The Hotel area is very beginning and could be a little bit more clean. The beach is very good. The only problem is the cleaning stuff they are not really motivated to do their job.

Very poor breakfast lunch and dinner no sosiges no fruit, no sweats at breakfast fresh for adional price 2 eur. Lokation is good. Very old beach set and wery wery bad Internet access old and broken tv set at room.

It's a good hotel, but the air-conditioner doesn't always work and that is something important when it's hot.

Jazira and Buse are loved Amazing place, loved every moment. Only negative was a lady who I presumed was the manager of the spa, seemed rather arrogant and her attitude put us off booking in the spa. Paloma Oceana was one of the best hotels we’ve booked and enjoyed in Turkey Side. The hotel, service and location was top. The food is the best food we have ever had in 7 years of turkey 🇹🇷 holidays. I booked a room with 2 single beds and seating area but when I arrived the hotel said the pictures in the Zen app are incorrect and received a small room with one king bed. Just back from Barut Hemera and all I can say is WOW!! Absolutely the best holiday we've both had everything about the place is top class. The food is real good we ate in the al a carte restaurants 3 nights which was amazing but we enjoyed eating in the main restaurant just as much food and drinks in abundance. We had a swim up room that was near the quiet pool and it was heaven would highly recommend...

Very well located nearby the old town of Side (app.2.5 km) and directly on the beach promenade. Excellent taste + well spiced. Very warm welcome at the check in and polite team in general.

There is one girl in lobby bar and her name is tugba. She is so kind. Animation team always positive and friendly. Restaurant service is great and food are so great. Great hotel, beautiful, tasty, expensive. BUT Russian bathrobes for a deposit, upon leaving the hotel, it turned out that the numbers (key cards) were mixed up and we were asked to pay for the washing of the clothes, which was ordered by people living in the neighboring momer.

We had 4 days visit in April and that was such a wonderful experience that. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food omg was so delicious that you can't stop eating. The only disadvantage was the distance to sea.

OK so I'm currently still here on day 4 now. Positives, rooms are pretty good, staff are friendly and the food is OK although very repetitive. Negatives. The walls and ceiling in the rooms are paper thin so you can hear everything, I'm currently writing this after being woken up every day because of what I'm guessing is the cleaners hoovering the bar area above and moving the chairs around to do so...

We just returned after 10 wonderful nights here, rooms are spacious and perfectly clean, food is fantastic with a wide variety to choose from. The entire hotel is constantly being cleaned......always immaculate. Beach is only 5mins walk, staff are very friendly and helpful. 100% highly recommended for your family holiday 😁👍
