Hotels All-inclusive in Side

The Hotel area is very beginning and could be a little bit more clean. The beach is very good. The only problem is the cleaning stuff they are not really motivated to do their job.

It's a good hotel, but the air-conditioner doesn't always work and that is something important when it's hot.

Huge territory Beach access It's a nice place with all nessessary facilities and free WI-FI Delisious food

Very poor breakfast lunch and dinner no sosiges no fruit, no sweats at breakfast fresh for adional price 2 eur. Lokation is good. Very old beach set and wery wery bad Internet access old and broken tv set at room.

Beautiful hotel,very clean and staff are amazing. Love the QR system around the pool and beach to order your drinks and food. The cocktails are lovely and all served in beautiful glasses

We are in Turkey for the second time, the first time in Side. We stayed at Sueno from June 21-28. The weather was perfect, an average of 35 degrees, we also had a breeze that was also felt on the hotel balcony

Jazira and Buse are loved Amazing place, loved every moment. Only negative was a lady who I presumed was the manager of the spa, seemed rather arrogant and her attitude put us off booking in the spa

the entry into the water is very smooth, up to 1 m deep and at a distance of 15 m from the beach, perfect for children PERFECT. the water was very hot, I didn't get such hot water even in Greece in August

No horrible plastic cups anywhere! We went to a couple of shows and the entertainment was spot on

There are 6 a la carte restaurants in the hotel and all of them are included for a service fee if 6€ each. I’d recommend trying the Asian, Italian and Mexican. The Turkish one is similar to the buffet

Even though we had a rocky start staff were very helpful. Hotel is spotless the staff work hard to keep all area spotless. The entertainment team work really hard and our outstanding even the lifeguards are fun

We appeared to be the only family from Northern Ireland but didn't stop us having fun so don't let that stop you coming. We were made to feel very welcome a lot of Russians and Germans guests but all very pleasant

And in the rooms you will not wait for cleaning :( Beach towels during the day cannot be changed, they were given in the morning, only returned in the evening. They won't give you fresh ones

There is no restaurant with a menu, only catering. Really enrages that you can smoke everywhere, there are no special designated places. Cigarette butts and ashtrays all around

Been there 3 times. 2010, 2011, 2012. The first time did fly away at all, the second time somehow did not come in, the third is normal. Good location, decent food (ok and 24/7 😀). Crowdness, old rooms ...

Overall great family holiday

On arrival at the hotel we used to get a welcome drink, this year nothing. At the reception we received a very cursory explanation and our room number. We received the explanation about our all-in formula on an A4 sheet

Minibar is replenished every day, but we never got no fresh cups during the whole trip. The soaps in the bathroom were not replenished either. The hotel certainly wasn't bad but the food was awful

The staff is generally friendly but sometimes it takes a long time before the table is cleared or to get cutlery. Every morning freshly squeezed orange juice and very nice coffee

Our suitcases were neatly delivered to the room where we received the necessary explanation about the air conditioning, minibar and safe

No snacks to be found after 9 pm. Fortunately, there are also positives. Beautiful domain and well maintained

excellent hotel! Attentive staff (special thanks to the Russian-speaking man at the reception, when my child had problems, he offered his help as an interpreter, even offered to personally take us to the hospital at any time and gave his phone number

Nice hotel, but rather not worth the price. Food in the main restaurant was Okey. Speciality restaurants however were great. Activities in the hotel are limited and not much advertised

We are here for the second time this year and we love every minute of our break in this hotel! The animation team is so nice and helpful and we are all having a lot of fun with them! Games all day if you like, great shows, mini Disco and Entertainment in the evening! The DJ is very good! We haven‘t had one boring minute! Everywhere is clean! We will be back next year:)

This place is out of this world. Fantastic location right on the beach, expansive grounds with well thought-out layout. Buildings are a maximum of two stories high. Great restaurants, lovely bars, shows and live music

We have just spent 10 amazing days here. We came here 2 years ago and as soon as we left, we knew we were going to book again as it was the perfect holiday. The staff are amazing and are always dedicated to help

The restaurants were all lovely and the food delicious (yes at times repetitive but what all inclusive isn’t) The pool and beach areas were immaculate and we really loved the swim up bar

The Paloma Orenda was pure sunshine! The staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile. The food was fantastic, with buffets and al la carte restaurants catering to every craving

Italian restaurant with a rowing soup is something. Rabinow love the water slides every day shows, animations, foam party and Hammam with massage is wow, but nothing did

