The Hotel area is very beginning and could be a little bit more clean. The beach is very good. The only problem is the cleaning stuff they are not really motivated to do their job.

Very poor breakfast lunch and dinner no sosiges no fruit, no sweats at breakfast fresh for adional price 2 eur. Lokation is good. Very old beach set and wery wery bad Internet access old and broken tv set at room.

It's a good hotel, but the air-conditioner doesn't always work and that is something important when it's hot.

Jazira and Buse are loved Amazing place, loved every moment. Only negative was a lady who I presumed was the manager of the spa, seemed rather arrogant and her attitude put us off booking in the spa. Apart from that we absolutely loved our stay, the staff , the service , all incredible ❤️ Would love to come back next year.

Even though we had a rocky start staff were very helpful. Hotel is spotless the staff work hard to keep all area spotless. We have just spent 10 amazing days here. We came here 2 years ago and as soon as we left, we knew we were going to book again as it was the perfect holiday. The staff are amazing and are always dedicated to help. The animation team are brilliant! They are amazing at what they do. We will 100% come back as we know we will always have the bets holiday.

For the first time in kumkoy beach. Last year we were at the sister hotel Evren beach and we were very satisfied. On the advice of my mother (who came here 4 times already) and other acquaintances, we chose Kumkoy beach this year. We are very disappointed. The food is very monotonous and always cold. The hotel is very nice, it has many amenities, the room was equipped with everything needed, the food was great and there were so many choices. Outside was beautiful, bar great, many options alcohol or not. Animation team was very good, the activities were countless and so entertaining.

Nice, spacious rooms, good higyene. Plenty of entertainment for kids. Very good food and friendly serving staff, but the restaurant was packed even in low season. Lunchboxes to go are mediocre, but available nevertheless. The Turkish night show was nice (there's an amphitheater), but quite short. Paloma Oceana was one of the best hotels we’ve booked and enjoyed in Turkey Side. The hotel, service and location was top. The food is the best food we have ever had in 7 years of turkey 🇹🇷 holidays. Room was cleaned only once during 5 day stay. The open-bathroom planning with glass doors lack privacy, and is inconvenient especially if roommates are not a couple. Also# 2 put of 7 person in our company got food poisoning. On the other hand the pool and the beach are really nice although sea get's very deep just a few steps in. Stayed here for 11 nights and literally from beginning to end no complaints at all about the hotel itself and staff. We landed quite late and straightaway we were offered a light meal which was a nice touch. Pretty much getting your money worth. Entertainment; Food and Facilities were all spot on.

Hotel has 2 buildings which are a bit separated from each other. You need to learn how to find a shortcut to spa, pools and back. Spa is nice, but has only sauna working. Indoor pool has no water. I booked a room with 2 single beds and seating area but when I arrived the hotel said the pictures in the Zen app are incorrect and received a small room with one king bed. We had 4 days visit in April and that was such a wonderful experience that. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food omg was so delicious that you can't stop eating. The only disadvantage was the distance to sea.

OK so I'm currently still here on day 4 now. Positives, rooms are pretty good, staff are friendly and the food is OK although very repetitive. Negatives.
