Hotels All-inclusive in Side

I would have liked a map cuz its very complicated to find your way around. The all inclusive had a little problem because the food was only put out in the main lobby not in our hotel

We came as a 5 and we had an absolutely amazing holiday no faults at all and what really made it brilliant was the entertainment staff and I will name one person individually and that is Markus he is absolutely amazing and will be truly missed shame he’s not as good at darts than me but I’ll let him have some practice ;)

The food is very good, animators is amazing, funny and very friendly, pools are very clean and waterslides are very fast and fun, excellent hotel for family, special thanks for tugi, he is the best, we enjoyed the water polo and everything, it is great

What a holiday to remember! Hotel is spotless and don’t have a bad word to say about our stay! The entertainment staff were all lovely and made you feel so welcome! One in particular Marcus!! He was an absolute star and topped our holiday!

Every component of the hotel and service is very good. There is everything for the best holiday and for unforgettable days. Especially, staff of hotel, there are very organized, pleasant and hardworking persons

The Hotel area is very beginning and could be a little bit more clean. The beach is very good. The only problem is the cleaning stuff they are not really motivated to do their job.

Additionally, the concerts organized during our stay added a special touch to our vacation. The hotel staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and acquaintances

The water park was very well-maintained, the food was delicious and of decent quality, and overall everything was satisfying. Alcoholic beverages are available, and you can even request premium brands if you like

The hotel was very comfortable, with everything thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. There were many pools and a water park suitable for both children and adults. Access to the sea was also very easy

I was truly amazed at how wonderful everything was. The service quality was excellent, my room was always clean, the mini bar was constantly stocked, and the entertainment shows were fantastic

There is no restaurant with a menu, only catering. Really enrages that you can smoke everywhere, there are no special designated places. Cigarette butts and ashtrays all around

All perfectly! Wi-Fi works. Only the view from the balcony is not very good. There is enough food. It's a pity they don't give ice cream.

Even though we had a rocky start staff were very helpful. Hotel is spotless the staff work hard to keep all area spotless. The entertainment team work really hard and our outstanding even the lifeguards are fun

Been there 3 times. 2010, 2011, 2012. The first time did fly away at all, the second time somehow did not come in, the third is normal. Good location, decent food (ok and 24/7 😀). Crowdness, old rooms ...

And in the rooms you will not wait for cleaning :( Beach towels during the day cannot be changed, they were given in the morning, only returned in the evening. They won't give you fresh ones

Best all inclusive resort I have stayed in so far. The friendliness of staff, food variety and offering, cleanliness of pools, beautiful garden😍 Proximity to ancient Side, nice shallow entrance to the sea

Very comfortable beds, nice rooms with view, excelent food and drinks. Very friendly stuff. Nice performance for children and also adults.

The staff was really friendly and nice. The view from our hotel room was stunning. The asian restaurant had great food, and our waiter Yusuf was very helpful and nice as well The service was excellent

Good hotel, very friendly personnel, nice beach and pool. Unfortunately due to Corona a lot of hotel services and restaurants were closed, but I'm sure they are nice in the normal times.

The food is delicious and the chefs are very professional. My top thing was the a la cart mexica. I got so full but it was very good. Thank you huseyin for the service. Guest relation manolya and cemile are wonderful

I rated 4/5 stars as the slides and entertainment were very good and there was lots of activities to do. The pool was closed a lot tho with no reason. The rooms were also good quality and clean

Also the food in the main restaurant could probably do with more versatility in food choices as it became a little monotonous after the 2 weeks we have been here

The shops in the hotel are really good and reasonably priced, the pool is amazing my 3 boys loved the outside slides pool and inside pool. Staff really friendly hotel is lovely and clean

The food is great, huge selection! There is a pool with warm water, Hammam and sauna. The European hotel, some Germans, a lot of seniors

WOW!! Where to start? Choose this hotel!! Everyone spoke English, and everyone was kind and friendly. If you're a Brit in Antalya, this is difficult to come by as guests are mainly German

Nothing was too much trouble, and even though the booking agent was obstinate and difficult the manager and hotel reception were amazing!! I cannot stress this enough

I find the German tourists warm and friendly too, but I know some British people don't feel the same, and the standard of English is great

Our time in Turkey is coming to an end, but I have to say our stay at Turquoise hotel has been fantastic! For the price of our family of four this hotel ticks all the boxes, food has been great, and the location has been perfect for us to make the most of this amazing town

Even the hosts repeat each phrase 4 times in all languages) The sea is clean, the sand on the beach, 2-3 minutes to go. There are no problems with sun loungers, there are always free ones

The crew was genuinely really nice, and the entertainment crew as well! Not to much, just good enough to try to persuade you, but not annoying. The food was OK, not great, but just fine

Had to get own cutlery for each meal , only half way through stay ( in peak season ) did cutlery then appear on table. The deserts weren’t kept cool enough

Staff - friendly , were always helpful Food and restaurant service - compared to other 4 star hotels this is where the hotel could really improve

No table service for drinks , which we have prev had in 4 star hotels. Ice cream only available between 2-3 not available as a desert in night

It is a very great experience very good people. I had a lot of fun with my family it also has shows that kept us entertained throughout this experience.