Guys this is the bomb, clean, beautiful, the staff flies around like crazy, don't have time to drink beer is already full of Bakal is, the very best recreational areas would highly recommend terrace on the right from the reception, complete relaxation, Ali the bartender at the main bar makes the best cocktails

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The cuisine is very rich and varied. Everything in the hotel is very conveniently located. The hotel has many places for a pleasant stay at any time

in a bar you get your drink in the morning and in the afternoon and the same bar they say we do not serve this drink in this bar. Management must have better control over staff behavior toward guests

All covid restrictions are in place so we felt safe but also welcome. Food was plentiful and hot which so many hotels fail on this point. Will definitely visit again soon. You can even hire a Ginger by the hour

Lovely weekend away and this all inclusive hotel. Alpha rooms had not made our booking as it turned out when we arrived but the staff here are so helpful we got a beautiful room and a free upgrade with a terrace

The food is what we had expected from this establishment,excellent. The service in these numerous restaurant areas was 1st Class. Ordered drinks brought to your table was quick, the staff very are polite and cheerful

We spent a week at the hotel from September 20-27 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms, the hotel's interior spaces, and the restaurants were very clean

Mr Wing & Mr Jaques (rooms 1205/1206) August 1st 2023. This hotel is beautiful,the buildings and grounds are spotless. Everything is tidy,swimming pools ( several ) are well supplied with sun loungers

Really enjoyed it nice place excellent staff food was good, they work very hard and give there visitor's a really good time and make us all welcome, the hotel is one I would highly recommend.

However, there were a couple of drawbacks: there was most often no staff at the N-joy Bar between 8-10 AM, and we frequently received instant coffee instead of freshly ground coffee

Great hotel, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The highlight was the spa. The service and turkish bath was absolutely amazing, would highely recommend to anyone visiting.

Old building but well maintained/renovated. Free soft drinks at mini bar in the room. We are bit bored at buffet restaurant. Taste is very good and lot of fresh fruits and sallad

WiFi works very well, everywhere even at the beach. Very nice garden with full of flowers and pine trees. Beach is half sand and half small stones. Not so deep and there are many rocks in the sea

Very responsive and dealt with some minor queries we had. Teenage club can be low on intakes but the TUI support team would participate to allow the kids to play. Lots of aqua exercises for those interested.

Guests are mainly Russians and German. There is small Migros about 10min walk from hotel. To Side old town is 10min by buss/1Euro. Bus runs very often and bus stop is just outside of the hotel

All employees are nice and very helpful. Very nice garden ,big beach ,beautiful swimming pool and a wonderful pier where we can relax laying in to the sun. Thank you Turquoise Resort, we will be back next year! ❤️

We had check in at night at 00. The rude and offended receptionist wanted give us the other room in the villa house with a pool, despite the fact that I explained to him that I didn't want a room by the pool

FOOD - sometimes not enough plates and prihodilos to wait 5 minutes while they bring in, the distribution of meat dishes accumulate long lines and Russian tourists, which by the way the hotel about 80%, expressed their "outrage" to put it mildly, a variety of dishes almost nebylo, poor quality products (semi-finished burgers - I saw myself as packages pour) in General hungry, then no one is left, but...

Nice hotel for family and kids. Animation program is well done. Daytime activities and in the evening also shows for young and adults. Food was allot of option espacially during diner

Staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant. The hotel is located right by the seaside however it far away from shops, malls restaurants etc. Once your at the hotel you need a taxi to get anywhere

We stayed there at the end of April-Easter break. One outdoor swimming pool was heated, aquapark was open. Food was nice, maybe little bit monotonic. Hotel was clean, room cleaned daily, every day fresh towels

There was a huge variety of different food every day and it was all delicious. I was especially pleased that there was so much fresh fruit and salad. We found everywhere to be clean

I saddly am not one that can afford to tip all of the time. The hotel has accessible rooms, ramps and lifts to all areas. I traveled with someone with limited mobility and had no issues

Worth visiting. The hotel has everything inside to keep people enjoying. We went to Antalya last week and despite it was cold we could enjoy just by being in this place.

