The Hotel area is very beginning and could be a little bit more clean. The beach is very good. The only problem is the cleaning stuff they are not really motivated to do their job.

Huge territory Beach access It's a nice place with all nessessary facilities and free WI-FI Delisious food

Very poor breakfast lunch and dinner no sosiges no fruit, no sweats at breakfast fresh for adional price 2 eur. Lokation is good. Very old beach set and wery wery bad Internet access old and broken tv set at room.

It's a good hotel, but the air-conditioner doesn't always work and that is something important when it's hot.

Beautiful hotel,very clean and staff are amazing. Love the QR system around the pool and beach to order your drinks and food. The cocktails are lovely and all served in beautiful glasses

The only good thing about this hotel - its beach. Its fantastic - wide, flat, enough sun beds Rooms - we stayed at villas where they put us due to absence of rooms in the main building

Jazira and Buse are loved Amazing place, loved every moment. Only negative was a lady who I presumed was the manager of the spa, seemed rather arrogant and her attitude put us off booking in the spa

Apart from that we absolutely loved our stay, the staff , the service , all incredible ❤️ Would love to come back next year

No horrible plastic cups anywhere! We went to a couple of shows and the entertainment was spot on

A beautiful beach on the coast side. Lots of fun for children and adults. Can the first time to not settle into a very nice room, everything is decided through the senior Manager at the reception

And in the rooms you will not wait for cleaning :( Beach towels during the day cannot be changed, they were given in the morning, only returned in the evening. They won't give you fresh ones

The beach bar must be open until 19. There is no water in the lobby. Any request is received with hostility: there is a full hotel here: come tomorrow🤪 The food is monotonous

Perfect beach and sea, location - that can't be taken away. The entrance to the water is shallow, shallow, ideal with children who do not swim well

Both times there were some misunderstanding with the staff but it was not critical and at times even funny. Rich excursion program and do not have to go somewhere far next side antique city

We appeared to be the only family from Northern Ireland but didn't stop us having fun so don't let that stop you coming. We were made to feel very welcome a lot of Russians and Germans guests but all very pleasant

Even though we had a rocky start staff were very helpful. Hotel is spotless the staff work hard to keep all area spotless. The entertainment team work really hard and our outstanding even the lifeguards are fun

On the advice of my mother (who came here 4 times already) and other acquaintances, we chose Kumkoy beach this year. The food is very monotonous and always cold. The buffets are much smaller than other years

For the first time in kumkoy beach. Last year we were at the sister hotel Evren beach and we were very satisfied

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The cuisine is very rich and varied. Everything in the hotel is very conveniently located. The hotel has many places for a pleasant stay at any time

Even tourists from other hotels, which raspolagayutsya on towels right between our beds, no one drives away!!!!! I'm not talking about night swim. Early in the evening, the nose will not stick to the beach

Several bars with the quality manufacturers drinks. Beach bar, restaurant and private section of beach are very close to the hotel. They have themed beach parties at night,truly brilliant

However, there were a couple of drawbacks: there was most often no staff at the N-joy Bar between 8-10 AM, and we frequently received instant coffee instead of freshly ground coffee

Great hotel, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The highlight was the spa. The service and turkish bath was absolutely amazing, would highely recommend to anyone visiting.

It would be great to have a machine available for guests that brews coffee from fresh beans. Despite these observations, we highly recommend the hotel to everyone

Guests are mainly Russians and German. There is small Migros about 10min walk from hotel. To Side old town is 10min by buss/1Euro. Bus runs very often and bus stop is just outside of the hotel

This is a decent hotel where we enjoyed our stay with our extended family. We liked the food and staff and enjoyed our vacation. The staff did everything to make our vacation great

Old building but well maintained/renovated. Free soft drinks at mini bar in the room. We are bit bored at buffet restaurant. Taste is very good and lot of fresh fruits and sallad

WiFi works very well, everywhere even at the beach. Very nice garden with full of flowers and pine trees. Beach is half sand and half small stones. Not so deep and there are many rocks in the sea

We recommend it for couples, young and old, with or without children or babies. It is not a place for hunting singles or disco seekers

FOOD - sometimes not enough plates and prihodilos to wait 5 minutes while they bring in, the distribution of meat dishes accumulate long lines and Russian tourists, which by the way the hotel about 80%, expressed their "outrage" to put it mildly, a variety of dishes almost nebylo, poor quality products (semi-finished burgers - I saw myself as packages pour) in General hungry, then no one is left, but...

