The Hotel area is very beginning and could be a little bit more clean. The beach is very good. The only problem is the cleaning stuff they are not really motivated to do their job.

Huge territory Beach access It's a nice place with all nessessary facilities and free WI-FI Delisious food

Very poor breakfast lunch and dinner no sosiges no fruit, no sweats at breakfast fresh for adional price 2 eur. Lokation is good. Very old beach set and wery wery bad Internet access old and broken tv set at room.

It's a good hotel, but the air-conditioner doesn't always work and that is something important when it's hot.

the entry into the water is very smooth, up to 1 m deep and at a distance of 15 m from the beach, perfect for children PERFECT. the water was very hot, I didn't get such hot water even in Greece in August

From Friends: Last June, my granddaughter and I stayed at your hotel. The service was top notch, the staff was very attentive and polite. Despite the coronavirus, everything was planned so that people kept their distance

We are in Turkey for the second time, the first time in Side. We stayed at Sueno from June 21-28. The weather was perfect, an average of 35 degrees, we also had a breeze that was also felt on the hotel balcony

The beach bar must be open until 19. There is no water in the lobby. Any request is received with hostility: there is a full hotel here: come tomorrow🤪 The food is monotonous

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The cuisine is very rich and varied. Everything in the hotel is very conveniently located. The hotel has many places for a pleasant stay at any time

We had an epic time — we loved the food, loads of choice — but especially the entertainment / animation team — Albert and Lisa were so good. Super welcoming, but they were all too good at table tennis

The hotel is vast and beautiful, the staff excellent and the choice of drinks and meals fantastic. We are already planning for a return next year around the same dates and will stay even longer

We were at Side Star Elegance end of December until 1st of January. It’s s great place for the kids and adults. Rooms were spacious and had 2 separate rooms in the ocean view family room

We had a late check out because our flight was in the late evening and the reception manager found a shower room for us to stay in during daytime nap for the baby

Even the hosts repeat each phrase 4 times in all languages) The sea is clean, the sand on the beach, 2-3 minutes to go. There are no problems with sun loungers, there are always free ones

I joined volleyball and football games and I loved it, the community was awesome! We were also surprised how high quality food is over here, yes some of the food that i put on the plate weren’t tasty for me but the meat,veggies and rice is suuper! Now here is the critical point, at least on our floor the cleaning service was awful

Several bars with the quality manufacturers drinks. Beach bar, restaurant and private section of beach are very close to the hotel. They have themed beach parties at night,truly brilliant

Been here for a day now and wow its beautiful from the moment we checked late lastnight we was welcomed the room they gave us to sorting out a few little issues was fantastic everyone are so friendly and helpful especially hotel relations the lady gizem I think her name is was so helpful with information and making reservations for my family activities within the resort

We passed 1 week in Arcanus Resort and had a great experience. Everything was very organized and clean. The room is big, beds are comfortable, the food is good and the staff is always ready to help you

We have been a group of 9 people enjoying our holiday at Arcanus Hotels Sorgun. The rooms were cleaned and spacious. The Hamam turkish bath was amazing plus we got 7 days therapeutic massage

Interior of hotel could be a little more polished, but really nitpicking, and I guess staff could have been a bit friendlier, but again, nitpicking, they were all very pleasant and helpful

The rooms were really nice and spacious the beds were really comfy and extremely clean. The housekeepers would come everyday and clean and make ur bed and stock up ur fridge with drinks

There was different events every night at the back of the hotel overlooking the beautiful lake where pirate ships would pass often, although the smell of the lake near was really bad it smelt like chickens which wasn’t very pleasant

The food was nice especially the sea food but the meat wasn’t really impressing and didn’t have a good taste, the cakes were the same everyday but there was a variety of them

The cleanliness in this whole hotel was crazy in the plates u couldn’t find one crumb or stain in them at all, and the overall place was clean, I was amazed

The housekeepers were very nice though they couldn’t really understand English but u could tell they were good people

The drinks and cocktails were very good, there were 5 bars total in the hotel and none of them disappointed. There was a Starbucks and the workers there weren’t exactly nice but they served you well

FOOD - sometimes not enough plates and prihodilos to wait 5 minutes while they bring in, the distribution of meat dishes accumulate long lines and Russian tourists, which by the way the hotel about 80%, expressed their "outrage" to put it mildly, a variety of dishes almost nebylo, poor quality products (semi-finished burgers - I saw myself as packages pour) in General hungry, then no one is left, but...

