The Hotel area is very beginning and could be a little bit more clean. The beach is very good. The only problem is the cleaning stuff they are not really motivated to do their job.

It's a good hotel, but the air-conditioner doesn't always work and that is something important when it's hot.

Huge territory Beach access It's a nice place with all nessessary facilities and free WI-FI Delisious food

Very poor breakfast lunch and dinner no sosiges no fruit, no sweats at breakfast fresh for adional price 2 eur. Lokation is good. Very old beach set and wery wery bad Internet access old and broken tv set at room.

Beautiful hotel,very clean and staff are amazing. Love the QR system around the pool and beach to order your drinks and food. The cocktails are lovely and all served in beautiful glasses

- Sunbeds on the beach in 90% of cases enough, especially if you come before lunch, i. Sun loungers around the pools and on the lawns (Yes, there are such places - among the pines on the grass and walkways) enough always

Jazira and Buse are loved Amazing place, loved every moment. Only negative was a lady who I presumed was the manager of the spa, seemed rather arrogant and her attitude put us off booking in the spa

And in the rooms you will not wait for cleaning :( Beach towels during the day cannot be changed, they were given in the morning, only returned in the evening. They won't give you fresh ones

We appeared to be the only family from Northern Ireland but didn't stop us having fun so don't let that stop you coming. We were made to feel very welcome a lot of Russians and Germans guests but all very pleasant

Even though we had a rocky start staff were very helpful. Hotel is spotless the staff work hard to keep all area spotless. The entertainment team work really hard and our outstanding even the lifeguards are fun

We are here for the second time this year and we love every minute of our break in this hotel! The animation team is so nice and helpful and we are all having a lot of fun with them! Games all day if you like, great shows, mini Disco and Entertainment in the evening! The DJ is very good! We haven‘t had one boring minute! Everywhere is clean! We will be back next year:)

We have just spent 10 amazing days here. We came here 2 years ago and as soon as we left, we knew we were going to book again as it was the perfect holiday. The staff are amazing and are always dedicated to help

The animation team are brilliant! They are amazing at what they do. We will 100% come back as we know we will always have the bets holiday

The restaurants were all lovely and the food delicious (yes at times repetitive but what all inclusive isn’t) The pool and beach areas were immaculate and we really loved the swim up bar

in a bar you get your drink in the morning and in the afternoon and the same bar they say we do not serve this drink in this bar. Management must have better control over staff behavior toward guests

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. Perfect room, cleaning every day. Super smiling and kind staff. Very nice swimming pool with its bars. The beach 500 meters away on foot or by free shuttle

The hotel met all my expectations. High standard pool view room with air conditioning. The hotel has 2 outdoor pools and if you prefer to lounge on the beach, the hotel's shuttle bus will take you there

Lovely weekend away and this all inclusive hotel. Alpha rooms had not made our booking as it turned out when we arrived but the staff here are so helpful we got a beautiful room and a free upgrade with a terrace

All covid restrictions are in place so we felt safe but also welcome. Food was plentiful and hot which so many hotels fail on this point. Will definitely visit again soon. You can even hire a Ginger by the hour

There are 2 outdoor pools in the hotel and if you prefer to lie on the beach, the hotel bus will take you there

Rooms looked very nice and we loved the cakes at the coffee place. Meals were inconsistent. Lunch was horrid dinner was great . Service could be a lot better . Pools were nice .

My daughter had to be hospitalised on return. I'm not sure it's fault of hotel, as they did everything right. Please heat at least 1 of the swimming pools and increase chlorine levels

Really enjoyed it nice place excellent staff food was good, they work very hard and give there visitor's a really good time and make us all welcome, the hotel is one I would highly recommend.

The food is what we had expected from this establishment,excellent. The service in these numerous restaurant areas was 1st Class. Ordered drinks brought to your table was quick, the staff very are polite and cheerful

However, there were a couple of drawbacks: there was most often no staff at the N-joy Bar between 8-10 AM, and we frequently received instant coffee instead of freshly ground coffee

Great hotel, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The highlight was the spa. The service and turkish bath was absolutely amazing, would highely recommend to anyone visiting.

