(They helped me to my room with my bags, but as I checked out, I didn't trust myself on the narrow steps - four flights - so ended up throwing my largest bag ahead of me on each flight of stairs

) Very pleasant service in the reception and bar. Nice, quiet, relaxed atmosphere around the pools. They charge extra for WiFi: €3 for one night

They have a shop on the premises as well as a barbers/hairdresser, bar, a spa with a sauna, massages, Turkish bath and more, also a shisha corner, photographer, and 5 pools (2 adult pools and the rest for children

I only stayed here one night, in the off season (late November) but this hotel was very inexpensive, and both clean and modern

No lift, which was a bit inconvenient for a pensioner with a hip replacement, placed on the second floor

Had a fantastic time at the hotel with all the family 17 of us in total went all of which had no complaints

The bar and restaurant towards the beach isn’t part of the hotel and is run by very attentive staff serving drinks and pretty good food but again it’s cheap

This is a lovely friendly hotel, rooms basic but spacious, clean and outside space. Pool and beach were great and everything in convenient walking distance

The breakfast is a continental style and not exactly to my taste, also orange juice or any juice is an added charge! The on-site shop is handy for essentials and well stocked but not exactly cheap

I did find the whole area pretty expensive though €4. We found a couple of very nice and cheaper places to eat away from the beach front

Restaurant with good choice on buffet and also lovely beachfront restaurant. Very good value for money and the staff are fab! I think bad reviews are from people who want 5 star facilities for 3 star prices

Arrived very early in the morning 02:00 and found getting in a bit difficult, there was a mobile number stuck to the gate but as we’d just arrived in the country didn’t have any way to call it! Finally figured out how to open the gate and we were met by the receptionist and shown to our room

Have just had 10 days at this hotel. The staff were fabulous they couldn't do enough for you. The room was lovely and clean, cleaners came in everyday they were marvellous as was the rest of the staff

Staff is amazing both at reception and the bar. They really are doing their best to keep you safe and satisfied. We even got little souvenir magnet and packed sandwiches for out flight back home

I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. Our stay was lovely and enjoyable. My only bug bear was there was no English channels on tv but that didn't stop us having a good time

A fairly short walk to a fantastic shopping area and also a huge choice of restaurants. I hope to revisit this gem of a hotel in the near future

A very pleasant stay as the location itself was amazing, 3/4 min drive from beach and the ancient city. Shopping was nearby too and restaurants. Would recommend this place and would come again

Beds are economy type, room and shower are clean, big enough and comfortable. It is said that next year the owners will change and the hotel will be completely overhauled

The facility passes 3 stars, but the service is not successful because the operators are amateurs. On the day of the feast, there were some workers who quit their job and no one was immediately assigned to their place

Prices are very affordable compared to other hotels. The new owners of the hotel, Mr. Murat, will develop the hotel even better over time. You can choose it with the comfort of your heart

It is not a very clean and new place. It will probably be a place you will not want to stay again, both in terms of location and innovation.

Taxi stand in front is a rip-off in cooperation with the hotel (they advertise the overpriced rates in and outside). They ask for 8€ to town, official meter price is only 45 TL (2. Rooms are ok, big enough and clean

Price for the rooms is highly overpriced, 400€ for one night is a joke. Food is edible, but nothing more. Big selection, but they serve the same stuff every day, so after 2 days we decided to eat outside

No prosescco, just a few pre-mixed cocktails and a few longdrinks with low quality spirits. The beach is nice, without beeing special. All the same in Side, not wider or cleaner than anywhere else

Location is not bad, but a 30 minute walk to Antik Side and 15-20 minutes from busy nightlife areas away. You'll find a few restaurants and smaller shops on the other side of the road

The bar staff is very friendly and the only thing we'll really keep in mind positive here. The drinks are not good, apart from the draft beer

The pool is beautiful. Problems are taken care of. Bird's eye view to the sea 600 m. 1.5 km on foot. Since I was a child, I went by car, but the road is very, very bad, but short. the beach is really beautiful

We arrived late at night and were looking for a place to sleep. We found Papaya Apart Otel nice and almost clean with reasonable price.

Beach, Restaurants and ancient City are pretty close, everything is reachable by little walks or by bike through beautiful environment. Great breakfast, great dinner, Pool and music

We had a great time staying at Hellen hotel, Mehmet and Tugba are great host. The location fantastic, room was comfortable and breakfast was well portioned. Recommend! The parking is located outside the antique site

A very nice local hotel in the old city. Clean, friendly staff and great affordable Turkish food. If you are looking from a family run Turkish ambience, I do recommend eagerly.

It is located at the very edge, close to both Apollo and the sea, so there is no noise after a certain hour, just right. I hope and hope to see you again

We are at the hotel now. A wonderful quiet hotel under family management. Very hygienic clean hotel. Even their jams were made by cats. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and quiet holiday.

The towels get changed and the room gets a freshing-up. The personnel in this hotel is very kind, helpful and friendly. - They have no shampoo in the bathrooms, you have bring that yourself

I recommend this hotel to whomever wants a relaxed hotel where you can chill. Not very crowded and the meals/breakfasts are good. It it close to a lot of visiting spots/sights by car

On foot it is close to some area placeswhich you could visit, but I would recommend a vehicle to make the process quicker. The rooms are clean and get cleaned every day

we come here with our family and they are really have respect. food delicous and animation shows is perfect. beach 200 m to hotel but they have bus for that

There is a transfer from the hotel to the sea, but not a very convenient schedule for those who understand that it is better to go to the sea early than to get sunburned during the day

The hotel has problems with the organization of staff, while the quality of food is not bad, the number of rooms varies from not very old double rooms to normal family rooms

You can go here with children and those who want a relaxing holiday, without discos and head off. Excellent quality beer, 10 min walk to the sea
