excellent hotel! Attentive staff (special thanks to the Russian-speaking man at the reception, when my child had problems, he offered his help as an interpreter, even offered to personally take us to the hospital at any time and gave his phone number

Good hotel, very friendly personnel, nice beach and pool. Unfortunately due to Corona a lot of hotel services and restaurants were closed, but I'm sure they are nice in the normal times.

Animation team was very good, the activities were countless and so entertaining

Everything seems to be there: several types of eggs, cheeses, muesli, porridge, grilled vegetables, fresh vegetables, tasteless pancakes, freshly squeezed orange juice. For 7 days it begins to seem that there is nothing)

The hotel is very nice, it has many amenities, the room was equipped with everything needed, the food was great and there were so many choices. Outside was beautiful, bar great, many options alcohol or not

nice stuff - bartenders, housekeeping, recepcion, chefs, waiters everyone great. Food was great lot of options. Lot of activitys for kids our daughter was satisfied

There are not many water slides for the kids, but they made good use of the ones the hotel had to offer

Guys this is the bomb, clean, beautiful, the staff flies around like crazy, don't have time to drink beer is already full of Bakal is, the very best recreational areas would highly recommend terrace on the right from the reception, complete relaxation, Ali the bartender at the main bar makes the best cocktails

My daughter had to be hospitalised on return. I'm not sure it's fault of hotel, as they did everything right. Please heat at least 1 of the swimming pools and increase chlorine levels

The food is what we had expected from this establishment,excellent. The service in these numerous restaurant areas was 1st Class. Ordered drinks brought to your table was quick, the staff very are polite and cheerful

Guests are mainly Russians and German. There is small Migros about 10min walk from hotel. To Side old town is 10min by buss/1Euro. Bus runs very often and bus stop is just outside of the hotel

We recommend it for couples, young and old, with or without children or babies. It is not a place for hunting singles or disco seekers

Old building but well maintained/renovated. Free soft drinks at mini bar in the room. We are bit bored at buffet restaurant. Taste is very good and lot of fresh fruits and sallad

All employees are nice and very helpful. Very nice garden ,big beach ,beautiful swimming pool and a wonderful pier where we can relax laying in to the sun. Thank you Turquoise Resort, we will be back next year! ❤️

We had check in at night at 00. The rude and offended receptionist wanted give us the other room in the villa house with a pool, despite the fact that I explained to him that I didn't want a room by the pool

That room in the villa house by pool was located on minus ground floor, It was stuffy and stinked of chlorine! Such persons should not work with tourists. Also I do not recommend this room types here

We couldn’t fault this place and had a really lovely relaxing holiday. The staff were all friendly and efficient and work so hard. So many pools to choose from and most were the warmest we’ve ever been in

Nice hotel for family and kids. Animation program is well done. Daytime activities and in the evening also shows for young and adults. Food was allot of option espacially during diner

We stayed there at the end of April-Easter break. One outdoor swimming pool was heated, aquapark was open. Food was nice, maybe little bit monotonic. Hotel was clean, room cleaned daily, every day fresh towels

The food was amazing and the animations were lovely. My son wants to come there next year, so it is the best compliment for this place

The hotel is lovely although the air-conditioning either does not work or is very poor in all the public areas inside the hotel. The rooms can accommodate a family of 4 but do feel a bit on the small side

We were in 2 bedroom family sea view room, plenty of space and lovely view. Maid service great and mini bar stocked every day. Bathrobes and slippers nice touch

Worth visiting. The hotel has everything inside to keep people enjoying. We went to Antalya last week and despite it was cold we could enjoy just by being in this place.

Huge hotel with several different bars, pools and restaurants. Food is good quality and plenty of choice. Is quite hilly, lots of lifts but we didn't mind the steps

Paloma Oceana was one of the best hotels we’ve booked and enjoyed in Turkey Side. The hotel, service and location was top. The food is the best food we have ever had in 7 years of turkey 🇹🇷 holidays

The only negative point is that the entertainment at the “entertainment pool” could be a but better and better music. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to everyone

We have really enjoyed our stay in Paloma Oceana. The beach is very nice, comparing the others. You will see it during the walking around. Rooms are clean, and the cleaning service is adequate

The food and cocktails were on point! My first visit with a toddler, the amenities for children were excellent, my son had so much fun and the evening entertainment for children was so inclusive! (For visitors without children you can easily avoid this as I did my 1st visit)

The regular buses just outside of the hotel (as well as taxis) also meant it was incredibly convenient to get around and visit the main nearby places (Side old town, Manavgat Bazaar etc)

The hotel is superb, we got more than we expected. The beach is really nice but the entrance in the sea is a bit deep so for non swimmers is a bit of a problem but there is the pool for that

The pool was amazing warm and fairly shallow to be honest but overall nice, there wasn’t much slides but they were nice and fast, the lifeguards always made sure u were safe and weren’t in anyone’s way, the rules at the slides really made you feel safe

The food was nice especially the sea food but the meat wasn’t really impressing and didn’t have a good taste, the cakes were the same everyday but there was a variety of them

The cleaning is really good, the staff is really friendly and helpful. The food is tasty and plentiful, freshly made and there is something for anyone

For my birthday they brought wine and fruit plate to our room as a surprise. The cocktail are excellent and the barman enjoy their job

When it comes to the swimming pools, there are 2 of them - one bigger and the other one smaller. The bigger one has waterslides which are super fun and there's always some nice music playing around

Very very dirty sand on the beach: cigar stubs everywhere; animation grup the most boring I ever see🤦🏻‍♀️; no sports event besides volleyball ,and the simplest yoga; DISKO is horrible - music for the 80+😵‍💫; timetable for eating ,I cannot understan why I cannot have late breakfast till 11 I am on holiday

Was a good holiday and my first time here. The food is good and i got a nice big room. The waiters are really nice and you can have good talk with them. It was really enjoyable.