Nice hotel for family and kids. Animation program is well done. Daytime activities and in the evening also shows for young and adults. Food was allot of option espacially during diner

There was a huge variety of different food every day and it was all delicious. I was especially pleased that there was so much fresh fruit and salad. We found everywhere to be clean

We stayed there at the end of April-Easter break. One outdoor swimming pool was heated, aquapark was open. Food was nice, maybe little bit monotonic. Hotel was clean, room cleaned daily, every day fresh towels

Kids (7 and 9) had fun on all the slides. Hotel is on the beach which is great. The quality of the evening entertainment has been a pleasant surprise (Michael Jackson night, Mistery dance/acrobatics)

Massages good and convenient but is about 2x the price of other local ones and the manager will spend every opportunity trying to persuade you to have more treatments

Huge hotel with several different bars, pools and restaurants. Food is good quality and plenty of choice. Is quite hilly, lots of lifts but we didn't mind the steps

We were in 2 bedroom family sea view room, plenty of space and lovely view. Maid service great and mini bar stocked every day. Bathrobes and slippers nice touch

If you had to take the lifts due to limited mobility it might get a bit annoying in high season. Don't bother with the on site spa

Stayed in a jacuzzi room, well worth a little bit extra

We have really enjoyed our stay in Paloma Oceana. The beach is very nice, comparing the others. You will see it during the walking around. Rooms are clean, and the cleaning service is adequate

We went there for our anniversary in august 2023 the temperature was from 30 upwards. It’s a nice hotel located close to shops and beach. 5hours walk away to see the ruins and there are 2 signs “SIDE”

Paloma Oceana was one of the best hotels we’ve booked and enjoyed in Turkey Side. The hotel, service and location was top. The food is the best food we have ever had in 7 years of turkey 🇹🇷 holidays

The only negative point is that the entertainment at the “entertainment pool” could be a but better and better music. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to everyone

On the beach there are beach chairs free off charge with beach umbrellas for shade. There are private cabanas that are charged

The food is tasty, from my point of view, more international. Staff is polite, and service in the restaurant is quite fast taken into account the occupancy of the hotel

The resort is certainly 5 star with a very relaxed ambience, large pool, sea front and a perfect sandy beach with evening entertainment on a nightly basis. NO hesitation in recommending the Hotel

The regular buses just outside of the hotel (as well as taxis) also meant it was incredibly convenient to get around and visit the main nearby places (Side old town, Manavgat Bazaar etc)

The hotel is superb, we got more than we expected. The beach is really nice but the entrance in the sea is a bit deep so for non swimmers is a bit of a problem but there is the pool for that

The food at the beach was great I enjoyed it a lot and the workers there were very friendly! This hotel overall is amazing and not so expensive, it has some cons but the pros make it up

The beach was absolutely beautiful but it would be easily to drown in it. The water goes really deep 4 steps in and the waves are 2 meters tall, it was fun and peaceful though

The pool was amazing warm and fairly shallow to be honest but overall nice, there wasn’t much slides but they were nice and fast, the lifeguards always made sure u were safe and weren’t in anyone’s way, the rules at the slides really made you feel safe

There was different events every night at the back of the hotel overlooking the beautiful lake where pirate ships would pass often, although the smell of the lake near was really bad it smelt like chickens which wasn’t very pleasant

The drinks and cocktails were very good, there were 5 bars total in the hotel and none of them disappointed. There was a Starbucks and the workers there weren’t exactly nice but they served you well

Very very dirty sand on the beach: cigar stubs everywhere; animation grup the most boring I ever see🤦🏻‍♀️; no sports event besides volleyball ,and the simplest yoga; DISKO is horrible - music for the 80+😵‍💫; timetable for eating ,I cannot understan why I cannot have late breakfast till 11 I am on holiday

First what I like: variety of food excellent; personal any questions; kids club super, girls Berin and Amal amazing 💜; infrastructure super for me not a problem go to the beach through a beautiful garden

This year we came back, for the 2nd time, at your hotel. The room was big and clean, the food is AMAZING, the pools are both very nice and the sea is warm and lovely

Not much show in the evenings but I think it because I was at the end of season. Hope the stuff will read this and make improvements in the hotel

Was a good holiday and my first time here. The food is good and i got a nice big room. The waiters are really nice and you can have good talk with them. It was really enjoyable.

