The family room we had on the ground floor was clean and well presented, as you come in there are 2x single beds in a good sized room leading onto the bathroom and a larger room that was separated by a door that had 2x single beds made into a double, although that wasn't a problem, leading to an outside area

Great place for family's loads to do in the complex for families and couples. It's right on the beach where there are plenty of watersports if that's your thing or just a sunbathing beach day with a lovely beach bar

Take Your pick from the choice of swimming pools to suit you as a family or a couple. This place is a must it's in a beautiful setting. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did

Very friendly personals and very delicious food. Especially thanks to Cem in the fitness and thanks him for supporting by him in my gym activities. The pool is clean and there are very interesting events at evening

Beautiful hotel,very clean and staff are amazing. Love the QR system around the pool and beach to order your drinks and food. The cocktails are lovely and all served in beautiful glasses

There is no restaurant with a menu, only catering. Really enrages that you can smoke everywhere, there are no special designated places. Cigarette butts and ashtrays all around

All perfectly! Wi-Fi works. Only the view from the balcony is not very good. There is enough food. It's a pity they don't give ice cream.

Even though we had a rocky start staff were very helpful. Hotel is spotless the staff work hard to keep all area spotless. The entertainment team work really hard and our outstanding even the lifeguards are fun

Been there 3 times. 2010, 2011, 2012. The first time did fly away at all, the second time somehow did not come in, the third is normal. Good location, decent food (ok and 24/7 😀). Crowdness, old rooms ...

And in the rooms you will not wait for cleaning :( Beach towels during the day cannot be changed, they were given in the morning, only returned in the evening. They won't give you fresh ones

However we were not sit long in Hotel's room, so it's minor decrease of rank from overall. Besides of room, all around is deserves for five stars. Complex for kids, and for adults. All inclusive deserves for 5+ stars :)

There is nothing specifically bad about the hotel it is more the fact that the overall astethics, quality of drinks, food etc are not that we would expect from a 5 star, although 10 years ago I am sure it was a stunning hotel

Fantastic hotel perfect for families, food was brilliant all week, on arrival I asked about price of room upgrade and the brilliant reception staff and manager offered this free of charge! Ignore the negatives, yes there aren’t many English families here but everyone is friendly, great location also will book again!

of course not the Room itself-it is normal. and infrastructure-amusement Park and water Park for a week. just have not been able to master. still liked the food and the kids ' table normal

Having been to Turkey several times in hotels like Aska Lara, Sherwood Dreams, Baia Lara and Limak Atlantis meant we were typically used to a high standard, however had not been to the Side area before this

Before we arrived, not going to lie we were very concerned after seeing many negative reviews regarding this hotel but we can honestly say we had an excellent time and can't understand what everybody is complaining about! We would say the hotel was predominantly 80% German guests but this did not affect our stay at all

They also offered us a chance to grab some food at the midnight restaurant if you wanted but we were that tired we just went straight up to bed

Drinks were basic but drinkable. Dining rooms were always packed but due to size of the resort it was understandable however sometimes it was difficult to find a place toe seat

The only negative things I can think of are as below: - If you are not good at walking, this hotel is not for you. - There are a few chargeable extras available everywhere

Very good animation team. That did a lot for all the guests, and made it a very fun entertaining trip. They were like a best friend for us

To start with I must say my little kids have enjoyed the holiday therefore I gave four stars and not less. This is not 5 star hotel but 4 star at best. Not the worst but definitely not great

- The food is what you make it, I'd say we're a "bland food" family when it comes to food so we did struggle making food choices. (Again, we've never been to Turkey so didn't know what to expect)

Room was good, spacious enough however bit outdated. However, cleaning services very poor even though we tipped the cleaning lady very first day

I can’t remember her name, but the lady with glasses was especially kind and helpful. she did everything she could to help us find our lost luggage, and thanks to her efforts it was recovered

This hotel has everything, and you are spoiled for choice where and what to eat. Plenty busy and quiet areas, even a volley ball court, a must for Hubby, I am happy with cappuccino on tap a sunlounger and my kindle

The restaurants have a range of different foods. The bars are comfortable and relaxing. Staff are constantly on hand and are more than happy to help no matter what the query is. We will be visiting again next year

This was our third time at the side star elegance and yet again it never failed to deliver. From the welcoming at reception to the staff throughout the hotel, the experience was top notch

We went all inclusive and the food was great, yes its very similar most days but the choice was enormous so you could choose something new, or an old favourite every day. By far our favourite feature of the hotel pools

You will see a lift going on to a clift top, it is free with beautiful views of the city. We booked via "On the beach" and everything went really well. Only annoying thing is the guy calling you at 8am for a "meeting"

