The Hotel area is very beginning and could be a little bit more clean. The beach is very good. The only problem is the cleaning stuff they are not really motivated to do their job.

It's a good hotel, but the air-conditioner doesn't always work and that is something important when it's hot.

Huge territory Beach access It's a nice place with all nessessary facilities and free WI-FI Delisious food

Very poor breakfast lunch and dinner no sosiges no fruit, no sweats at breakfast fresh for adional price 2 eur. Lokation is good. Very old beach set and wery wery bad Internet access old and broken tv set at room.

All perfectly! Wi-Fi works. Only the view from the balcony is not very good. There is enough food. It's a pity they don't give ice cream.

Perfect beach and sea, location - that can't be taken away. The entrance to the water is shallow, shallow, ideal with children who do not swim well

We appeared to be the only family from Northern Ireland but didn't stop us having fun so don't let that stop you coming. We were made to feel very welcome a lot of Russians and Germans guests but all very pleasant

Even though we had a rocky start staff were very helpful. Hotel is spotless the staff work hard to keep all area spotless. The entertainment team work really hard and our outstanding even the lifeguards are fun

Been there 3 times. 2010, 2011, 2012. The first time did fly away at all, the second time somehow did not come in, the third is normal. Good location, decent food (ok and 24/7 😀). Crowdness, old rooms ...

Proud transport runs constantly and is very economical. Taxis are definitely expensive. I am sure that I will go there again. And I recommend it to all tourists

The hotel is vast and beautiful, the staff excellent and the choice of drinks and meals fantastic. We are already planning for a return next year around the same dates and will stay even longer

We had a late check out because our flight was in the late evening and the reception manager found a shower room for us to stay in during daytime nap for the baby

We were given an upgraded room with large balcony, wine and fruit in the room, and champagne in the a la carte on our anniversary night

In general, if you would like to find fault, then there is nothing to complain about

There are few vacationers from Turkey (which can please many Russians)))), but we also didn’t come across many Russians. But this did not affect the rest in any way, as it was more than cool

The whole staff is very polite, they always greet you with a smile The food is really delicious, thank you to everyone at the hotel who made my vacation unforgettable

Very responsive and dealt with some minor queries we had. Teenage club can be low on intakes but the TUI support team would participate to allow the kids to play. Lots of aqua exercises for those interested.

Even the hosts repeat each phrase 4 times in all languages) The sea is clean, the sand on the beach, 2-3 minutes to go. There are no problems with sun loungers, there are always free ones

The food is what we had expected from this establishment,excellent. The service in these numerous restaurant areas was 1st Class. Ordered drinks brought to your table was quick, the staff very are polite and cheerful

Several bars with the quality manufacturers drinks. Beach bar, restaurant and private section of beach are very close to the hotel. They have themed beach parties at night,truly brilliant

The food is good, plenty of choice and all cooked well, the exception being breakfast, which was hit and miss, if you like eggs done a dozen different ways, or the German meats and cheeses then you will be fine, i would love to see the amazing eggy bread and poached eggs available every day and am a little unsure why they would serve things like cauliflower and brussel sprouts at breakfast time though...

Rooms are cool. Really great food. Personally loved staying here. Pool 5 of 5. Beaches 5! Definitely can recommend this hotel. P.S - Been there in September 2022

Been here for a day now and wow its beautiful from the moment we checked late lastnight we was welcomed the room they gave us to sorting out a few little issues was fantastic everyone are so friendly and helpful especially hotel relations the lady gizem I think her name is was so helpful with information and making reservations for my family activities within the resort

The sea is two minutes away from the hotel. To be honest, despite all the cons, I would like to come back here again. I went with a friend and we two were bored. So if you go company, you will not regret!

We have been a group of 9 people enjoying our holiday at Arcanus Hotels Sorgun. The rooms were cleaned and spacious. The Hamam turkish bath was amazing plus we got 7 days therapeutic massage

Nice room. Cleaning not too thorough. Big area for pool or seaside relaxation. I Love the all-inclusive concept. Too small fitness room. Very serviceminded people in the massage area. I'll give it 4/5 all-round.

The food was nice especially the sea food but the meat wasn’t really impressing and didn’t have a good taste, the cakes were the same everyday but there was a variety of them

The rooms were really nice and spacious the beds were really comfy and extremely clean. The housekeepers would come everyday and clean and make ur bed and stock up ur fridge with drinks

Great hotel. Newly built, nice design of the rooms is interesting and a glowing facade. The alcohol free, only until 12 at night. The sea within walking distance, less than five minutes.