We had some amazing days. All services were very good, nice stuff, very good food and the resort is very clean. We'll come back for sure!

One thing that we saw from the beginning was that they changed some alcohol with local/ other brands, which tasted very watery. so one of the main things we loved (good cocktails were already out)

So, from my point of view it’s better to eat downstairs. - GYM is need renovation as well, no internet inside; - breakfast is the same every day, but quality of food is fine

3 people, 2 rooms I was at this hotel for our honeymoon last year, and we decided to come back again this year

You can still find some good alcohol only in the lobby bar, but unfortunately, not at the beach bar where we are all day. The second would be housekeeping, which always makes the room very late (3-4 PM)

Next - we had a room with pool view and everything was perfect! I liked live music and the artists every evening. All the programs they have on 29 October was amazing!

A fabulous hotel which I would recommend. The service provided by the staff to ensure you have a memorable holiday is first class. Food was great, dining area was great

The cocktail lounge and balcony were superb, absolute luxury. Pool area was fine , little cramped but didn’t affect the quality of the place

Entertainment happened throughout the day the Entertainment/guest liaison Muatta , was clearly busy all day making people happy

Bedroom were not high quality, probably needed a little updating, but again it wouldn’t warrant a negative to the holiday

Particularly noteworthy: the Administrator girl at the reception named Nuraym, and the professional waiter AlaCart named Osman. The team of cooks and waiters do their job very well

We stayed at the hotel from October 6 to 16, 2021. The weather is great + 30, the sea is clean and warm. The territory is well-groomed and clean

Nice, spacious rooms, good higyene. Plenty of entertainment for kids. Very good food and friendly serving staff, but the restaurant was packed even in low season. Lunchboxes to go are mediocre, but available nevertheless

The Turkish night show was nice (there's an amphitheater), but quite short. There were electrical disruptions during our stay, hopefully that was just bad luck

The meals rotate around chicken, beef, fish and just rotated on a daily basis. The food is very bland and we decided to eat at the locale restaurants on many occasions. Fresh towels are not supplied daily

5 Stars for the small Mehmet, never got such a good and friendly service. Hope we see u again if we come back! 🙏🏻

Negative points Veg foods is very difficult to find unless you are prepared to eat salads and cheese for the duration of you holidays. Chips are serviced for breakfast, lunch and tea not a great option

Don't be fooled by the many unoccupied sun beds, Germans and Russians are up at 0700 and "reserves" one for the entire day, even though they'll only use it 1-2 hours, and there aren't enough for all.

Enjoyed a Turkish bath and body massage for the first time at very reasonable prices. Very clean throughout the resort. Large lounge area and bar to chill out. Outdoor swinging pool (cold) and bar

First visit to Turkey and was very disappointed with the 5 Stars rating of this hotel. In brief! Positive points Excellent staff and support from the spa team

There is one girl in lobby bar and her name is tugba. Animation team always positive and friendly. Restaurant service is great and food are so great. Entertainment manager Erdrich is so helpful

In general, the great atmosphere in the hotel is made by a team group of animation guys, special thanks to Eyup Bey who found the way to make our stay better and not so boring during quarantine period

BUT Russian bathrobes for a deposit, upon leaving the hotel, it turned out that the numbers (key cards) were mixed up and we were asked to pay for the washing of the clothes, which was ordered by people living in the neighboring momer

The hotel is nice, clean, beautiful,comfortable.Meals all inclusive,very tasty and varied. Minus - the beach is the entrance to the sea with sharp rocks. Bathed on the beach of the neighbouring hotel.

I didn’t like my own beach, I didn’t like the entrance to the sea, there are a lot of stones, you don’t really dive and the territory is limited by buoys, so we went to the beach of the defne hotel for 10-15 minutes along the coast, there is good sand, a lot of space and a little there were people

Hotel it self was very good, rooms clean, service good, food great, very kids friendly. The only negativ thing was the BEACH. Beach is not clean, not in the front sand area, and especially the entrance full oh big rocks

WOW! The best hotel i ever have been to great for kids and adults. Everyday there are performances, like a magic show, Fakír show, Bubble party 🎉, Red night DISCO. There are 4 big pools, 2 Slides, private beach 🏖️

The strong points are: number of pools (4 including am indoor one), number of bars 3, a private beach with a bar and food service as well as sunbeds and umbrellas, cleanliness
