September stay this is Beautiful hotel - we had a Jr suite with balcony and the view of the eco garden, the room was clean and spacious and would suit a family 2 adults 2 kids

I came from a country where smoking is not Allowed in a café, restaurants. So I was shocked that there's a lot of people smoking anywhere, even there are a lot of kids. But so far we are enjoying our holiday here

The highlight for me was the easy access to a stunning beach, soft sand, crystal water and plenty of loungers to relax and unwind

Fantastic All-Inclusive Stay at AQI Pegasos Hotel! I had an amazing experience at AQI Pegasos Hotel , this place truly has everything under one roof! The all-inclusive package was excellent, with delicious food options, refreshing drinks and plenty of entertainment throughout the day

We arrived late afternoon on Monday the 13th of October, with family and friends. Something we adults and the kids are looking forward to. This is our first time in Turkey. Over all the hotel Resort is very nice

But now that this place is very touristry. Not all your staffs speak english. The management must do something about it. But we do enjoy our stay here

Hello, we had a family vacation at this hotel The first impression was pleasant, but there are some points that I would pay attention to Pros: - the sea, the beach are gorgeous, there is enough space for everyone, it is not necessary to take a place on the beach at 6 am - food, there is enough food for everyone, there were no really exquisite dishes, but the food is tasty and in sufficient quantity...

Everything is perfect, we've been there before. I think there are more staff in the lobby bar and pool bar. The room was so clean and Nice.

We have a very good trip in Sueno Beach Side, very nice and clean rooms. So sweet and helpful personel! We have been here 3 times.

"it's only once during your vacation, you can tolerate it" and when we explained that we came from Ukraine and that we have enough noise at home, we received more comments from the staff "it's already quiet there and there's no war" The sea is really gorgeous and can cover the minuses of not cleaning every day, minuses in animation, but I have never encountered such a disdainful attitude towards vacationers

I was very lucky to be here in my holidays with my family in this hotel, I enjoyed everything here, good , servis , clean staff and everything, I will suggest go my friend there , if they want to have a perfect vocation, must visit Sueno hotels, here in Side

The staff were the worst they would lets us use any of the facilities the pool was ok food was not the best. Its not the best 5 star hotel with no wifi only in the lobby

Due to our room type, it meant that we were unable to get a full sea view but I requested via email beforehand to have some sort of view, and we were granted a side sea view where you could also see the pool clearly

Before we arrived, not going to lie we were very concerned after seeing many negative reviews regarding this hotel but we can honestly say we had an excellent time and can't understand what everybody is complaining about! We would say the hotel was predominantly 80% German guests but this did not affect our stay at all

Having been to Turkey several times in hotels like Aska Lara, Sherwood Dreams, Baia Lara and Limak Atlantis meant we were typically used to a high standard, however had not been to the Side area before this

Although towards the back end of the holiday more English guests seemed to be arriving which was nice! Despite this, all of the staff we encountered could speak English and were always so so helpful

Arriving at around 4am after a long journey we were generally tired but we were pleasantly welcomed by reception and the bellboy, who swiftly took our suitcases upstairs

They also offered us a chance to grab some food at the midnight restaurant if you wanted but we were that tired we just went straight up to bed

Drinks were basic but drinkable. Dining rooms were always packed but due to size of the resort it was understandable however sometimes it was difficult to find a place toe seat

There was always good food available though. - If you need internet that badly, get an eSim. It's cheaper and worked really well. I would have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone

Very good animation team. That did a lot for all the guests, and made it a very fun entertaining trip. They were like a best friend for us

Everything was clean, and the balcony had a partial sea view. Although we were on the top floor of that part of the hotel, everything was fine. The central air conditioning worked properly

To start with I must say my little kids have enjoyed the holiday therefore I gave four stars and not less. This is not 5 star hotel but 4 star at best. Not the worst but definitely not great

Plenty of seats so no issue to find a place. Programs for guests or kids were enjoyable and there was also always something to do

I can’t remember her name, but the lady with glasses was especially kind and helpful. she did everything she could to help us find our lost luggage, and thanks to her efforts it was recovered

The food is amazing — always fresh, varied, and available whenever we’re hungry 🍽️. The water slides are a blast for both kids and adults, providing endless fun throughout the day 💦