My wife is pregnant, it is harmful for her to be in such a noisy place and swim in unheated pools, and we asked to check out of the hotel early, a few days earlier. To move to a quieter hotel with heated pools

The next day, the receptionist also said that they could not move us - everything was occupied. In addition, not a single pool is heated, although the forecast promised 19 degrees in the coming days

It was amazing family holidays. Everyone from our company get so much attention from the hotel staff. Especially thanks to Kubilay for amazing activities

The Maldives are best area for adults. But the hotel has the best kids club for kids. All Foods are nice, rooms are so clean. Personel is very friendly and nice especially guest relation Ayse

Just returned from STE and we had a fantastic holiday , could not fault anything amazing hotel, the bars , al a carte restaurants the pool bar everything you could possibly want , drinks are so nice from I e coffees to wine prosecco cocktails will be booking again thankyou so much

Very nice rooms, very clean with wonderful maid service. Main dining and ala carte options with wine and drinks included

Staff members were always friendly and attentive ensuring plates were cleared and drinks were topped up (even without asking sometimes!) Our rooms were cleaned daily and our fridge was always topped up

There were plenty of ice creams and soft drinks available in the fridges which kept our 5yo happy although we was gutted the soft lemon drink wasn’t available

The entertainment during the evening was indoors (not a problem for us) and the outside a la carte (fondue) was closed - gutted, but this was due to the weather. The food court was open with delicious pizza, waffles etc

The outdoor kids club has a fantastic new setting and the trampolines have been moved. Unfortunately the playground has gone, I’m not sure if this will be replaced. Food for us, as always at this hotel was a highlight

This is a great place the only thing I they need to improve is staffing levels in the restaurants as the wait times for drinks for a 5* hotel is far to long. As a family we will return in the future.

We have just come home early this morning from our 8th visit to the paloma ociana in turkey and I must say it was one of the best yet , this hotel has it all great food , beautiful surroundings lovely beach amazing swimming pools and most importantly the best staff you could ask for if there is anything you need they will always go out of their way to make sure your holiday is as best as possible some...

I would like to mention the management who again are so helpful and always make an effort to greet you and have a chat to make sure everything is ok these are muammer ceylan he always made sure we had our regular drinks 🍷,, then it’s muhitin restaurant assistant manager always time to greet us ,Erhan mr arifs hotel managers assistant this gentleman always made an effort to talk to us ,and last but...

Ilhan, Baris, Mustafa, Ramazan, Orhan and Fatima were the best staff. All the staff were superb but these were superstars. The whole place is fantastic

The house wine was very good and all drinks were branded and lots of cocktail and moocktail options. I would book the la carte restaurants as soon as you arrive though as they get booked up quickly

The food choices were really good for an all inclusive and tasted great. There was even an option to go to three different la carte restaurants on site again included in the price

We went all inclusive and the food was great, yes its very similar most days but the choice was enormous so you could choose something new, or an old favourite every day. By far our favourite feature of the hotel pools

Fantastic hotel! Very family friendly. Everything you need is on sight and not overwhelmed with activities. Lots of food choices and different a la carte menus to choose from! Would definitely recommend for families!

The all-inclusive food was excellent, offering a wide variety at every meal, and the à la carte restaurants were a great bonus

Every meal brought something new, a wide variety of delicious options, beautifully presented, and always fresh. We were genuinely impressed by the quality and creativity of the cuisine

One of the things we appreciated most was the availability of sunbeds, no need to rush early in the morning to grab one! The pool area is spacious, clean, and perfect for a refreshing swim or lounging in the sun

Our room was very comfortable and spacious, with a great design. The mini bar was topped up daily, which was a lovely touch and made us feel well taken care of. The food exceeded all our expectations

We stayed at Alba Resort Hotel in May 2025 as a family of five – two parents, a grandmother, and two children aged 6 and 9 – and we had an absolutely wonderful experience

In the restaurant's daily menu, we found a very large selection of cheeses, vegetables, fruits, pasta, grilled meats, and fish every day

Actually I want to write a lot because I went on holiday for the first time in Turkey and it was very nice. The hotel is great, I give it 10 out of 10

Food was good! Service was really good! Everything we liked only one thing it would be nice to have inside pool heated! We had rain several days so kids were swimming in inside pool would be nice if pool were s bit warmer!