Guests are mainly Russians and German. There is small Migros about 10min walk from hotel. To Side old town is 10min by buss/1Euro. Bus runs very often and bus stop is just outside of the hotel

This is a decent hotel where we enjoyed our stay with our extended family. We liked the food and staff and enjoyed our vacation. The staff did everything to make our vacation great

Old building but well maintained/renovated. Free soft drinks at mini bar in the room. We are bit bored at buffet restaurant. Taste is very good and lot of fresh fruits and sallad

We had check in at night at 00. The rude and offended receptionist wanted give us the other room in the villa house with a pool, despite the fact that I explained to him that I didn't want a room by the pool

That room in the villa house by pool was located on minus ground floor, It was stuffy and stinked of chlorine! Such persons should not work with tourists. Also I do not recommend this room types here

FOOD - sometimes not enough plates and prihodilos to wait 5 minutes while they bring in, the distribution of meat dishes accumulate long lines and Russian tourists, which by the way the hotel about 80%, expressed their "outrage" to put it mildly, a variety of dishes almost nebylo, poor quality products (semi-finished burgers - I saw myself as packages pour) in General hungry, then no one is left, but...

Nice hotel for family and kids. Animation program is well done. Daytime activities and in the evening also shows for young and adults. Food was allot of option espacially during diner

There was a huge variety of different food every day and it was all delicious. I was especially pleased that there was so much fresh fruit and salad. We found everywhere to be clean

We stayed there at the end of April-Easter break. One outdoor swimming pool was heated, aquapark was open. Food was nice, maybe little bit monotonic. Hotel was clean, room cleaned daily, every day fresh towels

Massages good and convenient but is about 2x the price of other local ones and the manager will spend every opportunity trying to persuade you to have more treatments

We were in 2 bedroom family sea view room, plenty of space and lovely view. Maid service great and mini bar stocked every day. Bathrobes and slippers nice touch

It looks lije, tgey are very few, but it is not the case. The hotel has a nice green garden, a few swimming pools, water sliding hills. Compliments to the massagists at the spa. One of the best massages ever received

Paloma Oceana was one of the best hotels we’ve booked and enjoyed in Turkey Side. The hotel, service and location was top. The food is the best food we have ever had in 7 years of turkey 🇹🇷 holidays

The only negative point is that the entertainment at the “entertainment pool” could be a but better and better music. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to everyone

The food and cocktails were on point! My first visit with a toddler, the amenities for children were excellent, my son had so much fun and the evening entertainment for children was so inclusive! (For visitors without children you can easily avoid this as I did my 1st visit)

The food is tasty, from my point of view, more international. Staff is polite, and service in the restaurant is quite fast taken into account the occupancy of the hotel

Couldn’t have hoped for a better holiday experience - amazing infrastructure, everything is clean, well maintained and well designed, very well thought through to make sure they cater to everyone’s needs and preferences

The regular buses just outside of the hotel (as well as taxis) also meant it was incredibly convenient to get around and visit the main nearby places (Side old town, Manavgat Bazaar etc)

The hotel is superb, we got more than we expected. The beach is really nice but the entrance in the sea is a bit deep so for non swimmers is a bit of a problem but there is the pool for that

The pool was amazing warm and fairly shallow to be honest but overall nice, there wasn’t much slides but they were nice and fast, the lifeguards always made sure u were safe and weren’t in anyone’s way, the rules at the slides really made you feel safe

There was different events every night at the back of the hotel overlooking the beautiful lake where pirate ships would pass often, although the smell of the lake near was really bad it smelt like chickens which wasn’t very pleasant

The drinks and cocktails were very good, there were 5 bars total in the hotel and none of them disappointed. There was a Starbucks and the workers there weren’t exactly nice but they served you well

The hotel was really nice. The place, pool, beach, everything. I especially enjoy the evenings at the hotel. Guest relation, Merve: she was really kind and helped us with our problems. Did a good job 👍🏼

