The Hotel area is very beginning and could be a little bit more clean. The beach is very good. The only problem is the cleaning stuff they are not really motivated to do their job.

Very poor breakfast lunch and dinner no sosiges no fruit, no sweats at breakfast fresh for adional price 2 eur. Lokation is good. Very old beach set and wery wery bad Internet access old and broken tv set at room.

It's a good hotel, but the air-conditioner doesn't always work and that is something important when it's hot.

I booked a room with 2 single beds and seating area but when I arrived the hotel said the pictures in the Zen app are incorrect and received a small room with one king bed. OK so I'm currently still here on day 4 now. Positives, rooms are pretty good, staff are friendly and the food is OK although very repetitive. Negatives. The walls and ceiling in the rooms are paper thin so you can hear everything, I'm currently writing this after being woken up every day because of what I'm guessing is the cleaners hoovering the bar area above and moving the chairs around to do so...

We just returned after 10 wonderful nights here, rooms are spacious and perfectly clean, food is fantastic with a wide variety to choose from. The entire hotel is constantly being cleaned......always immaculate. Beach is only 5mins walk, staff are very friendly and helpful. 100% highly recommended for your family holiday 😁👍

Just back from Barut Hemera and all I can say is WOW!! Absolutely the best holiday we've both had everything about the place is top class. The food is real good we ate in the al a carte restaurants 3 nights which was amazing but we enjoyed eating in the main restaurant just as much food and drinks in abundance. Our stay was very pleasant at the hotel. The staff is amazing, food and the place as well. They have gluten free beer, pizza, hamburger, pasta. Was very well organized when we asked for gluten free options. Hotel are super nice green, animations are also good (yoga, pilates, aqua yoga, bike, pool party etc.) it worth to visit!

One of the best hotels we have been so far. Amazing staff. Everyone is very friendly and speaks either English or German. The hotel and area is really beautiful, modern and clean. Nice pool area with great bar and the beach is just a short 2 minutes walk from the rooms/restaurant/pools. Great hotel, beautiful, tasty, expensive. BUT Russian bathrobes for a deposit, upon leaving the hotel, it turned out that the numbers (key cards) were mixed up and we were asked to pay for the washing of the clothes, which was ordered by people living in the neighboring momer.
