I dont know where to start but let me tell you this was our best holiday ever

The pools are a little cold for kids, and our room felt a bit dated, but those were minor details compared to the overall experience. The atmosphere and quality of the food more than made up for it

September stay this is Beautiful hotel - we had a Jr suite with balcony and the view of the eco garden, the room was clean and spacious and would suit a family 2 adults 2 kids

Fantastic All-Inclusive Stay at AQI Pegasos Hotel! I had an amazing experience at AQI Pegasos Hotel , this place truly has everything under one roof! The all-inclusive package was excellent, with delicious food options, refreshing drinks and plenty of entertainment throughout the day

The highlight for me was the easy access to a stunning beach, soft sand, crystal water and plenty of loungers to relax and unwind

We arrived late afternoon on Monday the 13th of October, with family and friends. Something we adults and the kids are looking forward to. This is our first time in Turkey. Over all the hotel Resort is very nice

We have a very good trip in Sueno Beach Side, very nice and clean rooms. So sweet and helpful personel! We have been here 3 times.

And in the rooms you will not wait for cleaning :( Beach towels during the day cannot be changed, they were given in the morning, only returned in the evening. They won't give you fresh ones

The beach bar must be open until 19. There is no water in the lobby. Any request is received with hostility: there is a full hotel here: come tomorrow🤪 The food is monotonous

Perfect beach and sea, location - that can't be taken away. The entrance to the water is shallow, shallow, ideal with children who do not swim well

We booked this as a 5 star through Tui. Having been to Concord in Lara Beach a few weeks prior, I was confident the hotel rating would be accurate

Fantastic hotel perfect for families, food was brilliant all week, on arrival I asked about price of room upgrade and the brilliant reception staff and manager offered this free of charge! Ignore the negatives, yes there aren’t many English families here but everyone is friendly, great location also will book again!

of course not the Room itself-it is normal. and infrastructure-amusement Park and water Park for a week. just have not been able to master. still liked the food and the kids ' table normal

Having been to Turkey several times in hotels like Aska Lara, Sherwood Dreams, Baia Lara and Limak Atlantis meant we were typically used to a high standard, however had not been to the Side area before this

You do need to get up early to put towels down to secure a sun bed - the best spots are gone by 6:30 but still plenty to get if you are down by 8am

Before we arrived, not going to lie we were very concerned after seeing many negative reviews regarding this hotel but we can honestly say we had an excellent time and can't understand what everybody is complaining about! We would say the hotel was predominantly 80% German guests but this did not affect our stay at all

- The food is what you make it, I'd say we're a "bland food" family when it comes to food so we did struggle making food choices. (Again, we've never been to Turkey so didn't know what to expect)

Very good animation team. That did a lot for all the guests, and made it a very fun entertaining trip. They were like a best friend for us

Housekeeping was excellent – towels were changed daily and the bed sheets were arranged in creative shapes

After few days we had dirty and wet towels which we requested to change but they just folded them and put back on the shelf. Swimming pools were good a kids have enjoyed them very much

We arrived at the hotel on the morning of August 26th. At reception, the staff explained that check-in starts at 14:00, but kindly offered us breakfast and said they would try to find a room earlier

The blonde receptionist was very kind, spoke English fluently, and gave us our room at 11:00. The room was very comfortable, with one king-size bed and a single bed for our 8-year-old daughter

I can’t remember her name, but the lady with glasses was especially kind and helpful. she did everything she could to help us find our lost luggage, and thanks to her efforts it was recovered

Many Turks , Palestinians and other representatives of Central Asia , but it does not prevent the rest , behave in a civilized way the elevators go okay the food is wonderful attitude to Russian as relatives I recommend

I would like to mention that everything was wonderful. since it’s November the hotel is a bit quiet, but it doesn’t feel lacking at all. We really liked the variety of food and the aqua park

The location couldn’t be more convenient — just a short walk to the beach and the local shopping area 🏖️🛍️, which makes exploring the surroundings so easy

Make sure you see the shows in the evening, they were stunning! We were blown away by the Glitter and Glamour show, which was amazing dancing Broadway style, really fabulous and the Ulaan Baatar Show with stunts that far surpassed what we ever saw in Cirque du Soleil, really sensational

The place is really great, we had a great time!!! Onur is a very nice manager, Burak's clothing store has good quality clothes and they are very nice! The price-performance ratio here is the best! Berfin is a very nice waitress!

