I travel often and finding hotels that just “gets it” is ideal. They are very attentive, everyone is super warm and always willing to help. Clean. Calming. Breakfast is a nice spread and tasty.
Location is IDEAL! It’s central to everywhere and feels like the perfect lifting point for someone new getting to know this beautiful city. Have not tried the spa but cool to know that so much is offered on site!

I had a great stay at Occidental. The rooms were a good size and very clean. Emine was very attentive in cleaning the rooms every day. The breakfast options were great and the bar staff were very friendly. It’s a good location for Taksim square and for getting around the city.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. All the staff are very polite and helpful. The manager, Talha, is amazing! He was super approachable during our stay. Moreover, the breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of food. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed 3 nights at Occidental Taksim and it was absolutely satisfying. The location of Hotel is very good. The staff were incredibly awesome and friendly. most of them could speak English. Breakfast was good, and you could find a variety of breads. Mattresses & sheets were clean. housekeeping was good. However the Sona was cold & not working.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient and close to many attractions.
I especially want to thank Muhammad, the receptionist. He was very friendly and helpful. He made check-in smooth, and his warm welcome made my stay even better.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I will definitely come back!

We spent a week in Occidental Taksim recently & experienced great comfort & hospitality from the Hotel crew. They were so cooperative & supportive in all aspects & offered valuable service to us. Rooms were clean & location is very accessible to most of historical & commercial landmarks. With special thanks to one of the crew Mr Mohammad we spent a pleasant time on this trip.

Each time I come over, I keep experiencing a very extraordinary service. Staff and receptionists are super helpful.

Overall, the staff is super friendly and kind. The checkin and checkout processes are smooth, and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The only defect is the lighting in the room. It was very dimmed which made it difficult to apply makeup and get ready. We asked for extra light in the room but it didn’t help.

We spent a wonderful five days at this hotel, which is located next to Taksim Square. The entire staff is extremely nice, smiling, helpful and discreet. They gave us lots of useful advice about the city. We have been to many places but the cleanliness and fastidiousness of the hotel and restaurant, the attentiveness of the people is absolutely outstanding. We had excellent food in the restaurant.
We will definitely stay here again next time.