Regarding the food there were plenty of choices. There even was a pool restaurant were you could order a la carte every day with your allinclusive package

The bars were almost always opened and there was even a 24 hour bar at the reception. When we arrived at the reception, drinks were brought to us and the check-in was very smooth and easy

Located on the beach large grounds well maintained. Cats , a tortoise and ferrets? Spotted in grounds. Food is excellent and available all day. Drinks good but service can be slow

Real good food, like döner kebab rolls, all kinds of pizza, cheeseburgers, soups, salads. Everything was prepared for guests and tasted really good. In the evening there was an outside cuisine with lots of good foods

The only thing i would recommend is an extra toilet somewhere around the bar at the sea. Sometimes you have to walk a little far. In the end a very good hotel to recommend, i think we would come back once more👌

The food I thought for an all inclusive was absolutely amazing I don't see how any one could fault it, plenty to choose from did different cuisine days, burgers, kebabs, Currys, the breakfast had fresh omelettes, pancakes, waffles, there was always something different to have, nice variety of cakes and fruits, and then the al'acarte's aswell

The pools are being cleaned between 12pm-4am, the staff just don't stop they work so hard to make sure they're guests have the best holiday! The only downfall of this holiday I found was a lot of the German background people was very rude, you would stand and hold doors open for them or move out there way and they wouldn't even say thankyou, there was 1 particular elderly couple that we bumped into...

My youngest daughter has additional needs with autism and the way the staff was with her was absolutely amazing, I can tell she had the bestest time! And she hates her pictures taken but Mehmet the photographer took his time and managed to get her smiling for pictures which was amazing as we never manage to get really nice photos of her

My daughter got her foot stuck in the door and had to be rushed down to the doctors but all they staff was there reassuring they'll do what ever to please us which was amazing as it was a bit of a scare as blood was going everywhere

We were a family of 4 , two daughters 16 & 8. We had a really lovely time the hotel staff were friendly and it was exceptionally clean it’s one of the best places I’ve been no rubbish or bugs

Our hotel room was great very spacious a double bed and the girls slept on two sofa beds. We all slept really well and the shower was brilliant very powerful and spacious

The hotel is superb, we got more than we expected. The beach is really nice but the entrance in the sea is a bit deep so for non swimmers is a bit of a problem but there is the pool for that

Staff was perfect food perfect just the music was bad you need new music its better for the atmosphere at night and its ok.

This was our second time in Turkey and we loved any minute of our vacation. The hotel is VERY clean, can’t say anything about the pools because we spent the entire time at the beach which is IMPECABLE

Everything here is great! The staff is helpful, the interiors of the Palace, room 1610 with gorgeous sea views, the food is excellent!

Beverages are local, the food was tasty and plenty, you have to be extremely picky if you can’t find something to your taste

The standard rooms were a bit small (we traveled with a toddler so we had a stroller and our luggage), but since we didn’t spend too much time indoors, it really didn’t matter

If I was trying to find any negatives, I would say the beds and pillows were a bit too hard for our liking and the food selection wasnt really for us. We would have liked more meat, like chicken, beef, bacon, steak etc

WOW!! Where to start? Choose this hotel!! Everyone spoke English, and everyone was kind and friendly. If you're a Brit in Antalya, this is difficult to come by as guests are mainly German

Turkish and international desserts. All sorts of vegetables and fruits. Watermelon is really delicious. This place won't let you be hungry. The drinks are original ( Coca Cola, Jack Daniels etc

It was all inclusive, there was food available practically the whole day, all you can eat

The main restaurant in the evening was good too, I particularly liked the fresh meat on offer; this was probably my saviour as some of the pre-cooked options were a little strange, possibly catered more to the German & Russian clients (no offence intended)

There was a piano player most evenings downstairs by the restaurants. Only for about an hour or so, which I enjoyed, but it wasn't to everyone's taste

Plenty of choice for desserts if that's your thing. We only went to one of the fine dining restaurants whilst we were there, the Italian

Maybe hexeas just having a bad day? We didn't go to any of the shows in the evening so can't comment on that, but they were mostly based outside in the amphitheatre & it was a bit chilly in the evening & I personally am not a fan of the tiered wooden seating

There are all facilities: spa- turkish bath, salt room, sauna, shops, hair dresser, bars restaurants. Service is excellent, polite, helpful speaking German and English

We are currently on our last day at this amazingly beautiful hotel. I can't find any faults at all. The staff are kind and friendly especially Hasan and Yasin. veey funny! The food was always fresh, plenty of choice