Second year guest in this hotel and we like it very very much the food is excellent the pool is great the beach very close staff is friendly and helpfull!!!! only the guests who sneak to the poolarea in the morning to reserve seats is growing out of control

Excellent hotel, Located is about 1h from Antalya airport. Great service, Beautiful beach with plenty of sun loungers that belong to the hotel. Fresh and tasty food with a lot of choice and variety

Rooms are cleaned daily and kept in a great condition. Overall it is an excellent hotel in a beautiful place. We could not recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely come back here!

Just returned from a 2-week stay at Sunis Kumkoy Beach Resort. The cleanliness and facilities at the hotel are absolutely superb

All 4 of you are a credit to Sunis Kumkoy Beach Hotel and thank you for giving us special memories that will last long after the suntan has faded

Good hotel, very friendly personnel, nice beach and pool. Unfortunately due to Corona a lot of hotel services and restaurants were closed, but I'm sure they are nice in the normal times.

As well as the main restaurant, there were numerous bars with eateries in and around the hotel plus three specialist restaurants, which you were allowed three tickets to, but you had to book beforehand

*Maybe better to get more big beds insted of to separate, you can put them together but the space im betwen stay pretty big* ( we booked the room with one big bed) - just a tip

There were numerous bars with a varied choice of drinks and special cocktails, which served till midnight although there was one bar which was open 24 hours

In any time of day there is something great to eat. Also compliments to hair salon in hotel. I did, hair cut, wash and dry with the botox of hair

( small girl there can be little bit more polite - but that's not so important) - one more tip :) Great place to spend time, beach right in front of hotel, tenis/basketball place, game room

😀 I'm still playing some of the songs! 🤣 There are alot of steps, however, you pass lovely well kept gardens and was grateful for some exercise 😀 The lady who cleaned our room,Teşekkürler it was so clean, and the gentleman who stocked us up with drinks, also a big Teşekkürler

Hotel is great, has so many facilities and has a great kids club with so many activities for the children to enjoy. Would definitely recommend visit again. Has the option for different a la carte restaurants

Evening entertainment has been great, the family fest was great for children and adults too! Slide pool great, not open all day but pool is still accessible and has the splash pad next to it

This was our first ever holiday to Turkey and it was amazing. So much so that we can't wait to go back again next year. The room we had was fabulous, so clean and maintained

All of course with their own bar areas too. There's so much in offer here that it would would need a long post to cover it. Needless to say we cannot wait to return

Thank you to Tuba who was great in the morning easing me back into starting the day with her 10. The gardens are exceptional and the jasmine was particularly fragrant on the walk to the restaurant for dinner

We have been coming to this hotel for about 6 years. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The food is varied and fresh, we do, however, miss the themed nights from a few years ago

I am writing this review from one of the superb cabana on the beach, with a spectacular vies of the very clean beach and amazing bi colour sea. The hotel is as good as when we started to come 6 years ago

Beautiful place the beach bar food is a straight 10/10. The main restaurant food is so good it is like being like a billionaire. There war loads of places to relax including the sun beds

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was an amazing experience! The hotel’s location is perfect – the beach is nearby, and there are buses close to the hotel that take you to different cities like Side and Manavgat in just 15–20 minutes

The hotel has an excellent location close to the beach with fantastic food throughout the day. The pier is especially fantastic with with beach bar and plenty of sun loungers to go around the quests

We would like to thank the reception staff and cleaners after our son became suddenly ill. The cleaners were prompt to clean the rooms and replace all towels and bedding

There’s always something delicious to eat – the buffet is varied and fresh, and even late at night you can enjoy à la carte dining at no extra cost. It’s truly all-inclusive, with food available almost around the clock

Our family of four had a fantastic holiday. The kids loved the slides, the playground and the evening mini disco. The buffet offered a huge variety, even for picky eaters. The staff was always smiling and helpful

Room fridge provided - although not great, our drinks were colder than the room was! Bus available to transport hotel guests to the beach and back

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially the animation team — it was always fun, and the evening shows were amazing!

We stayed at Asteria Collection Side in mid October. There are a lot of pros and cons with this hotel. Good Friendly staff, available 24 hours, and a good level of communication in English

Short walk to the beach, if you don’t fancy the pools available in the hotel

Although a fresh kick of paint had been applied, this does not cover up the mould in the shower, and terrible drainage system. There was a massive extractor fan outside of our room

We measured this at 72dB all day and night. This is similar to a loud car ride. A transfer service is available within the hotel, however is very expensive

Room is spacious and comfortable. Food and deinks are really ldelicious and big variety. Tehee is a big main pool which is very good. Hotel stagf is very kind and friendly. The beach of the hotel is clean and very nice

This was our second time in Turkey and we loved any minute of our vacation. The hotel is VERY clean, can’t say anything about the pools because we spent the entire time at the beach which is IMPECABLE

Everything here is great! The staff is helpful, the interiors of the Palace, room 1610 with gorgeous sea views, the food is excellent!