Just returned from a 2-week stay at Sunis Kumkoy Beach Resort. The cleanliness and facilities at the hotel are absolutely superb

This hotel has everything, and you are spoiled for choice where and what to eat. Plenty busy and quiet areas, even a volley ball court, a must for Hubby, I am happy with cappuccino on tap a sunlounger and my kindle

I'd like to mention Ali Dursun the waiter in garden 2 who looked after us for the entire 2 weeks, he is brilliant! Food was fresh and delicious. Rooms were beautifully cleaned everyday

Have to give a big shout out to two young lads who have just made our holiday extra special , Bislam & Vesim, they have looked after us amazingly and with the biggest of smiles

As well as the main restaurant, there were numerous bars with eateries in and around the hotel plus three specialist restaurants, which you were allowed three tickets to, but you had to book beforehand

*Maybe better to get more big beds insted of to separate, you can put them together but the space im betwen stay pretty big* ( we booked the room with one big bed) - just a tip

( small girl there can be little bit more polite - but that's not so important) - one more tip :) Great place to spend time, beach right in front of hotel, tenis/basketball place, game room

We were here for a mini honeymoon. What can I say, it was AMAZING! :) the staff from Reception, bar, restaurants, cafes,pool worked so hard to make sure everyone had a lovely holiday

If you want to burn off some calories, the entertainment team around the pool, had lots of activities to get involved with

what an amazing hotel, lovely staff , food was really good and loads of variety, loads to see and lots of shopping , can't fault anything, will deffo be back, heated pool was lovely , lovely beach , and so much to see in side, ice creams and drinks just help yourself and food round the clock

Evening entertainment has been great, the family fest was great for children and adults too! Slide pool great, not open all day but pool is still accessible and has the splash pad next to it

Hotel is great, has so many facilities and has a great kids club with so many activities for the children to enjoy. Would definitely recommend visit again. Has the option for different a la carte restaurants

This was our first ever holiday to Turkey and it was amazing. So much so that we can't wait to go back again next year. The room we had was fabulous, so clean and maintained

Everything was amazing. Food, room and staff are really nice and good. Entertainors really caring about guests especially Selin.

Pool and facilities were great, we also loved feeding and swimming with the fish at the pier, we took our scuba masks with. There were lifeguards until 5pm every day

The swimming pools have separate areas depending if you'd like an energetic vibe with aerobics classes, water sports or foam parties. A relaxing area who prefer to chill & relax just enjoying the Turkish sunshine

Overall, Lago Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. With comfortable rooms, excellent food for every meal, and outstanding service, it is the perfect place for both relaxation and enjoyment

The variety and quality of the meals really stood out, and it was clear that a lot of care and attention went into the cooking. Dining at the hotel became one of the highlights of our trip

We didn't ever worry about getting a sunbed as there are always plenty on the beach and if you do want a pool day then you do have to get up early to get a sunbed but this is nothing unusual for August

We have been coming to this hotel for about 6 years. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The food is varied and fresh, we do, however, miss the themed nights from a few years ago

I am writing this review from one of the superb cabana on the beach, with a spectacular vies of the very clean beach and amazing bi colour sea. The hotel is as good as when we started to come 6 years ago

The beach was fantastic and the pool area was lovely we mainly stayed around the pool with music not far from the beach and water slides

The pools are being cleaned between 12pm-4am, the staff just don't stop they work so hard to make sure they're guests have the best holiday! The only downfall of this holiday I found was a lot of the German background people was very rude, you would stand and hold doors open for them or move out there way and they wouldn't even say thankyou, there was 1 particular elderly couple that we bumped into...

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was an amazing experience! The hotel’s location is perfect – the beach is nearby, and there are buses close to the hotel that take you to different cities like Side and Manavgat in just 15–20 minutes

We had our honeymoon here, and it was truly amazing. The food is delicious, the rooms, pools and buildings are all very clean

There’s always something delicious to eat – the buffet is varied and fresh, and even late at night you can enjoy à la carte dining at no extra cost. It’s truly all-inclusive, with food available almost around the clock

The staff deserve a special mention – they are absolutely wonderful! Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. They always go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and happy

However, a weekly overview and a floor plan in the room would make planning easier. There could also be a few more daytime activities for adults, though there’s plenty to do for children

Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with great food, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. We truly felt like royalty and had a wonderful holiday!