Nice hotel for family and kids. Animation program is well done. Daytime activities and in the evening also shows for young and adults. Food was allot of option espacially during diner

There was a huge variety of different food every day and it was all delicious. I was especially pleased that there was so much fresh fruit and salad. We found everywhere to be clean

We stayed there at the end of April-Easter break. One outdoor swimming pool was heated, aquapark was open. Food was nice, maybe little bit monotonic. Hotel was clean, room cleaned daily, every day fresh towels

Kids (7 and 9) had fun on all the slides. Hotel is on the beach which is great. The quality of the evening entertainment has been a pleasant surprise (Michael Jackson night, Mistery dance/acrobatics)

Adem at the beach bar was absolutely amazing! Greeted us daily, got out table ready, friendly and constantly topping up our drinks, became a friend by the after a week, didn't even need to ask for anything

Food was absolutely top notch, huge varieties and all different everyday/night. The beach restaurant did not disappoint. Plenty of pools but a little bit cold at the moment(march) but a heated indoor pool is available

Can you please advise if food is available all the times, as we have a late flight and the restaurant will be closed by the time we get to the hotel, cautious it is a long flght and the kids will be hungry, as we paid for the night will food be provided?P

We had a lovely vase of fresh flowers in our room on arrival and the cleaners made the most amazing swans etc with the towels The room service is an excellent addition. We look forward to seeing you next year

Upon arriving to leaving I was greeted by friendly staff and even when 8 knew communications was. A problem they tries their best. I travelled during off peak and enjoyed the comfort of not being over crowded

Animation team including Alpay, Fabrice, Aziz, Emre and Handan and Elif and rest from Miniclub are great! We suggest everyone to experience this hotel with their family. Lovely and friendly family hotel 👍🏼

You can try different cuisines, there's a lot of veggies, meat, fresh fruit, good turkish desserts etc. (I highly recommend pita with cheese

Totally my best holidays in Turkey! The hotel rooms and the whole building were clean

The food in the bars and restaurants was extremely good and what I would say is the best about it is that there's a huge variety of different dishes, so everyone can find something suitable for themselves

I was really surprised when I have connected to paid Internet and it seems that it's 25 EUR/2 weeks not for all room but for 1 device! For me, this is an unheard of solution in a 5-star hotel

However, in 25 years of my traveling, I have rarely encountered a 5-star hotel without internet in the rooms (however, this is my first time in Turkey, so maybe it's normal here?)

Even if it was paid, it was paid for the room, not for the device. That's why I am surprised by such practice here. However, I have to admit that the hotel has great service

Would highly recommend to families! We NEVER struggled for a sunbed which I always find annoying that people reserve at stupid o'clock in the morning, here, not once did I see reserved beds when going for breakfast and at no time could we not get a bed

This is by far the best all inclusive hotel I have stayed at. 00AM local time and was immediately offered food and refreshment whilst we waited for the porter to take us to our suite

We had some amazing days. All services were very good, nice stuff, very good food and the resort is very clean. We'll come back for sure!

