Nestled in a tranquil oasis surrounded by lush greenery, this hotel offers a charming retreat where turkeys roam freely and the sea beckons with its warm waters. The dining experience was a culinary delight, featuring a diverse array of delicious dishes that pleased every palate.

Evening entertainment was enchanting, complemented by a talented photography team who gifted us with the most beautiful photos of our stay. The guest service team, particularly the warm-hearted ladies, made our visit unforgettable, especially for our 1-year-old daughter.

A highlight was the exhilarating mountain cable car excursion, offering panoramic views that took our breath away. However, the room's cleanliness, notably the consistently dirty floors, was a minor setback. Additionally, intermittent internet access posed challenges.

Despite these minor issues, this resort provided an exceptional getaway. We eagerly anticipate returning for another memorable stay.

PS: This review reflects our experience from September 2023.

Meh.
Pros: The drinks were yummy. The kids loved the unlimited ice cream and dessert options. The view was lovely! The resort cats were cute. There were lots of pool options. The kid activities were ok. The fellow guests were nice. The sparkling wine at arrival was nice.

Cons: Our wall had a big hole where a TV was supposed to be. We asked for a TV and they brought a piece of art to cover the hole.
The waterslide ruined my swimsuit (snagged on the way down and left marks on my back that lasted over a month) and it took days of them only offering an apology before I was finally compensated (a swimsuit from their shop) for their faulty slide. The bathroom in our room had a giant step out of it where my daughter face planted when she stepped out, injuring her elbow and knee. There's no marking that there's a step down, you just open the door and fall out until you get used to the giant step. The food wasn't like we've had before at other resorts. Not bad but nothing special. The beach was rocky and painful to step on, bring water shoes!!! We didn't have hot water for the 1st day and a half and our bathroom sink leaked.

It was a vacation so of course we made the best of it, and loved the time with our extended family, but I don't recommend it.

I gave 4/5 because of spesific reasons. There is a guy called Irfan. Always walking around and bargaining for massage. You feel like you are in an open air grand bazaar. It feels cheap and disturbing. He came every single day to convince us to do massage. Very annoying. Another thing is in bars there is a high pressure on employees. Bar chefs, are talking in very bad language to their subordinates. Especially those young responsible ones…there is a young responsible girl in pool bar, she was insulting her subordinates. As a customer, its not normal too hear this. Last but not least, maybe you guys should talk to Volkan from animation team to not only run after russian girls but care of all customers. Basically seems like this guy is just there to find russian girl for himself. So u better not leave your girlfriend/wife alone.

The good part: clean water and a 300m beach, ok food. The hotel guests are 90% Russian speaking, but they were polite and relaxed - no rudeness or cutting in lines like happened at another hotel last year.

The bad part:
1. No quiet zone on the beach. And there are a lot of small children strategically located across the beach, so that no matter where you are you can hear their screaming all day long. Even if you get a bali house on the beach. And you can forget about first rows on the beach - be sure that families with small kids will gravitate towards the same spots and you will run away to a less desired location just to get some quiet time.
2. If a lot of loud kids were not enough, some lifeguard/security folks in their fight with boredom watch all day long videos on smartphones. Yes, you guessed it - they are not using headphones.
3. The showers in the room are in desperate need of renovation: you can find a lot of pictures from other guests where you can guess wheather it's mold, or may be just a thick layer of dirt in some corners of the shower. Not sure what's worse.
4. Mosquitoes. There are no mosquito meshes and first several nights were sleepless, then we gave up and kept the balcony door shut and slept with air-conditioning on, which was no joy at all.
5. Toilets at the Cusina restaurant and at the bar could use some more frequent cleaning, sometimes in the evening there was too much urine stench.

We rested in Marco Polo in mid-October, the rest turned out to be 10/10! A beautiful green area, an excellent pebble beach, a separate pool with slides (in the back of the hotel so that enthusiastic squeals do not interfere with vacationers :)), excellent cuisine and even evening shows, which we did not even count on at the end of the season. We will definitely return!

The hotel is excellent, suitable for families and couples. Cuisine, service, staff, area everything is perfect. Rest for the second time
09.07.2023
Good hotel, huge area. (clean and well-groomed) The only negative is the tired room, which smelled unpleasantly of dampness. The problem was solved in 10-15 minutes by paying extra and moving to a room of the "superior" series. I recommend booking this one first. There were no issues with food, everything is ok. Another plus is the rental of cars and all kinds of electric waffle mopeds 🤣 on the territory. For those who care about it, a minibus to Kemer goes every .... I don’t remember how much)) but it goes without problems. Before that, we went to Kemer, a little cheaper, but the level was correspondingly lower. In general, the hotel is worth the money. We will gladly return again. But as already said, only superior.
09.07.2023
Feed/drink and all that. Its money is definitely worth it for May-June 2021. The territory is wonderful. The kitchen is wonderful, I ate it to clean plates out of respect for the local cuisine, besides the fact that it was delicious. Service is wonderful. Rooms, you need to look closely, they immediately gave a musty one, then they changed it without problems when asked. Beach - small pebbles, uncomfortable, but acupuncture foot massage and interesting stones come across. The sea is clean. VIEWS: in the east - the sea in the west - mountains. LESPOTA in general ... BUT, because of the good reviews, they can raise the price, so I will not write more.