Beverages are local, the food was tasty and plenty, you have to be extremely picky if you can’t find something to your taste

The standard rooms were a bit small (we traveled with a toddler so we had a stroller and our luggage), but since we didn’t spend too much time indoors, it really didn’t matter

The reception were very helpful and moved us rooms with no hassle, moved all of our luggage for us and could not have been any better, this was very much appreciated and gave us a very good first impression of the hotel and their attitudes towards guests

Lovely place, Very good customer service, especially Hebat made our meals so much better and funnier, top class customer service, definitely recommend it, especially Hebat. Can recommend 100%

First time to Turkey, excellent hotel. We asked to change room for a room that suited our family better, a bit closer to the main hotel building…

If I was trying to find any negatives, I would say the beds and pillows were a bit too hard for our liking and the food selection wasnt really for us. We would have liked more meat, like chicken, beef, bacon, steak etc

Nurallah also looked after us really well on my birthday and was also very friendly and professional. Demitry in the entertainment department (apologies is spelling is incorrect) was also great throughout our holiday

But saying that, we are quite picky as a family with our food. Large selection of food, just a lack of the items mentioned above. Certainly nothing wrong with it, just maybe not our taste

Okay, but some improvements could be made Det er et okay sted prisen taget i betragtning. 1 uge i april 2 personer all incl 4500 dkk. Men var også en lidt mangler som vi ville have værdsat

Very close to 7 event Hall, bars and other entertainment venues. Bill Cosby Bar is worthy a visit (despite the unfortunate name). Next to shops with local shuttle services running frequently up the *****

Lots of sunbeams - just get out before 9am, and watch the sun to avoid getting caught in the shade! Be careful not toe get a standard economy room, this was awful but they upgraded us quickly for a small fee

i tried to not let it make me down to not spoil the trip to go to the beach it was like two minutes walking, and there were enough beach umbrellas for everyone they also had sauna included on the booking, swimming pools and a small gym

there were no veggie milk on the restaurants, only on the Petissarie, and no options of salty vegan creams to eat with bread, like hummus for example also the cleaning could be better, on the first day there was a bunch of dirty wet hairs hanging on the shower, maybe from the previous guests

the customer service was kind and offered to search on the trash containers of the hotel but i had no return about it anymore. but i know it was my fault that it disappeared, i should keep it inside the safe

but it wasn’t, and i had to remove the disgusting hairs myself also for two times someone unlocked and simply opened the door while i was on the bed, without knocking or ringing the door

it scared me, it was really weird i used to store a special necklace rolled in a paper with another cheap bijoux in a small pocket on the bathroom

once i was in hurry to go out and left the necklace rolled on the paper outside the pocket and when i was back it disappeared

The bars were almost always opened and there was even a 24 hour bar at the reception. When we arrived at the reception, drinks were brought to us and the check-in was very smooth and easy

We went on holiday here with our family. It's a very good hotel in a beautiful location. Everything is close by at the pool. The food is excellent, and there's a themed dinner every evening

Hotel Turquiose was a very good and nice hotel, super friendly personnel who'd do anything for guests. The rooms were nice and clean, a bit outdated maybe but still good

The beds were very good to sleep in and comfortable. The animation team was good and friendly and had nice games, but they are free on sundays so then there is no entertainment just background music

Hotel is located in the nice area, there are a lot of greenery and trees around. Villas are located next to privates pool, next to the bar. On the beach there are two molos, where you can lay on the sunbeds

The only thing i would recommend is an extra toilet somewhere around the bar at the sea. Sometimes you have to walk a little far. In the end a very good hotel to recommend, i think we would come back once more👌

High quality hotel ! All day activity, joga on the beach, voleyball

To the sea walk about 4 minutes through a wonderful park, you can reach the sea on an electric car (they drive from morning to evening and even take people to evening performances) There are plenty of sunbeds by the sea, there are fewer sunbeds by the pool, but there is always room

I'm enjoying my vacation on this hotel and spa is everything perfect including the girls who keeping the room clean there are the best team ever and the kitchen is so delicious and everybody is so friendly and I recommend it highly thank you for your service team J adore