Also# 2 put of 7 person in our company got food poisoning. On the other hand the pool and the beach are really nice although sea get's very deep just a few steps in. It may not be safe for non swimmers and kids

We stayed for 10 days, a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids, ages 6&4), end of April beginning of May. There are lots of activities for kids, 2 kid pools, one with a sling for them

First what I like: variety of food excellent; personal any questions; kids club super, girls Berin and Amal amazing 💜; infrastructure super for me not a problem go to the beach through a beautiful garden

This year we came back, for the 2nd time, at your hotel. The room was big and clean, the food is AMAZING, the pools are both very nice and the sea is warm and lovely

I was really surprised when I have connected to paid Internet and it seems that it's 25 EUR/2 weeks not for all room but for 1 device! For me, this is an unheard of solution in a 5-star hotel

Was a good holiday and my first time here. The food is good and i got a nice big room. The waiters are really nice and you can have good talk with them. It was really enjoyable.

We had some amazing days. All services were very good, nice stuff, very good food and the resort is very clean. We'll come back for sure!

One thing that we saw from the beginning was that they changed some alcohol with local/ other brands, which tasted very watery. so one of the main things we loved (good cocktails were already out)

So, from my point of view it’s better to eat downstairs. - GYM is need renovation as well, no internet inside; - breakfast is the same every day, but quality of food is fine

3 people, 2 rooms I was at this hotel for our honeymoon last year, and we decided to come back again this year

You can still find some good alcohol only in the lobby bar, but unfortunately, not at the beach bar where we are all day. The second would be housekeeping, which always makes the room very late (3-4 PM)

The pool is beautiful, and there is room for everyone, but you do have to get up at 7 am to reserve a place with your towel. The floor around the pool doesn't get cleaned enough in our opinion

The resort offers an incredible variety, with three stunning pools, seven diverse restaurants, and a fantastic water park that kept us entertained throughout our stay

But there was 1 bartender in particular that was amazing, Murat from the adult pool/ relax bar. He is a lovely guy who will make a small chat, bring you your (great tasting)drinks and deserves a raise😉 thanks Murat!

Location great Staff great Hotel great The Guest relations manager specifically came and found me to sort my issue out so I'm very happy. I'd recommend this Hotel to families as the kids love the slides etc

The entertainment program was a highlight, with activities and shows running both day and night, ensuring there was never a dull moment

The Hotel management have been very helpful in sorting out an issue I had. They couldn't have done more for that wasn't their fault

Next - we had a room with pool view and everything was perfect! I liked live music and the artists every evening. All the programs they have on 29 October was amazing!

Everyone of us had so much fun and lots of things to do and experience during our stay at Castival. It was not very crowded, we would always find sunbeds by the pool and by the beach early in the morning

The hotel is lovely and it's in the right position for shopping and the service is fantastic, rooms perfect and spacious. Good selection of food choices and the pool area and pool bar lovely

Fantastic hotel clean and well run. Good friendly staff well laid out pool area. Only thing was language problems and the surrounding malls weren’t my cup of tea

Each meal was a feast with diverse menu highlighting local and international cuisine. Great facilities , plenty of space at the beach and pools or beautiful more quiet forest like section

The Barry mini club and entertainment were a massive stand out for us, as were the friendly and super helpful staff wherever you went! Our kids are 4 and 7 and they adored the activities and staff in Barry Club - there was so much for them to do from pottery, science experiments, baking, arts and crafts

The beachfront location is ideal for those who love to soak in the sun or take a dip in the Mediterranean. Barut Hemera goes above and beyond, making it the perfect destination for a truly unforgettable getaway

One of the real gems of our visit was the Olive Bar, where Stella, the barmaid, made every moment special. Her warm personality and expert drink-making skills added an extra layer of enjoyment to our evenings

The disco and entertainment were a lot of fun for the kids too! The rooms and balcony furniture felt slightly outdated but we spent such little time there it didn’t make an impact on our stay
