I only stayed here one night, in the off season (late November) but this hotel was very inexpensive, and both clean and modern.
No lift, which was a bit inconvenient for a pensioner with a hip replacement, placed on the second floor.
(They helped me to my room with my bags, but as I checked out, I didn't trust myself on the narrow steps - four flights - so ended up throwing my largest bag ahead of me on each flight of stairs.)
Very pleasant service in the reception and bar. Nice, quiet, relaxed atmosphere around the pools.
They charge extra for WiFi: €3 for one night.
Recommended.

Currently staying at this hotel, staff are lovely very accomadating, rooms are basic but clean and cleaners come everyday, food very nice, a bit noisy at times but it's a family hotel so wouldn't expect anything else, their are lots of cats but didn't bother me, would definitely come here again

Great food and facilities. Pools are great and we loved our all inclusive meals.
Very nice people. Lots of cats and 2 golden retrievers living in the hotel, we loved it (but that can be a personal choice).
We only did not like much our room, called standard family room: it is very small for 4 people and on the third floor without lift. However, as most of the time you are outside, it did not matter much.
Cleaning rooms every day and cleaners, waiters and everyone really nice.

Currently staying at this hotel as I'm writing the review... The hotel in the pool is really nice the food is fair. The staff are mostly male and yes we all know the treks love them some women but from the transfer to now it's been horrible I'm here with 4 women and our children my eldest daughter is 15 and is being asked if she's 19 (even tho she has the childrens wristband on) the staff are every touchy feely me or my daughter can't walk from the pool to the bar without being harassed now I can take them being overly friendly but this is a bit much. Can't get food or drink without being garwked at or spoken about or touched. Then tonight at dinner my 15 year and my friends 13 year old was approached by a female member of staff asking them if they want to "dance at a disco club for 120 euros" the girls agreed at the time thinking it was to dance for the children's entertainment. Then the woman came to give the girls a wristband on the same wrist that they're under 18 wristbands were on when we asked the lady what it was for she explained it to us. Couldn't believe it!!! Star it's a male waiter and he is lovely

After a long day of travel we finally arrived and was greeted with we are over booked and you will be staying at another hotel. How is this possible as we booked a year in advance no response from the person on the reception
We was taken to an alternative hotel by this time it was into the following day and we all was knackered and the person at this alternative hotel he was friendly to a degree after yet a couple more hours we were all shown to our temporary rooms and wow you couldn't even swing a bag in it
We spent a day and half in this hotel don't get me wrong it was ok but as soon as other guests and staff heard us speak that was game over it was like we was from another planet and don't get me started on the meals put it this way I wouldn't even give that to my dog
Finally we arrive at sun city for the second time and we was told our rooms wouldn't be ready for a couple of hrs as there not ready
Not ready they moved us to another hotel and they couldn't be bothered to get our rooms ready in time for our arrival what a joke
By this time all in our party was getting very frustrated and angry by the minute then the holiday rep turned up and that got them to get finger out and get us sorted
As a compensation we was offered free WiFi and a free safe to use wow
Apparently the night we arrived there was just under 50 other guests moved due to over booking
And the self catering guests got a free up grade to all-inclusive with free WiFi and the safe
During our stay the whole hotel had NO WATER on 3 different occasions how is possible
The all-inclusive stopped at 10pm and if you want a drink you was told to pay for it
Food was basic and lacking flavour
Alcohol was basic
Soft drinks flat and lacking flavour
Think it was day 4 my partner asked me what I want to do my reply was TO GO HOME
This has got to be the most pathetic excuse of an all-inclusive hotel I've ever experienced in my life
Absolutely shocking room cleaning the towels changed when ever they felt like it floors clearly not swept of moped
Beds well uncomfortable
AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE

Had a fantastic time at the hotel with all the family 17 of us in total went all of which had no complaints. Rooms were clean, hotel is very well kept and staff are super friendly food was good abit average but it's all you can eat so plenty of selection. Entertainment for both adults and kids were great. Free bus service to the beach and back and loads to do. Pools were great for all range of ages. Will be definitely returning

We had a sandwich on arrival. Hotel was lovely and cleaned every day. The members of staff were lovely always had a smile and having a laugh. They even all said goodbye and thanked us for the stay. Three pool and plenty of stuff to do in kids club. Also for adults they had competition like darts and waterpolo to win souvenirs. They are shop, spa, hairdressers and photo team catching all your memories. Definitely coming back

Lovely hotel, the staff were lovely, all were helpful and kind. Reception are polite, and so are the other staff members. The kids really love the place, they have lots of events and performances throughout the week, a massive thank you to the Animation team that make the children smile. Especially a lady called Ceku, she’s adorable and loves all the children that come as guests at the hotel. Your child will love her presence.

We had package holiday with EasyJet .Took self catering option for 7 nights.Hotel itself is ok but a bit outdated with cheap plastic chairs even on balcony.Very old bus will take you to the beach included in your stay.Hidden charges what we wasn’t aware of are paying separately for towel rental,air conditioner, Wi-Fi and don’t forget there’s late checkout fees what no one tells you about only pointing at the wall saying that’s where’s written.In my opinion these things should be told by tour operator if your flight is late evening .We were left waiting in hallway from 12:00 till 21:00 for our transfer.So if you add up all extra payments it is better to get decent hotel in the Antalya or AirBnB.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. We went self catering so didn’t get to try the food there although the restaurant there looks lovely inside.
Everyone was so friendly there. They have a shop on the premises as well as a barbers/hairdresser, bar, a spa with a sauna, massages, Turkish bath and more, also a shisha corner, photographer, and 5 pools (2 adult pools and the rest for children. They have a lot of entertainment and music. The beach is also a 15 minute walk and there are plenty of restaurants at the end of the road.