One of the things we appreciated most was the availability of sunbeds, no need to rush early in the morning to grab one! The pool area is spacious, clean, and perfect for a refreshing swim or lounging in the sun

We stayed at Asteria Collection Side in mid October. There are a lot of pros and cons with this hotel. Good Friendly staff, available 24 hours, and a good level of communication in English

Short walk to the beach, if you don’t fancy the pools available in the hotel

Although a fresh kick of paint had been applied, this does not cover up the mould in the shower, and terrible drainage system. There was a massive extractor fan outside of our room

We measured this at 72dB all day and night. This is similar to a loud car ride. A transfer service is available within the hotel, however is very expensive

The hotel rooms were clean, the air conditioning was cold as needed, the food was simply excellent, and there was plenty of entertainment, especially for children. The only thing missing were parties

It was great, one of the best hotels in turkey and we’ve been in some. The staff was brilliant and the service is perfect. The room was perfect too and the whole comlex was without any problem.

The standard rooms were a bit small (we traveled with a toddler so we had a stroller and our luggage), but since we didn’t spend too much time indoors, it really didn’t matter

Beautiful hotel in Side, with delicious local food and the kindest staff. This is my fourth year here and I would say it was the best ever

The reception were very helpful and moved us rooms with no hassle, moved all of our luggage for us and could not have been any better, this was very much appreciated and gave us a very good first impression of the hotel and their attitudes towards guests

Stayed here for 11 nights and literally from beginning to end no complaints at all about the hotel itself and staff. We landed quite late and straightaway we were offered a light meal which was a nice touch

Lovely place, Very good customer service, especially Hebat made our meals so much better and funnier, top class customer service, definitely recommend it, especially Hebat. Can recommend 100%

If I was trying to find any negatives, I would say the beds and pillows were a bit too hard for our liking and the food selection wasnt really for us. We would have liked more meat, like chicken, beef, bacon, steak etc

Nurallah also looked after us really well on my birthday and was also very friendly and professional. Demitry in the entertainment department (apologies is spelling is incorrect) was also great throughout our holiday

But saying that, we are quite picky as a family with our food. Large selection of food, just a lack of the items mentioned above. Certainly nothing wrong with it, just maybe not our taste

i tried to not let it make me down to not spoil the trip to go to the beach it was like two minutes walking, and there were enough beach umbrellas for everyone they also had sauna included on the booking, swimming pools and a small gym

there were another restaurants inside the hotel that i could book dinner table without extra cost (french, turk, mexican and italian restaurant) i really liked the cocktails at the beach bar, the hamam massage at the hotel - not included, need to pay extra - and the shows at night all the staff was very nice and kind, specially Tunuc from Petissarie, and Daria and the other lady at the customer service...

The food was of really good quality, I especially liked the beach bar for lunch

there were no veggie milk on the restaurants, only on the Petissarie, and no options of salty vegan creams to eat with bread, like hummus for example also the cleaning could be better, on the first day there was a bunch of dirty wet hairs hanging on the shower, maybe from the previous guests

The main restaurant in the evening was good too, I particularly liked the fresh meat on offer; this was probably my saviour as some of the pre-cooked options were a little strange, possibly catered more to the German & Russian clients (no offence intended)

but it wasn’t, and i had to remove the disgusting hairs myself also for two times someone unlocked and simply opened the door while i was on the bed, without knocking or ringing the door

Regarding the food there were plenty of choices. There even was a pool restaurant were you could order a la carte every day with your allinclusive package

The only thing i would recommend is an extra toilet somewhere around the bar at the sea. Sometimes you have to walk a little far. In the end a very good hotel to recommend, i think we would come back once more👌

Real good food, like döner kebab rolls, all kinds of pizza, cheeseburgers, soups, salads. Everything was prepared for guests and tasted really good. In the evening there was an outside cuisine with lots of good foods

The bars were almost always opened and there was even a 24 hour bar at the reception. When we arrived at the reception, drinks were brought to us and the check-in was very smooth and easy

Rhe evening shows were good with a couple of times a week live music, with exceptionally good bands 2 times. We have only been to 1 talent show in the evening but it was nice to watch