We had some amazing days. All services were very good, nice stuff, very good food and the resort is very clean. We'll come back for sure!

One thing that we saw from the beginning was that they changed some alcohol with local/ other brands, which tasted very watery. so one of the main things we loved (good cocktails were already out)

So, from my point of view it’s better to eat downstairs. - GYM is need renovation as well, no internet inside; - breakfast is the same every day, but quality of food is fine

3 people, 2 rooms I was at this hotel for our honeymoon last year, and we decided to come back again this year

You can still find some good alcohol only in the lobby bar, but unfortunately, not at the beach bar where we are all day. The second would be housekeeping, which always makes the room very late (3-4 PM)

300 meters from the beach, the vehicle is in a continuous rink, I told the uncle in the vehicle to inflate the child's bagel, he did not even look at me, a cold person, frankly, I hurt him

Came here with family Resort is big and lots of options. Staff very nice, friendly and helpful since our arrival. Main reason with big variety of different food, everyone could definitely choose something there

2 Pools options with food and bar. Bit disappointed with Beer House as only beer on the tap was same as everywhere. Nice place by beach with bar and restaurant. Lots of water sports activities available on purchase

The hotel is a family hotel in general, it has 5 pools, the aquapark is very good, the food is turkish night on Fridays, and good meals are served on other days, but the hotel is clean and neat, the staff is clean, the staff is friendly, and the animation team, Resul Bey, and the tontis sister in the gozleme, all serve diligently

There are slides for adults and children. The hotel is on the second line, but it’s not annoying at all, it’s a 3-5 minute walk, there’s a bus

We went on 26th March - 2nd April so there was a change in the programme from the 1st and you could see the difference. It would have been nice if, at the time, there was an animation team with more activities

It's very easy to go to Side (ancient city) or Manavgat (shopping in the mall or bazar). Bus stop is located right near the hotel. Beach is very close to the hotel. Inside pool and sauna are also available

Territory is not big, but it does not influence your rest, if you are doing different activities daily - going sightseeing around Turkey, swimming, visiting beach, going for shopping

Everything here is great! The staff is helpful, the interiors of the Palace, room 1610 with gorgeous sea views, the food is excellent!

Family vacation! For the children it was possible not to worry - the animators worked 100%. And baby food not worried: everything is clean, heated, children's milk, yogurt or curds in the fridge

In the mini-club children can be left with 4 years. ,ie parents will be able to relax. A lot of fruit,sweets for lovers. For kids there is milk,cookies and yogurt

The only criticism would be that it would be nice to have a bit of quiet time without music blaring by the pool for a couple of hours each day although you could just go down to the beach (a minutes walk) which is beautiful, the water is so warm

Lunch can be had in the main restaurant or the pool bar. Water is available from the pool bar and indoor bar 24/7. The pool is lovely and the slides are fun. Don't panic about putting towels on beds, there isn't an issue

The only challenge we had was limited access to sunbeds by the hotel's pool side which I believe are not enough to cater for all the guests. This meant we ended up spending more time at the beach for a swim

It's in the wellness center and is free along with the steam and sauna all next to the indoor pool. We played tennis at €5 for two for an hour. Thank you to all the staff, we really had a great time!🙂😎🌞

The staff tried their best with communication during pandemic and the hotel was very beautiful. At night it was awesome to walk around the hotel. The pool was clean and the Amphitheater was awesome

Just back from a wonderful 7 nights all inclusive. We had 3 rooms because of our grown up children being with us. We were on the top floor of block 1

There is quite a well equipped gym and nice indoor swimming pool. Beach area was well organised with a lot of sunbeds. For the cons: The swimming pools were not heated (it was the end of October) and very cold to swim

This is a nice family hotel for a reasonable price. Stuff is very friendly and smily. The room we stayed in was very good, spacious and clean, with a nice shower and a huge balcony. The room was very well soundproof

Our stay at Marvida Family Eco was amazing. We loved the location, we found the hotel clean and well organized and we enjoyed our time there. The entertainment and the service offered for the kids are also a huge plus

The only negative note was the bathroom too small and the bathroom sink not really comfortable. We will definitely suggest this hotel to family and friends and probably come back

Rooms far away from comfortable as well not new anymore. Some spot places interiors observes paints peels from walls and crack of tiles in bathroom:). Absolutely requires renovation very soon

Her active classes and entertainment programs were bright and interesting for both adults and children

Hotel has 2 buildings which are a bit separated from each other. You need to learn how to find a shortcut to spa, pools and back. Spa is nice, but has only sauna working

However we were not sit long in Hotel's room, so it's minor decrease of rank from overall. Besides of room, all around is deserves for five stars. Complex for kids, and for adults. All inclusive deserves for 5+ stars :)
