food (ok and 24/7 😀). Crowdness, old rooms ...

We appeared to be the only family from Northern Ireland but didn't stop us having fun so don't let that stop you coming. We were made to feel very welcome a lot of Russians and Germans guests but all very pleasant

The hotel is vast and beautiful, the staff excellent and the choice of drinks and meals fantastic. We are already planning for a return next year around the same dates and will stay even longer

Lovely weekend away and this all inclusive hotel. Alpha rooms had not made our booking as it turned out when we arrived but the staff here are so helpful we got a beautiful room and a free upgrade with a terrace

We have been a group of 9 people enjoying our holiday at Arcanus Hotels Sorgun. The rooms were cleaned and spacious. The Hamam turkish bath was amazing plus we got 7 days therapeutic massage

Vacation in this hotel went far beyond my expectations and was one of the best in my life. Only the wifi could have been stronger but its available all around the hotel even at the beach and on the pier, so all good

Also, I am fully impressed by a large selection of delicious food, own baked goods, fresh fruit and vegetables. Thank you very much for the hospitality. I am already looking forward to my next visit

Thank you for allowing me and my family to have a wonderful time at the Arcanus Sorgun Resort Hotel. All the staff were always helpful and approached people with a big smile and positive energy

The drinks and cocktails were very good, there were 5 bars total in the hotel and none of them disappointed. There was a Starbucks and the workers there weren’t exactly nice but they served you well

The food was nice especially the sea food but the meat wasn’t really impressing and didn’t have a good taste, the cakes were the same everyday but there was a variety of them

The housekeepers were very nice though they couldn’t really understand English but u could tell they were good people

There was different events every night at the back of the hotel overlooking the beautiful lake where pirate ships would pass often, although the smell of the lake near was really bad it smelt like chickens which wasn’t very pleasant

The rooms were really nice and spacious the beds were really comfy and extremely clean. The housekeepers would come everyday and clean and make ur bed and stock up ur fridge with drinks

The cleanliness in this whole hotel was crazy in the plates u couldn’t find one crumb or stain in them at all, and the overall place was clean, I was amazed

FOOD - sometimes not enough plates and prihodilos to wait 5 minutes while they bring in, the distribution of meat dishes accumulate long lines and Russian tourists, which by the way the hotel about 80%, expressed their "outrage" to put it mildly, a variety of dishes almost nebylo, poor quality products (semi-finished burgers - I saw myself as packages pour) in General hungry, then no one is left, but...

Nice hotel for family and kids. Animation program is well done. Daytime activities and in the evening also shows for young and adults. Food was allot of option espacially during diner

Everywhere was clean nearly all toilets where spotless. Food very well prepared and varied, staff well the only thing I can say is excellent

Will start with the best part of this hotel (for me anyway) is there are plenty of sunbeds on the beach! You can walk down anytime of the day and get sunbeds for your family, unbelievable! This meant I could have a lie in on holiday and not get up at 7am to join the sunbed war

Not crowded, mid-level, with a very good beach, good food. Suitable for small children, couples over 40 years of age, pensioners, disabled. Have a super water slide.

Would highly recommend to families! We NEVER struggled for a sunbed which I always find annoying that people reserve at stupid o'clock in the morning, here, not once did I see reserved beds when going for breakfast and at no time could we not get a bed

3 people, 2 rooms I was at this hotel for our honeymoon last year, and we decided to come back again this year

One thing that we saw from the beginning was that they changed some alcohol with local/ other brands, which tasted very watery. so one of the main things we loved (good cocktails were already out)

The hotel is really good at all. Maybe there should be little bjt more lights in. During the whole day there is some activities to do and for kids also. The food is very delicious except for desserts

You can still find some good alcohol only in the lobby bar, but unfortunately, not at the beach bar where we are all day. The second would be housekeeping, which always makes the room very late (3-4 PM)

The beach bar also was like an old abandoned grey building, not a nice olace to stay. Next problem was the quallity of the people. Vast majority of the clients were Rusian people and their attitude often was not correct

The fridges outside offered barely any drinks other than whater. I ordered a mohito once and it was horrible, I did not drink it. The balkony was never cleaned from what we could see and the bathroom was substandard

We had an incident once, they had blocked the passage between the sunbeds rows and I had to move their empty sunbed, they moved it back right after so my family behind me could not pass and the lady screamed at us

My daugter and me got ear infection tje third day and the rest of the days passed in pain and discomfort. That was with no dubt due to the hygiene of the pools as we stayed in the pools those days

There were flies everywhere in the resturant, on the food, on the plates, everywhere. I think they are used with flies and are not doing anything to kill them. Next is the bar service outside

Never had such problem in my life ever. They also stayed packed in the sea side so it was difficult to pass to enter in the sea. Other than that it was fine, my kids enjoyed a lot

There was the usual sunbed shortage by late morning but there were six of us, two adults and four kids and provided we got to the pool around 8ish we had a good pick of sunbeds and always managed to get six beds for us

Location was good in relation to the beach. Only a five minute walk away and bar and food down there included with the all inclusive which was great. Loads of beds under canopies available no matter what time of day

Overall we had a really good time at this hotel for ten nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Cihan who looked after us well in the restaurant and lobby bar on many occasions

It's worth the bus ride to Side for better atmosphere and seemingly better choice of bars. The ones near the hotel were pretty much empty most of the the time. The pool is good and the slides too

We had 4 days visit in April and that was such a wonderful experience that. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food omg was so delicious that you can't stop eating

The service and friendliness of staff is good. The food is varied enough to suit the whole family. The drinks we had (non alcoholic) were lovely. A good range of non alcoholic cocktails were available to choose from

Everything about the hotel is great, especially fun team. They’re made us so energetic, having really good time. Not only adults, but also children had a good time. Mini Club made them enjoy the time

This is the second time we are staying at Castival due to the convenient location to Manavgat and Side. The local bazaars in Kumkoy are very good. The Mall of Side is just outside the hotel

There is one girl in lobby bar and her name is tugba. Animation team always positive and friendly. Restaurant service is great and food are so great. Entertainment manager Erdrich is so helpful

If you go down to the -1 floor, then there is a very small lawn on the street, on which sun loungers were placed

In general, the great atmosphere in the hotel is made by a team group of animation guys, special thanks to Eyup Bey who found the way to make our stay better and not so boring during quarantine period