We were soon settled into our spacious and spotless family room, which had comfortable beds, a large balcony overlooking the garden, and separate sleeping areas that gave everyone enough space to relax

The all-inclusive dining exceeded our expectations. Breakfast featured a wide variety of fresh items, and the evening meals were full of delicious options, including freshly prepared pasta and grilled meats

The Kid's club staff was nice and engaged with all the kids and they had great ideas to entertain them. We would like to thank Anna for the time she spent with our kid and with the passion she does her job everyday

First time to Turkey, excellent hotel. We asked to change room for a room that suited our family better, a bit closer to the main hotel building…

The is a family hotel but there is something for everyone. The food was delicious, and the restaurant was very elegant. There were activities for children every day, making it an ideal choice for families with kids

The reception were very helpful and moved us rooms with no hassle, moved all of our luggage for us and could not have been any better, this was very much appreciated and gave us a very good first impression of the hotel and their attitudes towards guests

Very professional and his cocktails are amazing!! He looked after our family really well for the week we were there and remembered our drinks order for my wife and I with our three children

If I was trying to find any negatives, I would say the beds and pillows were a bit too hard for our liking and the food selection wasnt really for us. We would have liked more meat, like chicken, beef, bacon, steak etc

Drinks and cocktails were also nice, although sometimes a bit crowded, but generally nice and acceptable. •Rooms & Hygiene - 5/5 ⭐️: The hotel was generally clean

Rooms far away from comfortable as well not new anymore. Some spot places interiors observes paints peels from walls and crack of tiles in bathroom:). Absolutely requires renovation very soon

•Meals & Restaurant: - 3/5 ⭐️: Although the taste of the meals was ok & acceptable (not admirable), it was very overcrowded in general and sometimes you may need to wait on queue for 20-30 minutes to take your meal, with no available table to sit and eat in peace

However we were not sit long in Hotel's room, so it's minor decrease of rank from overall. Besides of room, all around is deserves for five stars. Complex for kids, and for adults. All inclusive deserves for 5+ stars :)

The fridges outside offered barely any drinks other than whater. I ordered a mohito once and it was horrible, I did not drink it. The balkony was never cleaned from what we could see and the bathroom was substandard

The hotel is amazing ! Rooms are spacious and we have been upgraded as we asked for 2 rooms close to each other to be next to our kids. There is no queue for the restaurant and the food is great

Meals were a real treat! Our room was spacious, with comfortable beds and enough furniture to easily store all our belongings. The pool area was well customised, offering plenty of shaded areas

We are looking forward to taste the restaurant à la carte. Animation team is really energetic and it is fun

Boredom was simply not an option! A special shout-out to Yusuf and the entertainment team—such great energy and lovely people! A few suggestions: • Some guests were reserving beach sunbeds overnight by leaving towels on them, which made it harder to find good spots in the morning

This summer I was on holiday with my wife in this hotel. The main advantages: proximity to the sea and quite a varied cuisine. Even if your flight is late in the evening, you will be able to have dinner until 12 at night

Was a good holiday and my first time here. The food is good and i got a nice big room. The waiters are really nice and you can have good talk with them. It was really enjoyable.

We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel. The cleanliness and customer service is at the highest possible level. The staff is very caring and smiling - waiters, bartenders or room cleaners

The quality of the red meat (meatballs, entrecôte, tenderloin, etc. ) was on par with a good restaurant. Additionally, the starters, appetizers, and side dishes were all flavorful and thoughtfully prepared

Very nice, we had a beautiful room, service was very good, clean hotel, needs a bit of fixing here nd there, but all in all very nice

a few reservations, what could be improved; 📍when we arrived at 1 am, no one showed us to our room, although a bellboy came with suitcases, but much later and so we were tiredly wandering around the hotel (since it has several blocks) 📍at the "swimming" - "relaxation" pool, some visitors do not follow the instructions, splash balls in the water, throw themselves into the water and make it unpleasant...

The lifeguard warns them and cancels these water activities, but it happens every day and it is annoying for swimmers, because it is the only pool where they can swim happily without inflatables, screaming and splashing

Although there is no à la carte service at the snack bar, the offerings — such as hamburgers, chicken nuggets, döner, and gözleme — were all of very high quality. The staff here also did an excellent job

Location was good in relation to the beach. Only a five minute walk away and bar and food down there included with the all inclusive which was great. Loads of beds under canopies available no matter what time of day

Overall we had a really good time at this hotel for ten nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Cihan who looked after us well in the restaurant and lobby bar on many occasions

The only disadvantage was the distance to sea

Lots of water sports/activities to choose from and the sea was lovely. There was a bus into Side regularly and only 1 euro per person return. Entertainment was a little lacking

We played card games in the lobby bar instead or went for a walk around the shops and to a couple of local bars, not that there seemed to be many to choose from

We didn't really bother with it after the first evening but it depends what you're looking for I suppose

Now, some bathed at night in the pools!!!! In the restaurant we for the first time in 12 years saw poorly washed dishes. In addition to all the discomfort from eating has arisen in me and a friend

Nice hotel, not a new interior. Rooms need renovation, however, exterior design is fantastic. The workers and service is excellent. All crew are well train to respect you and your need. Ismet Deniz is the fabulous Chef

We had a great time at the hotel where we had a holiday for a week. The food, the sea, the pool, the staff were very good. The animation team was very entertaining and friendly

We have always been passing this hotel all the time and we were glad when we got here , cause we didn't know that was the hotel we have always admired

The cocktail lounge and balcony were superb, absolute luxury. Pool area was fine , little cramped but didn’t affect the quality of the place