The hotel was absolutely amazing the staff was very welcoming and friendly, if you had a problem they will 100% solve it

The pool was amazing warm and fairly shallow to be honest but overall nice, there wasn’t much slides but they were nice and fast, the lifeguards always made sure u were safe and weren’t in anyone’s way, the rules at the slides really made you feel safe

The cleanliness in this whole hotel was crazy in the plates u couldn’t find one crumb or stain in them at all, and the overall place was clean, I was amazed

FOOD - sometimes not enough plates and prihodilos to wait 5 minutes while they bring in, the distribution of meat dishes accumulate long lines and Russian tourists, which by the way the hotel about 80%, expressed their "outrage" to put it mildly, a variety of dishes almost nebylo, poor quality products (semi-finished burgers - I saw myself as packages pour) in General hungry, then no one is left, but...

Nice hotel for family and kids. Animation program is well done. Daytime activities and in the evening also shows for young and adults. Food was allot of option espacially during diner

Staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant. The hotel is located right by the seaside however it far away from shops, malls restaurants etc. Once your at the hotel you need a taxi to get anywhere

We stayed there at the end of April-Easter break. One outdoor swimming pool was heated, aquapark was open. Food was nice, maybe little bit monotonic. Hotel was clean, room cleaned daily, every day fresh towels

There was a huge variety of different food every day and it was all delicious. I was especially pleased that there was so much fresh fruit and salad. We found everywhere to be clean

Food was absolutely top notch, huge varieties and all different everyday/night. The beach restaurant did not disappoint. Plenty of pools but a little bit cold at the moment(march) but a heated indoor pool is available

We had a bungalow overlooking the main pool and the room was amazing, cleaned daily and the mini was bar filled Daily. Staff throughout the hotel were brilliant, so friendly and went out their way to help and assist

Can you please advise if food is available all the times, as we have a late flight and the restaurant will be closed by the time we get to the hotel, cautious it is a long flght and the kids will be hungry, as we paid for the night will food be provided?P

This year we came back, for the 2nd time, at your hotel. The room was big and clean, the food is AMAZING, the pools are both very nice and the sea is warm and lovely

The food in the bars and restaurants was extremely good and what I would say is the best about it is that there's a huge variety of different dishes, so everyone can find something suitable for themselves

There's a lot of animations, I especially liked the ones in the evening. It's also a pretty cool place for people who like to party, cause they even have a night disco near the beach almost everyday

When it comes to the swimming pools, there are 2 of them - one bigger and the other one smaller. The bigger one has waterslides which are super fun and there's always some nice music playing around

Doesn't matter how busy it was, they were always polite and went out of their way to ensure you are enjoying yourself. All together we had a great stay and we would consider going back to Alba

The surrounding hotels are very noiy with the music, so by 24:00 is achallenge to fall asleep. Otherwise it was all worthy and we definitely visiting again!

We had some amazing days. All services were very good, nice stuff, very good food and the resort is very clean. We'll come back for sure!

Of the minuses: you may not be lucky with the number, but if you are not satisfied, they will immediately change it

One thing that we saw from the beginning was that they changed some alcohol with local/ other brands, which tasted very watery. so one of the main things we loved (good cocktails were already out)

Cons: - not a 5-star hotel to Western European standards; -The rooms are spacious but old, there was a brick under the toilet seat and mould in the shower head; the bed was clean but the mattress was very uncomfortable and too hard

- not enough seats at the beach and the beach is not friendly for young children as it is quite deep already in the shallow part, and rocky. - very loud music after 00:00 mostly coming from Neighbour hotels

Never had such problem in my life ever. They also stayed packed in the sea side so it was difficult to pass to enter in the sea. Other than that it was fine, my kids enjoyed a lot

The sea is warm, there are always waves but you can swim. There is a bar and snack restaurant at the beach

Special thanks to the hotel's nurse who, despite not knowing English at a conversational level, continued to help us with everything she could, used a translation service to understand us and invited a doctor to the hotel to check our child

The beach bar also was like an old abandoned grey building, not a nice olace to stay. Next problem was the quallity of the people. Vast majority of the clients were Rusian people and their attitude often was not correct

The fridges outside offered barely any drinks other than whater. I ordered a mohito once and it was horrible, I did not drink it. The balkony was never cleaned from what we could see and the bathroom was substandard

We had an incident once, they had blocked the passage between the sunbeds rows and I had to move their empty sunbed, they moved it back right after so my family behind me could not pass and the lady screamed at us

Next - we had a room with pool view and everything was perfect! I liked live music and the artists every evening. All the programs they have on 29 October was amazing!