Huge hotel with several different bars, pools and restaurants. Food is good quality and plenty of choice. Is quite hilly, lots of lifts but we didn't mind the steps

The stairs in to the pools have standard ladders but also have more accessable steps. Most areas have multiple ways to get to the same place, you just have to work out the easiest way for you

We were in 2 bedroom family sea view room, plenty of space and lovely view. Maid service great and mini bar stocked every day. Bathrobes and slippers nice touch

The evening programme this time of the year is nothing wow. The food variety at the restaurant is huge. The meals are of a good quality and tasty

Paloma Oceana was one of the best hotels we’ve booked and enjoyed in Turkey Side. The hotel, service and location was top. The food is the best food we have ever had in 7 years of turkey 🇹🇷 holidays

I rest in Paloma with children, super hotel, great service, it’s especially cool for children - the mini club is very cool, they entertain children every day in different ways, yoga, football, minigolf, fakes, handbags, masks, in the evenings a disco club - especially cool, even adults

We have really enjoyed our stay in Paloma Oceana. The beach is very nice, comparing the others. You will see it during the walking around. Rooms are clean, and the cleaning service is adequate

Adem at the beach bar was absolutely amazing! Greeted us daily, got out table ready, friendly and constantly topping up our drinks, became a friend by the after a week, didn't even need to ask for anything

The food is tasty, from my point of view, more international. Staff is polite, and service in the restaurant is quite fast taken into account the occupancy of the hotel

The resort is certainly 5 star with a very relaxed ambience, large pool, sea front and a perfect sandy beach with evening entertainment on a nightly basis. NO hesitation in recommending the Hotel

The regular buses just outside of the hotel (as well as taxis) also meant it was incredibly convenient to get around and visit the main nearby places (Side old town, Manavgat Bazaar etc)

The beach is great, I also have not yet seen a better pool in a hotel. Friendly staff, good quality food, comfortable rooms , all in all the perfect holiday atmosphere

The hotel is superb, we got more than we expected. The beach is really nice but the entrance in the sea is a bit deep so for non swimmers is a bit of a problem but there is the pool for that

The drinks and cocktails were very good, there were 5 bars total in the hotel and none of them disappointed. There was a Starbucks and the workers there weren’t exactly nice but they served you well

The rooms were really nice and spacious the beds were really comfy and extremely clean. The housekeepers would come everyday and clean and make ur bed and stock up ur fridge with drinks

The pool was amazing warm and fairly shallow to be honest but overall nice, there wasn’t much slides but they were nice and fast, the lifeguards always made sure u were safe and weren’t in anyone’s way, the rules at the slides really made you feel safe

There was different events every night at the back of the hotel overlooking the beautiful lake where pirate ships would pass often, although the smell of the lake near was really bad it smelt like chickens which wasn’t very pleasant

The hotel itself makes a big and good first impression with it looking really modern instead of mimicking some old Türkiye architecture. It looks even better at night with all those neons

Restaurant staff was super friendly and always trying to accommodate us, especially Mehmet, and that before tipping. Bar staff - if I could I would bring them all back to UK with me

First what I like: variety of food excellent; personal any questions; kids club super, girls Berin and Amal amazing 💜; infrastructure super for me not a problem go to the beach through a beautiful garden

MINUSES: Please close at all you're a la carte restaurant!!I visited 2 of them and it most disgusting food I ever ate

This year we came back, for the 2nd time, at your hotel. The room was big and clean, the food is AMAZING, the pools are both very nice and the sea is warm and lovely

Not much show in the evenings but I think it because I was at the end of season. Hope the stuff will read this and make improvements in the hotel

Was a good holiday and my first time here. The food is good and i got a nice big room. The waiters are really nice and you can have good talk with them. It was really enjoyable.

We had some amazing days. All services were very good, nice stuff, very good food and the resort is very clean. We'll come back for sure!

One thing that we saw from the beginning was that they changed some alcohol with local/ other brands, which tasted very watery. so one of the main things we loved (good cocktails were already out)

So, from my point of view it’s better to eat downstairs. - GYM is need renovation as well, no internet inside; - breakfast is the same every day, but quality of food is fine

3 people, 2 rooms I was at this hotel for our honeymoon last year, and we decided to come back again this year

You can still find some good alcohol only in the lobby bar, but unfortunately, not at the beach bar where we are all day. The second would be housekeeping, which always makes the room very late (3-4 PM)

The resort offers an incredible variety, with three stunning pools, seven diverse restaurants, and a fantastic water park that kept us entertained throughout our stay

But there was 1 bartender in particular that was amazing, Murat from the adult pool/ relax bar. He is a lovely guy who will make a small chat, bring you your (great tasting)drinks and deserves a raise😉 thanks Murat!

Location great Staff great Hotel great The Guest relations manager specifically came and found me to sort my issue out so I'm very happy. I'd recommend this Hotel to families as the kids love the slides etc

The cocktail lounge and balcony were superb, absolute luxury. Pool area was fine , little cramped but didn’t affect the quality of the place