Rooms, entertainment, children's recreation, beach, food - everything pleased (we had never found such a complete hit in our request before)

One thing that we saw from the beginning was that they changed some alcohol with local/ other brands, which tasted very watery. so one of the main things we loved (good cocktails were already out)

You can still find some good alcohol only in the lobby bar, but unfortunately, not at the beach bar where we are all day. The second would be housekeeping, which always makes the room very late (3-4 PM)

The beach bar also was like an old abandoned grey building, not a nice olace to stay. Next problem was the quallity of the people. Vast majority of the clients were Rusian people and their attitude often was not correct

The AC was so dirty I could see the dust with naked eye. It was like the filter was never cleaned. I asked them to clean it and they did. Next problem is the beach service

The sunbeds where packeted like sardines and the sun shades where almost transparent to the sun. Could not stay there in the hot for long, we stayed only once for 1h

The fridges outside offered barely any drinks other than whater. I ordered a mohito once and it was horrible, I did not drink it. The balkony was never cleaned from what we could see and the bathroom was substandard

My daugter and me got ear infection tje third day and the rest of the days passed in pain and discomfort. That was with no dubt due to the hygiene of the pools as we stayed in the pools those days

There were flies everywhere in the resturant, on the food, on the plates, everywhere. I think they are used with flies and are not doing anything to kill them. Next is the bar service outside

There was the usual sunbed shortage by late morning but there were six of us, two adults and four kids and provided we got to the pool around 8ish we had a good pick of sunbeds and always managed to get six beds for us

Location was good in relation to the beach. Only a five minute walk away and bar and food down there included with the all inclusive which was great. Loads of beds under canopies available no matter what time of day

You have to wait until 4:30-6:30pm to return them and then get your towel card back. So often we ended up keeping the same towels for 2-3 days at a time. This could do with being a little more flexible

The towel process was a bit annoying. You couldn't get fresh towels until it opened 8:30-10:30 and then outside of those times you weren't able to swap your towels

We had 4 days visit in April and that was such a wonderful experience that. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food omg was so delicious that you can't stop eating

Next - we had a room with pool view and everything was perfect! I liked live music and the artists every evening. All the programs they have on 29 October was amazing!

Everyone of us had so much fun and lots of things to do and experience during our stay at Castival. It was not very crowded, we would always find sunbeds by the pool and by the beach early in the morning

The other staff in the Spa are also excellent, the hammam was just what I needed and delivered with a smile. The rooms, food, pools and beach are all great too! Definitely be back again in the future

My daughter enjoyed the kids club activities and the mini disco that took place every evening. We have also enjoyed the Mexican night and the other live shows and also the piano shows that took place in the lobby

Rooms need work as issues with bathroom smell and sounds from other rooms you can hear everything however the food in the hotel is phenomenal and I'm still talking about the fried liver 11 months later

When there are not very many people, this does not bother, but with a large occupancy rate, people lie tightly, like on a city beach in Gelendzhik

There is one girl in lobby bar and her name is tugba. Animation team always positive and friendly. Restaurant service is great and food are so great. Entertainment manager Erdrich is so helpful

There was a vacant lot nearby, perhaps now there is a part of the hotel sun beds. I saw a lot of reviews in which they write that they say everything is bad, almost pieces of the wall are falling off

In general, the great atmosphere in the hotel is made by a team group of animation guys, special thanks to Eyup Bey who found the way to make our stay better and not so boring during quarantine period

The meals rotate around chicken, beef, fish and just rotated on a daily basis. The food is very bland and we decided to eat at the locale restaurants on many occasions. Fresh towels are not supplied daily

5 Stars for the small Mehmet, never got such a good and friendly service. Hope we see u again if we come back! 🙏🏻

It's really good hotel thanks for everything

food was absolutely disaster during whole time we didn't even had one portion which was turkish traditional food. The food was German based and nothing special

However the salad and soup was something good Hotel stuff ,cleaners and the ones working in the kitchen was OK but reception stuff was rude and impolite

If you are not over 70 i dont recommend this hotel. There was no entertainment option, no music nothing for fun

Very friendly and helpful staff, special mention should be made to the waiter Taner, who took care of everything before we even had time to say it, and the mixologist Cemal, his cocktails are marvels

The second issue is the lack of any translations for Poles, although they are quite a large group in the hotel, at least the menus in restaurants could also be translated into Polish

So friendly service, tasty food and cocktails, everything was clean. Absolutely nothing bad to say.