Would definitely recommend visiting here once in your life! Such an amazing hotel! My daughter enjoyed the kids club activities and the mini disco that took place every evening. We have also enjoyed the Mexican night and the other live shows and also the piano shows that took place in the lobby

The service and friendliness of staff is good. The food is varied enough to suit the whole family. The drinks we had (non alcoholic) were lovely. A good range of non alcoholic cocktails were available to choose from

I’m staying at this hotel now and I’m really enjoying it. Beautiful hotel, and staff are nice. I especially like that there are bath robes in the room. There are also cloth napkins on the tables for dinner

Everyone of us had so much fun and lots of things to do and experience during our stay at Castival. It was not very crowded, we would always find sunbeds by the pool and by the beach early in the morning

The ultra all-inclusive means you not only have access to a buffet multiple times a day but also to restaurants on the territory of the hotel. And have to say, these are great

Our favorite was the Italian place, but there is also burgers and local cuisine. The rooms are recently renovated in most buildings. I found them spacious and comfortable

We had a swim up room that was near the quiet pool and it was heaven would highly recommend. There is plenty of entertainment around the site, there is no need to leave

There is one girl in lobby bar and her name is tugba. Animation team always positive and friendly. Restaurant service is great and food are so great. Entertainment manager Erdrich is so helpful

There were discounts in January. But because of the small area we did not go. And besides, you have to go to the beach. This is also not very convenient. Considering that the animation is on the beach

The hotel in itself is beautiful. The lobby has so many seating options and the chandelier, the lift placements and the fact everything is gold make this hotel look so nice and very photogenic

On the last day, my sister and I went around this hotel and found 3 different restaurants that were not being used, another cafe, a club, a game room and bar also not in use. That was another downside to this hotel

The animation team were absolutely fantastic. We joined in with the activities everyday and they were all so friendly. It really made our holiday special. Special mention to Can and Rumeysa for being so lovely

The restaurants were all lovely and the food delicious (yes at times repetitive but what all inclusive isn’t) The pool and beach areas were immaculate and we really loved the swim up bar

The Paloma Orenda was pure sunshine! The staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile. The food was fantastic, with buffets and al la carte restaurants catering to every craving

We loved lounging by the pool and splashing around in the water park. The entertainment team was a blast, with shows and activities keeping us smiling all week

The rooms were good but no privacy for the bathroom as such. However, this didn’t affect our holiday

However sometimes it was difficult to communicate as most staff couldn’t talk English properly, but they were very helpful! The front desk service is very slow at times, but the staff are very polite and helpful

The Place Was Amazing! We First came in and checked in the staff was so friendly! But the only thing is the first day the Wi-Fi was down and broke but the next day it was back

There is a games room and at 9:30PM everyday there is activities and there were black men like 6 doing backflips, front flips and juggling balls it was amazing because it was 3 euro for candy floss or popcorn

The decor and interior of the hotel was absolutely stunning and Exquisite. The exterior of the hotel was beautiful and majestic

And if you buy all exclusive you get every free food and free drinks! There is a morning gym

There is a good range of food and drink however are not consistent or measured so some bar tenders tastes better than others! Lovely clean pool but rather cold but understandable as only now just coming into the season

Beautiful Hotel with attentive and lovely staff. The food is really good and diverse. It's close to the beach and everything at the hotel and the surroundings is very clean and tidy. Had a great and very relaxing time

Very friendly and helpful staff, special mention should be made to the waiter Taner, who took care of everything before we even had time to say it, and the mixologist Cemal, his cocktails are marvels

Great hotel..there are so many joyful memories left there.

There's a main pool area, kids pool, and slide pool, and there didn't seem to be a struggle with getting loungers even though I'd watch guests getting up to put towels out by 6am! The beach is minutes away and has a lot of loungers and a beach side bar/cafe

However, the management left much to be desired. Unfortunately, my mom and me experienced food poisoning after dining at the hotel's restaurant

The employees here work very hard every day for you to have a great experience. Food is tasty, fresh, a lot of options to choose from. It is not a big resort but you can find things to do everyday

This hotel is so good, every other mean review that you may read is just bullshit. It's spotlessly clean, in great condition, very well maintained, modern

I sincerely appreciate their efforts, but the lack of support from the management was disappointing. In summary, while the hotel has great facilities, the management's attitude needs serious improvement
